of the public what is open to members of the public so this whole area is open to members of the public it's it's part of private property and you've now been informed that right so even if that was a police straight away so that's what I've done I've called the police I've been assaulted and and uh I want to see what the reaction is like I want to see what the police response is like so I've got a feeling this might get interesting so yeah so I have called the police I have been told that the police are on their way um and I have decided to give them three pieces to two pieces of personal information um now normally I wouldn't like to do that but as I'm reporting a crime if you're reporting online you have to give personal information it won't let you submit the form otherwise so that is exactly what I've done um so I've been told the police are on the way and uh and to the same and yeah we'll see what the police say when they get here I have very much doubt that they're going to do anything about it uh I certainly don't think we're going to see this guy getting lead out and cuffs um but we'll certainly [Music] see we will certainly see see what the response time is like see the building actually hit you yeah it went all over me I've got got on footage i' stayed off now it's about 20 minutes ago but you got the footage there can I have a look at it yeah one second show so f let's see what to do about it then see if to do anything so if we um see evidence of the ACT you know on there you can kind of see see the the suspect there then water come that and it doesn't show different place we have your word I imag not going to out straight so one against the other it does it that's that's that's great do you know what the definition of an assault is yes can you I'm going to say the bet but you know what it is though so yeah it doesn't have to be physic has to be the um apprehension that there's going to be unlaw and it did touch me I think my hood my Hood's still wet done because listen if I had done that to a member the public me staff here you guys would arrested me you know well you would have only if there was there a necessity arrest I'm a realist so I understand that you're probably going to turn around and say that is no necessity arrest it's over he's back in the office yada yada yada and that's that's a decision you guys need to make yes and um so it it it probably would be going down the route of a voluntary interview I don't know if are you I'm familiar with the process we'll do a voluntary interview if there's no C necessity to arrest the um suspects um because I um he still got the bottle of water as well yeah I mean for something where someone's throwing water we wouldn't seize it and start I understand yeah yeah yeah I get it no of course I'm I'm not trying to dismiss allegation at all I think yeah we we we will obviously um do a little bit of fact finding and try and come up with a solution where you the victim is um satisfied with the service given to him and obviously we we we do have to act within the proportion proportionality of what's taking place so obviously we're not going to stor in there put him in C bring them out here for throwing water at yourself okay but then again we're not just going to allow someone to just throw water over M public are we we'll see I think we'll tell I have no expectations in terms of you guys phys phally arrest him I would like that but I know sort of given the um the necessity arrest him is probably gone by now so the chance of you actually bring the m cses is is zero and but he needs to be held accountable because as I said if I had done that to to any of them I would have been prosecuted for it and rightly so so yeah obviously doesn't just not resing not aring doesn't time you guys came close to him was as the video showed you walk in up there and him just standing I seen him so as I say when you guys left I went down that end I was walking back I seen him I was about 3 qu of the way down that road and I've seen him walk that way I've come back up I was down there getting some Boll footage I was across here getting some Boll footage he was nowhere I couldn't see him anywhere and then I was back down there and I was pocking back up going to finish off at the front of the video here he was still yeah um and as you can see I've went walked away from walked in opposite direction from him to finish off my video and uh and he's r on that so say SP his D didn't get his own way the first time and and he's acting like a uh a little child just something I'd expect from my son to be honest you know uh start some of your details down now so normally I wouldn't phone you guys so I've had a situation like this developed before and then normally I just go home and uh and just report it online um but I done that the last one and I got absolutely roasted for it and cuz people were rightly saying that if I had done that to that individual they would have pH the police you guys would have come out so normally this is is a b an experiment to be honest to see what happens and I guess it I guess it depends on the level of something that's taking place yeah what was it on that occasion if that ask what's that what what what type of situation happened last oh the guy tried to rob me tried to I was I'm arguing it's attempted robbery so I was outside s Council building filming outside down tul street don't know if you know and just fing outside there had a few interactions some of them good some of them not so good and but this guy just came out of nowhere and he got right in my face had pinned against the wall and he's literally snatched my phone and just took off running like literally took off running yeah and uh I chased after him and eventually he dumped it a member of the public said he duffed it down there and I managed to get it back uh and the reason why I want to accept his apology as well is because at the sub one the guy went away and I went back to the B I stood I went back I went to find out how to make a complaint against him and then I stood outside the guy I seen coming back and I said I'll give you the opportunity to apologize if you apologize I won't get the police involved and then he went to snatch my phone again and I went well you SE your fate um and then I got an email after I made the complaint the video went up I got an email from someone alleged to be him saying oh I'm now suspended I've got a family pay toay to care for um please like can you just drop it and I was like well you didn't apologize at the time like you're always seeing it now because you're facing consequences of your actions like I gave you an opportunity to apologize I don't normally do it so it would be different if he apologized without us being here obviously so you think if we ask him so sorry did because we're here it would be 100% it would be the same with the community resolution if you go in and you say to him listen we're going to opt for you to go out and apologize instead of him Prosecuting you he's only doing it to save him getting himself a criminal records at that rate so for a community resolution it's is yes it's not but it's a little bit more than just a verbal apology cuz it goes on yeah no it's it's pretty much yeah yeah it's it's better than nothing though but yeah I I can understand why you would push towards more eff was me that's all I have I think is like I don't go about doing that to people so fact when I'm doing this so if H and and if I did i' be rightly prosecuted for it you know um so if if they're going to conduct themselves in that way like then they're going to face consequences for it as much as I can s push for um we'll [Music] see they quiet there not quiet but there's like it's I'm able just to go about filming there and the the the officers at Charing Cross are very well frequented with people that come and film and and around there so
