[Music] some everything so yummy itsy babies [Music] people to meet [Music] hello hello welcome to tickerbila oh you're all wobbly and it's because of this wibbly wobbly jelly it's amazing oh surely not yes it's true look you hold on to this wibbly wobbly tree and you'll find that for sure all right this jelly does make you wobbly yes I know let's wobble over to Tampa come on hello Sarah Jane hello Paul hello hello feeling as wobbly as a jelly well we put some jellies as well we've got a green jelly and two red jellies here and I've got a jelly as well [Music] jelly on my plate jelly on my plate Wibble wobble Wibble wobble jelly on my plate jelly on my spoon jelly on my spoon jelly on my spoon on my nose put jelly on the floor jelly on the floor whoever wobble Wibble wobble Jenny on the floor jelly in my bowl jelly in my bowl Whipple wobble Wibble wobble jelly in my bowl oh jelly in our tongues Cherry in our tongues [Music] Tampa was eating jelly with a spoon now there are some spoons being made Through the Windows today let's have a little look [Music] how many windows one two three round square or arched which one will it be [Music] it's the square window [Music] it's good of course I mean the spoon and not the ice cream spoons start off looking like this raw metal this is raw silver metal is melted here in the melting shop it turns into liquid when it is very hot thank you the hot metal goes down this funnel [Music] then into this mold called a dye it hardens very quickly and turns into this solid metal bar [Music] the metal bar is still very hot too hot to touch it's cooled down by lots of cold water foreign [Music] and then fed into this machine the machine is cutting the metal into strips [Music] and there are the metal strips coming out the other end [Music] foreign at one end the flat bit is going to be the eating end of the spoon [Music] this machine is cutting out spoon shapes from the metal can you see the cutout spoon shape in the middle [Music] and there are the cutout spoons these spoons are going to have a pattern on the handle [Music] it's stamped on by this heavy stamping machine [Music] now for the eating end of the spoon it's being made into a bowl shape so you can scoop food up into it [Music] all the rough edges are being smoothed so that the handle is easy to hold [Music] and now they just need a good polish [Music] thank you [Music] they're all so shiny this finished spoon is so shiny you can see your face in it [Music] maybe they'll end up on your dinner table foreign look shiny now you use spoons to eat all sorts of different food can you think of any you use a spoon to eat a boiled egg with and you tap around the top and take the top off and then you can eat the lovely egg inside what else do we use as a spoon to eat ah porridge porridge is lovely on a frosty morning and porridge is one of my favorite foods what else a fruit salad and fruit salads are nice all year round but they're especially nice in the summer and what else have I got here soup soup is yummy and warm and there's some soup in today's story foreign [Music] what's the time on the ticker Villa Club but the long hand is pointing to the number three so that means it's a quarter past something and the short hand is a little way past the number six so the clock says it's a quarter past six and what's underneath the ticker Villa clerk we already know that don't we it's a bowl of soup this story is called making minestrone what do you do when you're feeling lonely you ask all your friends around to make a minestrone you need runner beans carrots onions peas potatoes tomatoes courgettes pasta cooking oil salt and pepper water each take a basket to carry what you pick and hurry to the Garden quick quick here are the tomatoes juicy round and red and here are the potatoes deep inside their bed over there are onions they will make you cry and hear a peas and runner beans climbing to the sky courgettes have enormous leaves very wide and flat carrot leaves are feathery rabbits all know that is everybody ready let's start to cook wash peel slice chop then fry up the onions in a great big pot staring all the vegetables lots of water too salt and pepper pasta shells a wish for me and you bubble bubble bubble quickly lay the table now it's time for us to eat the one and only homegrown home cooked magic minestrone those children had great fun making this soup didn't they and they were able to pick all the vegetables from out of the garden other things grow and live in the garden animals plants and insects I'm going to make one of my favorite insects today a grasshopper this is greeny the Grasshopper And I shall now make Gary the Grasshopper And this empty kitchen roll tube is perfect for making the body I've got a lovely lime green piece of tissue paper and I'm putting the tube onto the tissue paper and I'm rolling It Forward Roll Roll Roll Roll backwards and forwards until it's all nice and snug around there and I'm just tucking one end inside and the other end inside as well there we are perfect now this grasshopper does need some legs doesn't he and I've used these pieces of green card for the legs I'm gonna fold this piece like that and watch I'm going to turn to over and I'm going to fold it again just to the end like that and you'll be able to see that this makes a good leg and I've got to do the same again with this piece folding over once turning it over and folding it again pressing down nice and neat ready for my grasshopper legs and feet there we are no I need to stick just