Tips To Cleaning Inside Of Car Windshield

hello folks Scot with Dallas paint correction and Auto Detailing we're in my navigator we're gonna go for a car ride no we're not we're gonna talk about something cleaning the windshield the interior glass of a windshield well for many many years I am 44 years old pushing 45 which means I will be 50 very soon I think as you get older every year is like two years I'm getting tired Wado detailing has been good to me but I'm exhausted and it's getting to the point I've got to learn ways to work even more efficient as I get older if you're a young detailer you're in your 20s god bless you I love you I know what you're doing you're working like an animal and you you deserve all the credit in the world this is not easy work cleaning the interior windshield you guys have seen some of this stuff right a lot of people will tell you to sit in the passenger's seat so you're not fighting the steering wheel when you want to clean the glass they're telling you to take a microfiber towel take some of your favorite car glass cleaner invisible glass is that my favorite now they all suck I don't have a favorite but I'll spray some on this right the concept is is to spray it on your microfiber towel and go in here and massage it on the glass and clean it the idea of sitting in the passenger seat is so you're not fighting the steering wheel if you were sitting in the driver's seat that steering wheel is in your way and you're fighting you're trying to get to the glass they're also saying when you're sitting here it's easier to put your elbow on the center console put the microfiber on your hand kind of twist it turn it and you can reach and touch these areas of the glass that are kind of obstructed by the steering wheel all the great concept it works it works wonderful the whole reason why I brought up I'm an old guy is that process has brought me home many times with a sore shoulder a sore neck sore arms clean the inside of windows on big SUVs like this maybe have four or five details when I was a young guy and busting out work like it was nobody's business I know what you guys are doing and I love you all for it I've been walking past this invisible glass stupid little triangular plastic handle thing for years laughing my butt off going this thing's a piece of crap this thing's gonna fall apart how in the world is this going to help me well I wish I listened to my intuition a long time ago because this is actually an amazing cheap little tool ten to fifteen dollars to clean the inside of your glass I'm absolutely in love with it I am no longer going home completely tired sore shoulders my rib cage feel like they're out of adjustment because I'm trying to reach all the way over there in the corner of the window when I'm sitting in the passenger seat all I do with this stuff I think this is probably self-explanatory but I'm going to take my glass cleaner and apply it to the triangular pad which has got a microfiber bonnet on it just get it slightly damp right and then I'm gonna go in here and I'm gonna sit here and just massage it on the glass go back and forth I can apply some pretty decent pressure this little invisible glass tool is amazing as much as it looks like a cheap piece of plastic that it will fall apart on me it's doing amazingly well to handle the pressure for me sliding and up and down this glass and getting this window clean it can get a little grabby on you when you're working it that's okay that's just kind of the nature of the beast maybe you got apply a little bit more glass cleaner to it to give you some more lubricity on the surface of that bonnet and then go in there and just slightly mop up after yourself clean that glass it's got the pyramid head on it it'll get all the way tight up against the windshield you can get up in the corners of the windshield in the glass I know this is probably a city selling video to some but I just want to help some of those professional Detailers that might be making a living out of doing this and you're in your 20s you're in your 30s and you're reaching across the glass this tool holy crap it'll make your life so easy I can sit here I can have a conversation with my daughter on the phone my little Bluetooth in right and say hello sweetheart good to see you I'll pick you up after school as I'm cleaning the glass I'm not twisting my body into all different positions to be able to do this I think this tool made by invisible glass for 10 or 15 dollars the cleaning interior windshields on cars folks I know it looks silly maybe some of you are like me you walk past this thing for years it'll make your life it really will little detailing is hard work after usually I do all the glass part of last when I do a detail and sometimes you can be incredibly exhausted and the last thing you want to do is reach across this car over the steering wheel lying your body across the center console I know it sounds silly but after a four or five-hour detail you can be exhausted this tool will get all the way over there for me I'm not stretching my body trying to you know be like a Cirque du Soleil you know Acrobat trying to get over there this tool will get into all the little nooks and crannies with that pyramid head it'll clean the glass for me it will get in those deep corners on the windshield absolutely love it I don't work for invisible glass someone's gonna say you must work for invisible glass I don't it's a great tool just wanted to share the concept with you how I do it and it does a really nice job there's other heads that come with it this is like a microfiber bonnet head they come it comes with one that's got like a mesh to it so if you've got some nasty stuff on the glass that you really want to cut through you can change the bonnet on it I love it I just wanted to share it with you love you all appreciate it until next time be safe
