all right fine we're doing it all of you want negative content negative lists so here's 10 games that we don't like anymore well we we've cooled on them I mean listen Cal we still enjoy we still have fine good they're good games they're trash what's up everybody my name is Nick I'm Mike we are the brothers murf uh Mikey's voice is is a bit raspy we're doing a list of cool I have gotten over now a cold and I'm getting my voice back indeed so we're going do games that we have cooled on so a couple caveats real quick uh all these games are good we wouldn't have cooled on them if they weren't if we didn't like them exactly um two it does not necessarily mean we hate these games now it doesn't mean that we're get getting rid of them if we have they just come down from the peak of our enjoyment of it we still are down to play these maybe we'll cool have cooled on your favorite game that's also okay you know but yeah these are games that have cooled because it people cool on stuff you know you're super high on a game and all now you're not quite as anymore that's totally fine it happens with every game at least to us where like it kind of has this lifespan these ones are just on the down slope of their of their life and our that's totally okay so let's go a and get number 10 all right so number 10 you know hold I forgot my water hold on dude you got to get the S before sorry sorry YouTube what the heck are you doing in the fridge oh my gosh no the Subscribe button isn't in here it's down there click on it right now God what you in here for God I'm just kidding water yes we keep our water full in glasses because our time is sensitive all right get out of there stop putting horseradish on your bum like a freak all right you ready yeah yeah go for all right so number 10 is Glenmore 2 all right this is a tile Lane game set in Scotland Scotland Idaho okay so uh probably Scotland I know yeah probably and uh this is a a tile Lane game with a kind of a cool uh Rondell to gain tiles and stuff and you are ultimately putting down tiles it's all about adjacency which things will kind of produce resources and then the latter half of the game starts spending those resources to gain points and stuff and there's eight different uh Chronicles he's like modules for the game that you can kind of swap in to kind of change up the game uh play each time yeah and this one's number 10 because we realized after playing just we haven't just to be very clear we haven't played all the modules which is why it's number 10 we have not played with everything yet it could hop back up I don't think it will though but uh the tiles and stuff in the the game and the what you're playing is kind of the same each time and you see the same tiles and the same historical figures and stuff and so that was something that like I'm glad they have these modules but the kind of meat and potatoes of the game is very shy each time and once you play it a few times we're kind of like okay I've seen it I've seen it and I don't know how much energy we have to try to like Play It Again to try those other modules like I don't think we'll ever get there to be honest and and that's the thing right cuz like time is time is always your most valuable currency money isn't it's time and so it's one of those things and I'm not saying that it's not worth it to do but it's just like for us it's like if we're already kind of on the cool down because we really with the first couple times we played it we were like oh this is so amazing and then pretty immediately after the first like two times or so we kind of started going like H and it's kind of just going down down down and so now it's like to then like try and pick it back up and kind of slog through not a game that we dislike but that we that we're not that enthusiastic about to then try to see if it gets better kind of thing it's just kind of like uh I just don't feel like we really need to do that I'm we might we still have the game not really not getting rid of it still down to play it but yeah we just have cooled on it cuz yeah after a couple times it kind of felt like all right we've I feel like we've played this game I feel like we've seen most of this game the modules that we did play with were really fun but again it's still like 85 90% the exact same game so then the rest like the boat race one is like oh this is a cool concept but the rest of it kind of the same so I just wish there was more variant of tiles because you you sub in a couple each time you put a a Chronicle in but really only a couple and I'm like I would love if there was just 30% more tiles so from even just base game to base game it's a little bit different yeah um and it's just that's just not what the game is which is fine yeah it's totally fine it's still really really good uh great game but yeah we just cooled on it we cooled on it like pretty darn quickly uh which is all right but you know that's just how it goes sometimes but nonethless Glenn War I Chronicles is number 10 let's get number nine number nine is going to be a game that one of our first games we ever got and this is lanterns uh lanterns the harest festival uh is a great game a great game that we have cooled on pretty much mostly because it's kind of just gotten replaced um it's its Market or the area that it once occupied has now been more saturated that it wasn't before so indeed so lanterns is a game where you are a tile laye