down so I've got some sticky tape and I'm just going to pop it on there like that there we are great no grasshopper two sets of legs at the front so again folding it over and turning it over and folding it over again should we do that again yes let's folding it over and turning it over ready to fold it again and there we have made the second set of legs one for that side and one the other side what do we need sticky tape on we pop just like that what have we got two sets of legs perfect no big long back legs for the grasshopper can you see let's make those now so we need too long pieces of green cardboard and I'm just going to fold over like this I'm going to take a piece of sticky tape stick it down nice and tight there we are and we'll do the same again for this side folding it over just like that the legs touch the ground and a bit of sticky tape Stick It Down there we go so he's got his back legs now which is a little bit more sticky tape just to make sure that it doesn't come off there ah but he needs some eyes so that he can see where he's going so I've got some black stickers and some yellow stickers one two some yellow stickers for the pupils too there we are and there we are now my grasshopper can see far and there we have my finished grasshopper hey Paul tamper and I have found some more creepy crawlies to go with your grasshoppers we've got a cricket here and Mr Cricket is a bit like your grasshopper it certainly is so let's just pop him there and what else have we got do you know what this is Timber I do do you it's a ladybird right that's a ladybird and we've got oh look at this one do you know who that is he's a spider that's right now this is a very pretty creature called a dragonfly isn't that lovely yeah and we've got a wiggly worm just pop that over there and mmm look at these do you know what these could be they look quite familiar and these little insects wow they make creatures itch are they please [Laughter] look at him he's Lovely isn't he he is a beetle isn't he nice let's pop him there and last but not least I've got two well I think that we've got enough creepy crawly insects here for an ugly bug bull once a lonely caterpillar sat and cried to a sympathetic Beetle by his eye I've got nobody to hug I'm such an ugly bug then The Spider and the dragonfly replied if you're serious come along with us to the Glorious annual ugly bug ball Come On Let's cross [Music] [Applause] [Music] while the Crickets clicked their tricky melodies all the ants were fancy dancing with the fleas but then up from under the ground the worms came squirming around oh they dance every little crawling creature you can name they were so happy they came come on and the happy time [Applause] [Music] then our caterpillar a pretty Queen she was beautiful in yellow black and green he said would you care to dance to romance romance then she SATs upon his cat s if he gave his cat's a pill the queen I'd squeeze [Applause] thanks to the ugly bug Bowl come on let's cross [Music] [Music] [Music] oh that dumb thing was great and banana and Moe are dancing today on a washing line let's see [Music] [Music] please [Music] washing line I know a really great game that we can play Tamba where we have to try and get three of our shapes in a row cold oh it's cold three in a row shall I show you how to play it oh yes please okay now we've got some shapes here I've got some yellow squares and there's some red circles over here if I was to put one of my yellow squares down here on this board with all these squares if I was to put one here down in that corner and another one here and one here then can you see that I've made three in a row yeah well done and from top to bottom bite if I was to put one yellow Square here and another one here and another one here you can see that I've made three in a row from side to side all the way across right so I have to get three red circles all in a row yes you do um from top to bottom side to side that's right or there's another way in a diagonal line from corner to corner see like that as well should we play it yes let's play okay would you like to be red circles or yellow Square I think I'd like to be red circles good thinking okay I'll be ready I'll let you go first oh okay um I'll put my shape let's see here all right so start right down in the bottom there yeah good choice right great I think I'll put my one right here in the middle ah okay um I'd like to put one in the top Corner over there oh right all the way over here okay thank you there we are now I'll put one of mine right here um let's think I'll put one in the middle at the bottom in the middle on the bottom line okay right here yes there we are all right okay it's my go again and I'm going to put one right [Applause] here at the top so ah I didn't oh you didn't spot it did you I got three Corner a diagonal line oh hold on never mind we can play again yeah yeah yeah okay you be the red circles again and I'll be the yellow squares and loser can start first oh okay great John the good I think I'll start now where shall I begin I think I'll put mine up here okay let me see let's go in here on this side in the middle above this one yes there you go yep great uh now let me think carefully oh I like to pick my Square in the middle it's nice midi you know there we are I've got two oh oh no no all right uh see I can put mine at the top and I will have three in a row oh thank you up to we've just been playing three in a row is a great game and who is the winner it's me well it's time for us
