TrimUI Smart Pro 1.0.4 Hotfix 6 and PortMaster Discussion

hello everyone Steve from tech toy tinker and retro Arena you can download the hot fix 6 for version 104 which is live on the GitHub now I'll link it in the description this fix will manually to the it's a manual fix for the time setting issue it will add lib Flack for MIM it fixes random key hang issues when waking up and it makes the Wi-Fi address static of course it also brings ports to its own section here as well now I wanted to show you Ninja Turtles does work however I need to explain some stuff about it and but I'll do that in a moment the first thing I wanted to let you guys know is that when I tried to flash this latest stock firmware and I did the port Master install following the GitHub for that meaning you drag and drop the four folders to the root and then you place the zip with the apps folder on the root when you flash the firmware I ended up with a boot loop and had to use a different SD card and reinstall and whatnot so I tried to do that instead by just dragging and dropping the apps folder out of the zip to the route and then it worked perfectly fine so if you do have that issue maybe just don't use the zip and just drag and drop everything to the port Master folder so now you can see this game works and I know a lot of people have been asking about it and what's going on so just to explain how it was made to work basically just it's missing libraries and those libraries need to be manually added now I was going to release my scripting here for this along with those uh files needed but when I were talking to kop Tops earlier today uh Sean is actually already on top of fixing ports like this and giving the proper libraries needed so I decided it's better to just wait a week or two until that stuff happens as opposed to me doing that because what's going to end up happening then is that I'm going to release that for you guys you're going to use it and then when it's been fixed by portmaster you're going to have to go in and you're going to have to m ually remove everything in order to be able to use it and nobody really wants to do that right so we're just not going to do that but yeah I just want to give you guys a heads up that uh this game and several other ports it is aware like we are aware of the fact they're not working the portm guys are fixing them and I also wanted to let you guys know just quickly about the the little snag I ran into when trying to flash this firmware just in case anybody does have that same issue now you know how to fix it going to go ahead and wrap the video up there just passing along some information quickly I am working on an update for tomato as well that will add a few more systems uh change the themes and icons things like that as always thank you for watching don't forget to like And subscribe hope you enjoyed the quick little video take care