game and you are putting out these tiles which these Lake tiles which have lanterns on them trying to make match is and basically trying to get these cards whenever you make a match of colors of lanterns in this ever growing board you'll get cards you can then turn those cards for points that's what you're doing um and the game is really really fun but it's a very like relaxing kind of end of the night kind of game uh there's a bit of kind of uh a tension because you are constantly giving on you'll be getting cards on every turn basically not even also on other people's turns not just your own and so there's definitely some kind of it could be a little bit of meanness in there but it's nothing too crazy but it's very much a relaxing kind of like end of the night cozy game and we've always kind of pegged it as that like oh man it's great because it's this great end of the night game and there's just been a couple games that have filled that Niche for us like Cascadia uh framework couple others of that kind of just like nice relaxing you know you're thinking like Carone like not anything you're not thinking super super hard it's not crazy competitive you're just kind of like relaxing at the end of the night playing a game and and other games that just take Lantern and spy and that's honestly the reason why we cooled on it cuz like we haven't pulled out in years because it's just like I'd rather play Cascadia or something there's just now there's like three or four games that we will go to before Lantern so I just don't see a yeah a world where it's going to get dusted off very often it's just lower in the pecking order I still love it still would play it but it's just like yeah it's just not going anywhere and yeah but this is one of the first games we got so it's kind of like oh yeah you know what we we've cooled on that one uh a lot which happens over time you know and so uh lanterns is still really really great still love it it's number nine let's go to get number eight number eight Mike this this is really your Saga here yeah so this is tium uh tetum uh if you will this is a board and dice game that uh like the standard board and dice games you know midweight meaty combo tastic Euro all stuff I love and continue to love Yeah however it is very lacking in the Aesthetics Department which I don't care a ton about generally and with tum I didn't go so far as to defend the art because it's not defendable it's pretty it's pretty but I I took a stance of indifference yeah you did I was always like I really like this game mechanically but gosh it is one of my least favorite looking games ever I constantly would would talk about how much I like the mechanics but talk about how much I hate the look of the game and Mike was always kind of like it doesn't really bother me it's fine and the last time we played it I was like I'm really this is getting me down like this is out this is getting in the way actively of me enjoying the mechanics which are very fun yes uh because it's just so plain it's so weird it's just like it's just not well done or thought out especially given the cover which is quite nice I'm like what happened well and it's and this is and like we obviously don't work for Bor and dice although we have a very good relationship with him but it's like there are times with Publishers where I fundamentally don't understand how you can have a game like Barcelona which is so beautiful even like nucleum has a lot of color a lot of people don't like the look of it but like I think it's fine and then you also have tum and I'm just like how how do you have both of these games in your studio like what why was the light the green light given for this but yeah that looks fine and then be like no Barcelona let's really really push the art in this one I'm like what what's the difference I do think they're heading more that direction which is good and to maybe is just like you know a last message of there's so I mean even like the the the main board is like a map right but there's just like no like texture on it even I'm like you can make a map look good it's purely uh function over kind of any sort of of looks and stuff which I appreciate you don't want too busy of a board I get it but you can put something in there nothing so you can do beige well many games do beige well you can do it but yeah I I really like to letum but it's always bugged me the art and so the the cooling has been mostly on Mike's end because you were kind of always like indifferent towards it and then really Le like it's also a good problem to have because Bor and dice you know and other companies make so many of these like midweight great games so it's like okay well there's still a billion others to choose from that I enjoy the looks of more so I don't feel like I'm losing a ton by it cooling I'm like well I'll just play you know this or that and I'd still play it I mean again the the the look of it bums me out but it's like I I still will play the game I do want to find an artist to do up the map and just like do it like make whatever you want in this middle SE make it as cool as you want and just see what happens and have like custom One of a Kind version don't understand how certain things get green lit I'm like who all right that just don't get it where the quality control at but nless still a great game but yeah just the the look finally broke M down Mike's walls of indifference towards