what's going on guys now there's a lot of hitting tools out there that are going to help with different areas of your swing and in today's video I have five hitting drills using the connection ball now if you guys don't have a connection ball you can use a soccer ball dodgeball or whatever any kind of ball will work I like these ones because they have a little bit of give so if you just want to deflate one of your balls it will work just as good now before we get into the drills we are now offering online strength and conditioning programs so you can work one-on-one with me and my team now what you're going to get with that is you're going to get a workout plan in my app you're going to get nutrition guide and nutritional info you're going to get supplement info supplement guide you're going to get weekly check-ins with me and my team you're going to get weekly Zoom calls with us and with your parents if they want to hear more about how it works it's not just going to be a program where you buy it from us and then you never hear from us again you're going to have daily access to me and my team and we're going to keep a constant communication line going so that I can make sure that you are staying on track and you're getting results if that's something you're interested in I'm Gonna Leave the application below but there are only a few spots available so make sure to check it out right away so for the first row we're going to put this connection ball inside of our elbow pit right there I'm going to hold it tight to our body and we're going to get into launch position and we're going to make sure that we keep this nice and tight to our body and this is going to prevent us from barring our arm out like that right we want to keep this can this shape of our bicep our forearm and our bat we want to keep it all the way through our turn we don't want to bar arm like that or get disconnected like that so I'm going to put it in our little I will put right there hold it tight to our chest now we don't want to squeeze it we just want to keep it nice and firm and we're just going to go through our swing and when we swing we're going to get to here and we're going to go through contact and then we're going to extend out okay I want to make sure that we extend out we hold the ball like this so it looks like this make sure that we're squeezing the ball with our arms like that getting that extension straight out towards the field so for the next row we're going to put it in our back arm and we're going to hold it nice and tight like that okay we're going to get into a launch position and again we want to make sure that we keep connected with our elbow tight to our body and our Barrel tight to our shoulder as we go through the turn so just like that okay if we get disconnected or recast we're going to get out like that the ball is going to fall out so nice and tight to the arm we're going to come through to contact and then after as we swing through we're going to go through extension the ball is obviously going to fall out so this next drill is just like the last one but we're going to isolate this Top Hand and only swing with the one hand okay so we're gonna put this in our elbow put it again close it nice and tight okay get into our launch position again as we come through this turn elbow stays tight to the body Barrel stays tight to the shoulder we come through Palm up and we're gonna extend through the zone at that point the ball is going to fall out we're gonna put it in there hold it nice and tight now for the next row we're going to put it on top of our shoulder we're gonna get our bat and we're gonna hold it nice and tight like that and again we're going to go through our turn okay we're going to make sure that we put pressure on this but not too much and we just want to make sure that we keep it nice and tight to our body again elbow tight to the Elbow tight to the body Barrel tight to the shoulder if we cast obviously that ball is going to follow like that right so we want to make sure that we keep it nice and tight now for the last row we're going to work on our lower half now when we swing when we load we want to make sure that we load synchronous back hip and coil our hip turning our hip towards the catcher our right butt to each butt cheek towards the pitcher our left hip towards the catcher and get that coil and then as we load hold the coil and then release the ball is going to go in between our legs like that we're going to roll it over our knee that's going to force us to coil this hip and then we're going to stride and swing obviously the ball is going to fall out but it looks like this coil [Music] if you guys like the video please give it a thumbs up and if you haven't yet hit that subscribe button below and I'll see you next week [Music]
