this one really takes the cake right here how many people are stopping you to take pictures oh lord man you can't drive 10 feet without somebody wanting to stop you or see the sides fold down or anything like that so the best part about louisiana mudfest baby you never know what you're going to see it's an earth day celebration out here in louisiana mudfest you guys like the earth or what what's going on out here for earth day this weekend oh we're tearing it up we're tearing it cultivating right yeah yeah moving irrigation that's right you got to move that soil around to keep it fresh right you know it's also earth day right i mean that's kind of a big deal it's like an earth day celebration it is earth day man and let me tell you brother we love earth day we love we play in this chilly this morning hell with the globe of warmer man look at it out here out at these events it's all about romance and a lot of couples come out it's very very cool now this is maine maine who's likes it rough oh she likes it real rough [Music] [Music] all kidding aside one thing you can say about trucks gone wild is we are patriotic as is this guy sean right here and the truck is living proof sean tell me a little bit about this deal man well we uh started rebuilding this truck earlier this year in february and we really wanted to thank all the armed forces not just the marines not just the navy or whoever but all armed forces really brought this out my wife and i was talking one night wanted to change the theme of the truck and she said uh since you're doing a military theme how about our buddy marl and janet austin's son clinton willis who's fighting in afghanistan for our freedom and allowing us to do what we do every day sling mud we are the singer [Music] slingers it's landscaping clinton willis on the side of the warrior truck and this is his mom janet janet how does it feel to see that truck ripping it up with your son's picture on the side awesome i am so proud i'm a proud mom now this is sean's wife sue right here in soup that was all kind of your idea with the whole warrior thing right right clint has a tattoo across his stomach warrior and the marines relate to the name the warrior so i thought it'd be perfect i think it is too i love it it's american is apple pie i love that and you know what else is cool it's all the women coming up with the really good ideas right we'll never hear the end of it [Music] [Music] [Music] so so [Music] [Music] so [Music] so this is our first trip to mudders park and we're sitting on about 400 acres with trails everywhere big mud holes out in the back hill and home mud racing consistency racing you name it it's going on out here this weekend it's trucks all wild's first trip to alabama roll tide the biggest problem about what we do is the fact that we can't be everywhere all the time so naturally we're going to miss a few things right i mean we have a lot going on we're really busy at these events so [Music] eric whitten i'm gonna need an accurate description of what happened out there why didn't you get it on video i didn't see it i see i wasn't around my bad we miss things from time to time i'm really sorry about that dude that's fine i mean i appreciate it you're okay yeah i'm good yeah but we uh we're running this consistency race out here at motors park in phoenix city alabama went up on the wall either something went away in the steering or something like that flipped three times but we're all okay i bet it looked awesome dude six flags ain't got on that i really wish i people have come in from all over the southeast just for this weekend it's a record-breaking crowd i mean take a look around there are people everywhere that's what's going down this weekend jackie bottleneck strickland my boy tell me what's going on out here this weekend man we at soggy bottoms trucks gone wild bottleneck we did the trucks gone wild song last night just some good old country boys and girls having fun slinging up some mud out here give me some trucks go wide y'all [Music] you know terry i was thinking trucks are a lot like women you ever think about that yes they're a whole lot like women you know the deal is you could have a lifelong devotion to one right but that doesn't stop you from wanting to come out and look at all of them right exactly sometimes you go special places just to look at them that's right because we want to see ones especially that maybe we haven't seen before yeah see what kind of upgrades you can find we still love the one but we want to see the rest of them oh yes because when you go home yours is always there [Music] see a lot of things out here soggy bottom for the very first time like this the first time we've ever seen a truck do the bounty hull with a dog in the back [Music] i think the coolest thing is that there's a whole world of aftermarket parts and accessories that you can dress them up with right so you're not stuck with the same old stock thing you can fix it up if you want to absolutely you can change anything nowadays and that that's what makes it really cool you can go as big as you want yeah and it's sometimes very expensive though oh it can be i mean you're really you're only limited by your budget but that's exactly it yeah you can do you can do complete facelifts on them what a fun thing to spend money on though you know if you can because you can play with them forever after that absolutely you might have to touch it up a little bit after 10 years or so i think allegedly parts only last so long under constant pounding and wear exactly [Music] we started coming so you know a lot of people get all caught up in the new flashy models when they're looking at them they like the brand new stuff well i'll tell you what there's a lot to be said for like a late 60s early 70s model that's been well maintained and properly taken care of oh absolutely and you can walk around and look at them and you can tell the ones that have been taken care of the one's been ridden really really hard yeah a lot of times those aren't necessarily the prettiest ones but boy they look like fun they seem to have a lot more fun with them because they really don't care [Music] terry i think that's been one of my favorite things about not only all of these events but all the traveling and this that the other you know we've gotten to go all over the place and look at all the different ones man it's been great are you still talking about trucks are we talking about women yes actually yes we are