it it did uh so that's number eight let's go and get number seven number seven uh is a game that honestly like I think I was always more enamored with the production the art and stuff more so than the game this is chai and I think as time has gone by my enjoy of chai has gone down I still really enjoy it it's still a nice kind of like Gateway plus is um it's very light it's very light but the thing is like with the market and then the way the little power thingy it's it's I would say it's Gateway it's it's higher than that which is honestly one of my not issues with it but like kind of one of those things where it's like I feel like it's a little too heavy for what it's kind of trying to be which is like a very Gateway game cuz one thing I like about it is because it's so pretty because it has te as a theme which is is great I mean the production is outstanding it's outstanding and you're just doing you're you're getting ingredients and and fulfilling tea orders you know and that's all it is and it's really really fun art but just over the time I kind of like the production didn't wow me quite as much because we've just played it a bunch of times and I just kind of was like oh I don't actually love this game as much as I thought I did it's really what it is yeah I'm in the same boat I think it falls into no man's land a little bit where like you said maybe it's a little too heavy for the most basic gamers and it doesn't really offer up enough choice or interest for people who are maybe a little bit of a heavier gamer and the looks are great and stuff but we just sort of don't have an occasion to to play this one very often and there's things like flamecraft which have come out which are also very beautiful and also on the light side maybe Gateway plus that what you're doing in the game is just a little more interesting for us anyway and so it's like well now there's been a game that's replaced it where I'm like I won't play chai I'll show someone flamecraft if I want that similar like VAR appealing theme nice art great pieces light gameplay I will default to that or like sweet mess pastry competition is one that's like kind of a similar weight class but a very appealing theme you're in a bakery but it's got such good production such good art it's like there's again kind of like L there's more of these types of games out there and I'm finding that chai mechanically I like the least of them basically and so that's I still really like it but yeah it's um it's just it's just falling off for me a little bit you know and that's okay it happens it happens but that is chai number seven stop at number six number six I honestly I I don't know how much I ever actually liked this game uh this is Isle of cats this isle of cats this is one that man I really enjoyed the first few plays of yeah and then it's not even that it's it's it's this was a unique interesting choice because the first couple plays I was so enamored with like you're drafting cards and you're doing that to get polyomino tiles and put them on your ship and that was really cool and then as I played a couple more times I was like man this's a lot of stuff and all I really care about yeah truly is putting stuff on my ship yeah and then they came out with during a CO project and now it's just an actual game is the the aisle of cats explore in draw R which makes it only about filling up that ship and I'm like okay that version is better once that version came out it like well I don't really want to play ID cats if I play ID cats I'll play on board game arena and I'm going to play it solo I think the solo mode is better than the standard multiplayer experience I think the roll and right version is better than the standard multiplayer experience and I think it's more a product of that of like maybe that wasn't meant to be the it wasn't it final form yeah and it's now found other ways to be and so it's like when we when we say IO cats I'm almost speaking exclusively of the multiplayer standard multiplayer experience I don't want to do that I will solo this game I'll play The Rolling rright for sure yeah the flip and fil whatever you want um but yeah it has just too many elements going on yeah and I I I said like I'm not sure how much I ever actually liked this game because again I was so enamored with the theme and the fact that like all these poo Tils are cats and cats are always in weird and I was always like that is and like what a weird theme you're like rescueing but like you're put them on a boat and they're fitting together cuz these cats are all stretched out you're trying to put them with the like their ISD and I was like this I was so enamored with the theme that I think it made me think that I like this game more than I actually do and then cuz every time we think about the mechanics I'm always like there's too much going on I don't like the drafting in it really um you know you need baskets to get cats but you need this to attract the cat there's so much you're drafting the whatever the the lesson plans are what the scoring things I'm just like this is too much and it's like that there's other versions of this I would much rather Play Just simplify and so like I think I was so all in on the theme and the look of this game that I ever that it made me think that I liked the game more than I ever actually did yeah so to me it's more instead of cooling it's more of a realization okay you know what I