i'm not an expert on any of this but you know what bugs me about this video is this guys keeps talking about how important safety is yet he has no regards for the safety of his employees. yeah i read all the youtube comments and it's split between how it's not safe for his employees vs we're coddling ourselves to death. i couldn't have cared less until he spent half the video talking about making it safe coming off as some kind of good guy. this guy calls himself a professional but at 20:33 he has a guy tiptoe on the nonflat roof operating a chainsaw with just a regular pair of glasses as protection.
One thing that isn't controversial is the badass chainsaw sheath on the bucket crane.
Man cutting over your head like that is extremely dangerous.

Kudos to the Old Hat who built that chimney.
This tree would destroyed not only the chimney, but probably the entire side of a modern built home.
What did that service cost to remove that tree?
Cue the Reddit Army of Non-Arborists flooding the comment section with how this guy doesn't know what he is doing and why they would've done it differently.
Also, I am predicting a lot of remarks about safety regulations and such.
Such a big beautiful tree, kind of sad that it had to go like that.
