Transparent 3D Printing!

welcome to 3D printing nerd Studios of course proudly powered by PCB way 8% off Link in the description you know what to do I'm here at the studio late at night trying to catch up on a few things and I was using this mouse with my computer and I've been using this ever since the A1 Mini video produced and came out it's been extraordinary bamboo lab has these kits one of them being a wireless mouse kit they give you the bits and Bobs and electronic doodads and then you 3D print the parts you put it all together and then you have your self in this case a wireless mouse it's been extraordinary like for 12 bucks I believe is what this kit costs you get yourself an incredible wireless mouse what if I did something cool to it there's been a lot of people that have had this mouse that have done various mods to it various 3D printable mods to make it look like other mice or a cybertruck what if I took this Classic Shell the original shell and I made it trans [Music] parent this was printed in form lab's V5 transparent resin and it looks stunning look at this this is a transparent Mouse case for that wireless mouse we've got the top case right here and then we've got the underside of that top case that goes over the electronics the idea being this on top of this you should still see through both of them and then you can see the electronics it'll just look really [Music] [Music] cool they came out so so good look at these pieces oh they're transparent I mean I knew they would but it's just really cool to see these in person okay the this is the thing this is the thing that goes inside and then this is the top cover they would sort of fit together like that come on out now that these are done and looking quite extraordinary and feeling wonderful what we have to do is take apart the mouse put these pieces in let's see how it goes [Music] [Music] and just like that we're done we've taken something quite frankly that I loved a lot that Mouse worked great and I made it a new I utilized the form 4 and their brand new transparent resin to do this part of my inspiration came from my friend Henry who did this incredible print on his form 4 where he embedded a resin Beni within a 3D printed resin bottle I'll of course put a link to that down in the description because that's what kind of made me think of doing this oh it Glides well it looks incredible this is something that could start a convers a and it's really exciting to me I've been doing this for well shoot this Christmas I will have had a 3D printer for 10 years and that leaves me with actually a question for you watching this is there anything that you printed years ago that you'd love to try again with current Tech with current Hardware software and materials if so let me know in the comments I would really love to know about it and I'd really love to let you know if you made it this far you are awesome don't forget to hug each other more fight for a cause you believe in and print well reprint all the things and as always high five