mean but it still Falls kind of under this list um it's still again a really cool game but again the the flip and fill the roll right version really really good the solo outstanding so this game's got a ton of legs still just the multiplayer the mo main way you're supposed to play it is not really for us I don't think and so that is uh number six let's go get number five number five five kind of falls in the same area of like lanterns where this is like kind of one of the first games we got and it's just cooled over time and this is dungeon pets yes I think for for it's definitely cooled a lot more for you than it had for me for me dungeon pets just now shows its age yeah I think so and that's fine like it it is an older game uh yeah this point I think it was 2013 or so a 10-y old game yeah it's a fantastic worker placement game uh where you have your little imp family and you're you're getting monsters you're taking care of their needs and stuff but I think it's a mix of we've played a lot of it over the years yeah a lot and I've gotten all that I need out of that game and I sort of have my you know I've kind of sequenced the game of like this is what I'm going to kind of do in this order as much as I can and so you know I think it's it's a little bit wrote in that way uh and then I think the thing we are talking about is like there's kind of a bidding is thing where secret bidding a secret bidding where you kind of assign your imps and your money and stuff in certain ways so that you can go make use of certain actions some require you to have money some require you to have multiple of your workers uh and things like that you have to kind of pre pick yeah they you Bally have a group of imps you have to put them in different groups and then once everyone reveals the the biggest group of imps is going to go first because they're like pushing their way into town everything thematically always makes sense as vot ofto stuff does absolutely does but it just makes the that part of the game which in my opinion is the least interesting part is like it just makes it this whole thing where it's like you can have three imps and two Mony and then that's a group of five or you can have like six imps it's just like I really wish it was just a back and forth like mik takes a turn I take a turn mik takes a turn I take a turn CU it just adds this whole layer of the game that I've never really enjoyed and kind of stops you from getting to the worker placement part which is interesting cuz the the spots are all blockable and there's a lot of stuff where it's like you need to go there first because if you want to get meat for your monsters to eat you got to get there cuz there's only two spots that give you meat so you got to get there but my thing is like that kind of tens would still exist without that whole bidding system so I would love to see a dungeon pets like 2.0 like a second edition like clean that up clean some other stuff up maybe it could bid money for like I'm going to be first player and like however however much you do just determines the overall turn order but then you go into everything and you have to just all the spaces can have their costs and stuff toally but you can decide in the moment it's just for us it doesn't work so well you know yeah it would just it would just clean it up a lot and because of that and then just the fact that like we've played this game a ton had it for years and years and years it's just it's just slowed down over time I still really love it this was really our first introduction to like really thematic Euro games um in kind of introduction to a game that can have kind of a silly light theme But ultimately be a pretty heavy experience still love dungeon pets but yeah I I would love to see a second edition that like keeps most of stuff cleans some stuff up maybe takes there's also so many little things going on in the game maybe taking some of that out I think it would be um I think you could use it I don't know if I don't think the game sells well enough to like really War second edition but nonetheless um I really love dungeon pet still but it's definitely it's definitely cooled um for both of us but I kind of held on for a long time where it was still like really high up in my top 100 and my guess is it'll still be my top 100 we do it again this year my guess is it'll be pretty L pretty low that's my assumption so uh that's number five dungeon pets let's get number four this one weirdly hurts yeah it does because it's another early adopter like where uh a game where we just were blown away by the themee the mix me mechanisms and all the things ring true this is baseball highlights 2045 still great still great uh this is a game which simulates playing baseball which is our favorite sport uh to watch than highly and yeah definitely that man uh no jokes uh I also like competitive pogo sticking where they do tricks and stuff very cool very dangerous we do play pickle ball though pck do pick ball for last yes uh in this game you are simulating playing baseball and stuff and it's in a weird world in this in the now near future where uh you're playing with cyborgs and robots and stuff and the naturals are just like the you know normal humans trying to keep up and all that um and I think this is a game that you know we've just simply exhausted yeah we've played so much we played all the expansion material slowly through time we