They say they get their tuna from fish farms twice a week which is flown in by air. However when they take the tuna out of the shipping container it's eyes are already cloudy which means it isn't that fresh and may even have been frozen. How did the tuna's eyes become cloudy after only a few days? and how did it happen when it was the newest arrival? Also at 4 minutes 8 seconds you can clearly see the eyeball has fallen out of the fish's skull which just shouldn't happen when you are just starting to butcher the fish. A fish that is improperly thawed and handled as well as past it's prime will have cloudy eyes that can easily fall out of it's skull.

I suspect the tuna isn't actually fresh at all but instead is frozen and stored to be shipped out at much later times. You save a lot of money that way.
