Tractor Plow Day 2024- 40 Antique Tractors hosted by Ed Jernas family

[Music] can [Music] on name's Alan Pontius from pth Indiana uh it's an ALICE cmer G 1951 I believe uh one bottom plow uh come out and plowed today and plowed good all day long [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] a [Applause] w think do it again very keep going [Music] [Music] spe hi Carl Troy North Jetson and we're up here today and I'm lucky to have my son and well two sons here one C from illino lexican in Kentucky now and my brother Tom and we all got to plow together today A beautiful day and we enjoyed it I got the 720 and he's got the 70 like I had when I was started at home and we managed to have a nice day up here at the Jour and Lawrence farms and I thank them very much for the opportunity I'm Tom Troy I'm Carl's brother these are my nephews uh up here I used Ed jour's tractor today and one of his I've been friends with the jist family for many many years so it's always kind of enough to have a a rig for me to jump on at plow day and had a had a great day and thanks to the Jour and the lawrences for uh hosing us today I'm Greg try and uh my dad's Carl um I did come up and was able to run the the 720 a little bit this year and bring back some memories I wasn't quite old enough to to to run that one but I run a lot of Plows in my day when I was younger so enjoyed the day and thank you to everybody that uh sponsored put it on thank you and I'm uh Carl Jr otherwise known as Butch uh I'm the oldest son of Carl but the shortest if you can't tell our other brother of 66 as well so um great day appreciate everybody hosting and yeah Dad and I bought the the 70 back in 2019 and I tried to to mimic the one he had back in the 7 when he was getting started and it's a great tractor and had a lot of fun messing around with it so look forward to a hour drive home today thank you how many you 90 90 am I going to make it on the YouTube video H maybe um I want to say thank you guys for coming we got a beautiful day great weather a lot of people showed up I think this is the most tractors we've had at a plow day I counted 40 we might have had one or two more in the past but I I count this as the most definitely the most Bottoms in the ground um I just want to say thank you to Matt and Don and Lawrence for letting us use their shop and letting us plow their field I want to say thanks to uh my dad and and uh Uncle John for cooking the food unloading lot of the tractors and everything and uh say thank you to my grand grandparents they kind of get a hold of everybody and spread the word and uh again thanks to everybody for coming out um this is going to be such a big deal I mean uh I Know Carl Jr's from Kentucky so we got a guy coming all the way from Kentucky for plow day coming up to spend time with his dad and brother and it's just it's really great how this has turned into kind of a family and friend event and it's not just six track anymore back behind the house it's uh 40 tractors and just a bunch of friends and family so thanks everybody for coming thanks Matt and Donna so enjoy the rest of your meal come on follow me