added more and more cards we now there's this huge stack of cards all these abilities and stuff and I just think we've played enough of it yeah we still play we usually play reason for why it's cool it's just you know it's now a once a year game we'll play it usually when the baseball season starts and I really don't need to play any more than that and that's okay like there's plenty of games that we have that are like a once a year kind of games I think that's totally fair I think this is that this is just turned into like a once a year I don't necessarily feel the need to play it although I do want to start playing it I want to try it solo because I think getting into the puzzle of the stuff might be interesting more as a solo game as I'm kind of there there's Times Gone by there's certain games I'm like oh this is now a solo game game for me like I still enjoy this puzzle and getting this puzzle so I do want to try that but like as a multiplayer game and just in general yeah we've just slowed down we've had it for a long time still really love it it's like a once a year game when the baseball season starts still really an interesting game with the way the Mind Games that go into it it's really really fun but yeah it's just at this point it's just it's slowed down you know I still think it's the best baseball game out there and it's still there's only a couple to be fair yeah but um I still think it's really really good um so baseball highlights number four cooled on in a amount but it's just it's it's settled where it's going to settle you know it's okay that's it that's all right all right it's number four let's get number three number three is definitely by far the newest entry on this list in terms of when it came out this is Earth yes um we cooled on it we were so hot on it when it first we first played it and then it kind of just went like this still like the game don't get us wrong but like it's oh my gosh this might be like a top 10 game ever ever and to like a yeah I like it when earth when Earth was first started hitting and it was in the hotness and stuff I was like this is going to be in the top 100 in the top 50 within like six months like I was certain of that um and I don't think that's going to be the case uh which is fine um this one is that the first Peak the first taste I was like in Ireland playing on board game arena just getting the idea of how it all works I was so excited and like maybe it was a mix of like I'm on vacation with my family I'm doing things it's super fun uh and it went from way up there down to like pretty solid pretty solid game it's not that it's down the dumps it's not that we discover it's this horrible game or anything but we kind of discovered that what we like about the game is ultimately kind of what put the ceiling on that game a little bit lower in this game you are building an ecosystem and uh there's four main actions whoever the active player is they choose one of the main actions but everybody is doing stuff in the game the entire time yes which is awesome objectively awesome if they choose the the build you know PL plant some cards actions I will get to do a version of that action they'll be a little bit less awesome yeah but I get to participate in it and then any of my green abilities get to trigger y if someone else chooses the blue ability I get to do a lesser versional blue ability and do all my blue cards and stuff everything is worth points if you get these little growth tokens Sprouts or if you tuck cards uh they're all points and you will often grow tokens and sprouts and stuff to get other types of things that will be worth points and for us it comes down to a thing where everything is valuable so nothing's valuable kind kind of yeah it's like this weird the the way I like describe it and this is not a Perfect Analogy but like it's kind of like Focus grouping a movie to the point where it's just so not the Earth is Bland but so Bland that no one actually likes it you know like cuz Studios will do that with movies they'll focus group focus group it basically take out anything that's going to upset anybody and then basically make something that nobody likes it's like I honestly wish the game had more like rough edges in terms cuz it's like every single turn you get to do something every single turn you get to activate all the cards of that color everything is worth points everything is currency and it's like in in a lot of ways it's really cool that you everything is everything all the ways all at once but the same time it kind of after a number of plays kind of got boring for me because I'm just like I'm just like it just kind of over time like was like oh okay I can just I have no Direction because everything is just like points you also don't know it's not like Feast for Odin where it's a big s box but you get to kind of choose what you're doing you're kind of getting the cards you're getting and you can draw cards and things like that but it's like you're just kind of like okay I guess I'll just see where this ride takes me which is fine again I still really enjoy the game but just like the fact that it's like so smooth and so kind of like just like this I kind of wish there was a little bit more the occasional thing where like oh this is really bad yeah for you like this is bad you need to race to get to this thing and there's a little bit of that with like the public objectives but like