I have one to see shrink-ray fear in today's video wouldn't be going through the top five people who got catfished we got all different kinds of people who got catfished we got some old people famous people with scammers you're gonna love it but before in this video if you guys can miss you like on this video if you do leave a like you'll never get catfished to actually just joke and I can't guarantee that if you're a dipshit you might still get catfished I don't know and if you ever been catfished like maybe you're going to meet some supermodel and it turned out to be some fat 62 year old woman named Nancy tell me about that story down in the comment section below and if you haven't already make sure to subscribe to the channel that really helped out but let's go getting this top 5 which is actually a top 6 the number 6 5 we've got a woman who fell for this online catfish romance scam and she ended up sending hundreds of thousands of dollars to this dude that she had never liked met which I feel really bad for this woman but I gotta say if he had any ounce of common sense you wouldn't do this joy wasn't looking for mr. right she was looking for a new start when she joined match.com after her divorce just a few weeks in she met Michael who claimed to work overseas for shell international investments they emailed every day and talked on the phone but never met in person as time went on we were talking about spending our lives together and it became very serious so serious that when Michael asked joy for a loan to complete an overseas transaction she says she wired him three hundred and fifty thousand dollars from her divorce settlement joy realized too late it was all a scam shock I was in shock I couldn't believe that this was happening to me because of that transaction joy says she now owes the IRS one hundred and forty five thousand dollars and the state of Colorado where she lived at the time fifteen thousand that's a total of five hundred and ten thousand dollars moving on to her five this one is easily one of my favorite clips on this entire list just because this dude is absolutely delusional basically what he did was he was on tender got rejected a bunch of times through something like that was really pissed off about it and decided that he was going to go and catfished this chick so he put on his profile pictures of this male model and ended up getting a date with his girl obviously this girl was really use it first just like anybody else would be when somebody that doesn't look like the person that you're supposed to be meeting up with shows up and starts talking do you know like kind of shit but the thing is this dude is the biggest creep ever like this dude is just pathetic he starts talking to this girl after she's about ready to leave and he just seriously gives off some like serial killer vibes type stuff are you doing here you know is it Brad right you are why why is it no model right you know he's an old model right yeah he's an old model wait why I asked a great question why you want to meet up with him why why understand he's no model are you that shallow or what he's a good-looking man come on you want to give me a chance I understand you how was it weird I don't get any tinder matches that's bullshit can you tell me why I'm ugly I'm an ugly guy I mean I wouldn't give me any tinder matches as bullshit you would not if I would approach you you'd not give me a chance as bullshit I know because I've been rejected 20 times before in my life and yes it does yes it does see how many girls meet up with that guy violence always you know how many girls say the same thing it's about looks nowadays that bullshit yes it is yes it is about them don't lie to me it's about what this is about it's not that's man I got a 10 out of 10 personality and I still got rejected doesn't matter hey I'm not being an asshole well maybe I should be more of an ass why should he that's bullshit before this one's off of doctor fell on this dude he's possibly getting catfished so dr. Phil looks into it with his team and they figure out that he is getting catfished except it's really weird and I don't want to like spoil it so here it is this is misty Kennedy's website so we began to do a search particularly on the flag picture up here to see if it showed up anywhere else on the Internet and sure enough we found that that picture shows up on a photographers website so we then went to that photographers personal website and lo and behold we find this whole array of misty pictures a friend of the owner of the photography website is actually the mother of the girl in the picture and this phone number that you've provided us we find out is registered to a particular address that the mother of the girl in the picture is married to the son of a 65 year old woman who lives at the address where that phone is registered in there might be a girl who tried online dating and she obviously got catfished but this guy that she was talking to every time she tried to meet him in person and go on a date he would come up with some excuse and they just seemed like really far-fetched excuses but she kept on giving him the benefit of the doubt and it just kind of amazes me how many times she went through and actually believed the excuses and that kind of stuff however she obviously ended up coming to her senses she met a man last Thanksgiving on an online dating site emails turned into texts turned into phone calls he said all the right things he had a job he had a house everybody wants that fairytale ending so we're gonna grasp onto it if a guy is telling us how amazing we are and how pretty we are so it's I think it's easy to fall for but while the relationship quickly became serious that face-to-face meeting just never seemed to happen we scheduled a date and the day of I was getting ready and about an hour before and he text me and said he had the flu the first of many broken dates the excuses became more and more elaborate he was t-boned by a drunk driver ended up having a knee replacement he had blood clots he fell and had to go back to the hospital this story just unravels into a ton of different excuses and lies Walters started getting suspicious so she googled his cell phone number so this is the website I was directed to to view for more information personal stories from dozens of women all of them duped by the same guy in the number three spot this one's another dr. Phil clip and it's also another love scam like online romance scam except this one is even worse than the first one I mean imagine losing hundreds of thousands of dollars this woman sent 1.4 million dollars I don't even know how you can do that I gotta be flat honest like I really don't know how you can be as stupid to send a person that you've never met or really taught to over the phone and in like that 1.4 million dollars like I wouldn't send somebody a hundred dollars September 13th of 2013 you meet Chris Olson online okay within three months you start sending him money nanni cell phone taxes hotel and penalty for expired visa you send him a hundred and eight thousand four hundred and eighty five dollars and fourteen cents then between January and April of 2014 to pay nanny hotels food and clothes you send him another one hundred and eight thousand nine hundred and fifty dollars then he's in jail you've got to bail him out pay taxes attorney fees hotel more food eight hundred and seventy eight thousand dollars value added tax hotels food more attorney fees quarter million dollars so twenty three thousand dollars for these two months here you're slowing down why in front of them once hardened this video off with like a god to your catfish like this lady is the absolute queen of calf issues nobody even stands up to her this random woman in Canada essentially faked being an NBA player and then also faked being a young model and then had both of those two talking to her fake profiles so they thought they were talking to each other but they were kind of talking to each other but they were talking to this intermediary catfish at the same time it's like some God Tyr shit right here but this enemy tiara catfish ended up getting them together they ended up having sex and that kind of stuff and this girl was actually underage so she was 17 years old and in that pretty much almost destroying this NBA players career after the catfish leaked the nudes that they were sending so she sets up this fake profile and then a girl a 17 year old girl from California contacts the profile thinking she's contacting Chris Anderson but she's actually contacting this Canadian woman so the Canadian woman takes this girl's contact contacts the real Chris Anderson through his real Facebook profile and sort of allegedly facilitates this relationship between the two of them passing messages back and forth passing explicit photos back and forth and even eventually arranging for a meeting where this girl is 17 the 17 year old and Chris Anderson meet up they have some kind of relationship and this is all being done sort of orchestrated apparently by this Canadian woman who's sitting in her home in Manitoba Canada they meet up and then the woman impersonates is alleged to have impersonated Chris Anderson threatening the girl and then impersonating the girl's mom I except online extorting Chris Anderson for thousands of dollars those are the cliffs that I refer do you hope you guys did enjoy it if you did make sure you've like on this video if we can break 10000 likes I'll be insanely awesome I really appreciate that and also make sure to comment down below and tell me which one of these clips is your it's one of these catfishes were the worst let me know if you've ever gotten catfished in your life or you know somebody that did get catfished tell me this story if you know about it all that kind of stuff and if you haven't already make sure to subscribe to the channel I really help out and if you want to see another video kind of similar to this one mission wouldn't check out my video from yesterday it was the top fly of a lost pets that returned home so you know some lost dogs and cats and shit like that that came back some real heartwarming stuff I'll leave a link to that down in the script [Music]
