putting my fingers and the heart meat on the line I'm like I'm assuming this electricity involved one time I was playing this bread of a memory I was playing with a neon sign transformer which are like 3000 volts don't do this I was holding the wires through a piece of paper and it would arcing like the paper on fire and then one time I sort of accidentally like touch cut leaves and I thought I was going to have a heart attack I remember was like Christmas time and I felt really weird like in my chest they had literally gone like so I went to the living room with the rest of like where my family was and I just sort of sat there hanging out not doing anything just hoping that if I did die or like have a media surrounding me to take so long story short don't play with high voltage what we're doing this first life hack is an Instagram video and cameraman John says it's exceptionally dangerous okay so they've taken a spoon covered it in hot glue and then pull the hot glue off the spoon and then they're just looking I don't even need a sound why I thought they were gonna like do something interesting they literally made a really terrible spoon probably toxic this is life x in a nutshell like you see them doing something you think it's gonna be unique and interesting and it's a letdown every single time they just they they pick you up what dive right into it this is embarrassing we own this company they just use like I service like Fiverr or they have people that are just like slaving away in an office coming up with life hacks all day because it's always the same people if you see people and a lot of times you don't even see people you just see hands on a table five people oh okay I thank you they're not actually making hacks because it's fun they're making hats because it's their family which when you say it like that now I feel bad for questioning it because they're providing jobs to people and they're feeding their kids and like living their life so who do we get mad at my supposed to yell at the audience yeah you guys do you watch this you're watching this are we contributing step one take one spoon out of your drawer of many spoons because nobody keeps only one spoon in the drawer or if you have them if you don't because they're dirty then just watch a step to put it down on your work surface step three X's and watch the instructions really quick again oh yeah that's what you do then you cover the entire spoon in hot glue like I didn't just you're quiet easy that was weird this is next-level dumb this is like advanced dumb you're going to get plastic utensils cheaper I could get in my car I could get on my bike not the wood Bank regular metal bike ride the jack in the box steal some spoons from them and come back probably faster than I could do this and we look pretty powerful jack it's gonna take five minutes for this to cool down enough to get oh I have an idea how about you get another spoon out of the drawer so I can make multiple spoons at the same time [Music] perfect why didn't we do this earlier [Music] the first spoon looks like ah attached to the other one it's hot I'm peeling the first one off it is it is just not coming off easily and they don't really give a super clear and I accidentally ripped it my family has been making spoons for over 200 years it's an ancient artisan craft that I take a lot of pride in my great grandfather his great grandfather while we are waiting for our plastic spoons to dry let's move on to the next hack a reddit link in William oz and subreddit oh no the kettle hack the water boiling razor blade hacks this like the tattoo gun which that video definitely got demonetized for some reason this actually is another prison hack because nobody in their right mind would do this outside of prison even like I've never I said this last time since the life hack tattoo gun video and now I still have not been to prison I don't know if there's a better way to boil water I can't imagine this is actually like a super useful life hack razor blade kettle a prison hack put two of the razor blades together insulated with some wood and then wire them up - I'm hoping wall power if this isn't wall power I'm gonna be sorely disappointed plug it in plug it in yeah you're a-peein power probably to 2000 where the water is getting yellow oh don't oh oh it's not clear like it has this yellow tint to it it totally has a yellow tint to it since the before this is the after the eight changed colors maybe it's rust but the blades don't look rusty first things first we need some razor blades this is I think very very sharp we don't need chopsticks my chance to once this happens and you don't know how to deal with wall power throw everything away a cord with a plug on one side and exposed wires on the other is a death cable if you understand the dangers of a death cable go ahead and use a death cable if you do not understand why it's called the death cable do not use a death cable I know we didn't follow the light back perfectly don't do this absolutely do not do this kids now remember if you're in prison absolutely go ahead and do this because you clearly don't know how to follow the rules already nothing's happening literally nothing is happening is this the reverse osmosis water yeah okay so that means this water is very very non conductive you wanna get some salt without having a lot of ions in the water and minerals you're not able to conduct electricity really well so like very pure water does not conduct electricity at all by putting salt in it we're making it much more conductive fire in the hole fire in the hole fire in the hole see it bubbling Oh steaming it's got like a not great smell going on you hear that this is horrifying the water straight up Brown it's actually just brown water do you want to drink that I don't want to drink that it looks like it already had a teabag mixed up in it and I know it isn't because the teabag is sitting right here on opened let me show you magic trick oh my God look at that thank you it's tea we could probably get Michael to drink this he knows better he knows better he'll never drink it while we're waiting for the tea to steep let's unspin the spoons oh boy it's really stuck to the cardboard in it oh that's really on there oh dear whatever I put them in like warm water or something committee release it it's it's just it will not come out cuz if I just stick it in the tea [Music] you know remember that scene in in Harry Potter and he like explodes his arm bones and then the one dude comes over and you just like does the thing and then his arm is just like a noodle deaths that's we just made we're like cosplaying as a little bit more hot glue boom Harry Potter no bone in his arm cosplay okay there is a wooden spoon in the sugar but two real spoons are for losers we're gonna use our Harry Potter broken arm spoons this is just like doesn't work we're gonna scoop out some sugar you don't even it to tip it you just give it a good wiggle around and just I think we're about three seconds away from the spoon completely melting you can't actually stir it's better to just flop around rubber spoon you splash oh there's chunks of something floating around in there Cara and John steeped a regular cup of tea with the same type of teabag and that is a couple of minutes steeping in regular water that's a couple minutes steeping and nasty rusty razor blade water so I'm not sure why this has gotten is so dark it tastes like do there's literally there's like chunks on the bottom I don't know of what No [Music] it tastes like metal it tastes like I have a bunch of pennies in the back of my mouth right now this is absolutely amazing invention I can't believe no one has thought of doing this until now it's a knife this is like a parody life back no they've taken a knife they've exploded the plastic handles off it they made a MDF handle for it what is happening okay so you won't need to build this reciprocating knife so we can cut the bagel it's taking them about 20 seconds to cut through a lime okay so this knife is one of those things or it just like is this a dollar store knife how do they make a knife like this well I guess it's a $2.00 app how do you make something like this for $2 it's that's that's the life hack right there [Music] oh I cut myself with a plastic knife handle that's got to be a first oh yeah looks good [Music] [Music] [Music] [Applause] yeah I present to you wait [Music] did we start off with like an electric knife light pack and end up with a freaking battlebot are you kidding me this is the greatest day of my life maybe we should fight a bagel pressed against the wood this someone's gonna lose a finger I guarantee it gotta go more gentle it's not working real well [Music] some older blueberry the only hack in life hacks is the hack who made the light pack don't play with with wall power definitely just go to the store and spend 20 bucks on a kettle until next time stay safe and definitely definitely don't do any life hacks this was cool you could maybe do this one you like that's a good project you can do with your kids or your kid just do it it's a battle button a combat robot I mean come on that's sweet