it's just it's honestly too smooth of a ride which I said makes it really really solid but I think puts that ceiling lower yeah than than it could have been honestly if if you if it had a couple more rough edges it's a weird way to think about it but it's like we were talking about it it's like it's almost just too smooth it's too open it's too everything more stress I guess a little bit more of having to think so like a game for me that also kind of helped heighten this realization it's a game like force Shuffle where you can play out cards everything's kind of worth points and stuff but in that game you can find combinations of of certain types of cards like a bunch of birds or a bunch of deer or something like that and if you hit that combo hard enough it becomes insane so it becomes this thing where like like I am desperate to find another deer card to fuel my deer engine and stuff and I'm like hunting for that card how do I do this to play this thing to find it and maximize I play one more tree to do this and so I'm fully engaged in that versus Earth I'm like it's so all worth I'm like I'll play this this card there's just no tension and it's still really smooth and good there just it it could use a little tension honestly have you know someone's got a flamethrower why not why why not make it a little less balanced that's enough about Earth we still really enjoy it but this was one that kind of was so high and then Bo kind of pretty quickly and so Earth still enjoy but notless that's number three let's get number two number two man again I we still love this game this is C of quber uh it's just we played it so much this is what I honestly feel like we played out we played it so much we introduced it to so many different people so many people for so many years now yeah and it's the cracks of quber is great it's a push your luck game where everyone has a big old pot of Gumbo or a stew or you know whatever your big old cauldron of potions or whatever yeah you're portion you're throwing stuff in there all these ingredients uh and you're doing that by pulling these ingredients out of a bag but if you pull these white ingredients these kind of like white like snap pea looking ingredients uh those will make your pot explode if you pull too many of those so you're basically pushing your Lux be like o do I keep going I'm kind of on the verge ah screw it I'm going for it yeah and then throughout the game you're going to be getting however far basically how many many ingredents you have in your pot how far you went along the track that'll determine how many points you get how much money you get the money you use to buy more ingredients and the points are points and so I really love this game I still think this is one of the best games to introduce to like newish Gamers because it's just push your luck games go over so well with new people the geekup bits which are very satisfying printed storage yeah it's still great still love it I love the herb witch's expansion it's really cool we didn't try the extra expansion cuz we were kind of just like H I don't know if we need another expansion for this don't need more um and yeah and it's just this is one where we just played and played and played and at this point like I will happily play quacks again but I also think I'd be happy if I didn't play quacks again I think I'd be okay with that it's just a game that like we're not going to suggest if someone says hey do you want to play quacks I'll be like for sure sure but we're not going to suggest it anymore this other our last time we did a cool down list a couple years ago aul was on that list where at that time we had played it with so many people showed it to so many people played so many games that we were just done this is where we are with quacks this might lead to a down period where we don't play it for a long time and we play it again and we'll be reinvigorated enjoy it once again I can fully see that happening and so that's why it's not going anywhere because these things e and flow especially because the first time that we played quax and quid andberg it was one of the best like top five gaming experiences ever at Dice Tower East yeah uh you know meeting Dave lza who brought it over from Germany it wasn't even in English yet yeah uh it was before it was just like this magical moment and that game has such highs and highs cuz it's so fun to pull those chits from the bag yeah it really is um but with how much we've played it it's a sign of how good that game is it was inevitable they going to come down from that High Yeah from that Peak uh and and like a lot of these games there's just other games that have kind of taken that that place like if I want to play a push your luck game and I want it to be lighter I'll play like bag of chips if I want to play a similar weight game I'd rather play Vos at this point cuz it's push your luck with racing some DNA it's like so there's there's other games that like if I wanted to play a push your luck game I'd play can't stop it's like there's lots of push your luck games I would just choose over quacks at this point but honestly if I was introducing a new person to like push your luck games that I didn't want to do like just plain old can't stop with like no theme I'd probably still choose qua because it's still very very good sure um it it's just it's great but it's it's yeah which I don't know if I personally ever need