I dont have an hour and 22 minutes can I get a summary?
At around 14:00 he is going about the "slow clock" experiment then says it works the same for your wristwatch. Why would it work the same for your wristwatch if your wristwatch isn't measuring light but instead the movement of gears?
So according to Newton, essentially, time cannot slow down rather we detect a difference between two clocks because the photon's angle of travel has changed... like throwing a ball out the side of a moving car rather than a stationary one.