to play it again and that's okay I still really enjoy it but it's like there's so many games out there you know it's like if you've cool one you don't want to play anym that's okay you know that's it that's number two qua quber let's get number one number one for me personally and I don't honestly have a good reason but it is just falling off a cliff for me and this is everdale I agree it's just I don't know I I think so I will say this what preface by saying we have not played with all the expansion people like we need to play with the SP Crest expansion the belf expansion I'm sure it makes the game it would probably inject new life into the game but we played everdell so much everdell is a worker placement uh game where you're putting your workers out getting resource to play cards the cards are either going to be Critters very lovely and put Andrew bosi on the map still one of the best world building you know just all these ever lovely Critters and then they also will have a construction that goes along with them so there's like the in there's also an in keeper and there's some cool stuff where if you have a construction and then you find the matching um Critter that goes along the construction you can put the Critter in for free which is very cool um it's beautiful the game is still very fun but we just I think kind of played it out and then after playing it you know 10 15 20 times somewh however long played I was just like cool I've seen everything in this game and it doesn't really help that the first expansion pearlbrook we got and really didn't like did not care for it all and then we just didn't really want to get the rest of the expansions and I know I know a lot of the other expansions people really really enjoy and people said you've got to try these expansions and at this point we're kind of just like I don't know we're done um you know it just the the game itself was falling off a cliff I am sure that the expansions would inject new life but again like we said earlier it's like time is our most valuable currency and I don't really necessarily want to like bring we literally got rid of the game we don't even have it anymore it's like bring back a game to like then try in the hopes that I'll like it again I'm like I would rather just play games that I like now you know I think it's perfectly acceptable to if you're not enjoying game if it's the first play the 10th play whatever to just say I'm okay with that being enough and don't need to return to that because who cares you know uh with this one yeah we we have the unique position where we don't have a ton of time for casual gaming and repeating plays of the same game we just don't have a lot of that time so with all the expansions and stuff there's so much material that's almost like burdensome to even try to get into it now yeah at this point and awesome for everyone that like loves it and that has all the material for the game like that's awesome I'm glad you can invest so heavily in a game dope but uh that that train which I think is also never this point has already there a train has already taken off let a station and we're we're content being left behind yeah you know it just it really again like it dropped off a lot for us and and that's okay again people were like well you have to you have to give a fair chance no you don't your time is your time and like if you don't want to or you're kind of just like I'm done you do not have to like super people like we have to play this game for at least 20 hours to really experience it I'm like no no I don't I don't need to watch three seasons of a show and hope it gets better you know it's like no I don't it's like at this point we're just kind of done with everdell and that's okay again like if it was at a con and someone's like Hey we're going to set up everdale with those expansions we I would say sure yeah I'll play I'll play I I would still be down to try it but it's just like one of those things where it's like again the the concept of like putting forth the effort in the hopes that you'll like something sometimes can be worth it in certain things in life yeah but I think a lot of times it's not just play stuff you already enjoy you know um it's it's it's just a kind of an interesting weird place to be with a game where you're kind of like I don't think I need to do this anymore I understand that like maybe it would be my favorite game ever if I put the effort in but I don't really want to put the effort in and so that's also okay that's it that's just how we get down with the games now if one of the games we mentioned is your favorite game you have given that time that is so awesome I'm so excited we're wrong we don't care we're definitely probably wrong uh you know these are just subjective opinions for us we have these games to appreciate even if they only are you know truly at their Peak for a short period of time I'm so grateful who have gotten to go to that Peak with that game that's amazing like Earth or whatever had this decline okay that's fine like so much job it and again these games aren't going anywhere no uh they's still going to be around in our collection and stuff so that's awesome speaking of things that we appreciate we appreciate our patrons which you see scrolling down here beneath us uh thank you so much to p from the past current and maybe future we hope that you can be one of those future patrons check out the
