world we auditioned for Star Search we didn't make it yeah singers as dancers a lot of people they don't know that we actually understand that hip-hop dance didn't make you didn't win well no we can even win the audition No so but that didn't stop us we realized we wanted to act so we told our mom that we want attack we were living in Killeen Texas at the time and I don't even know where clean is oh yeah it's an it's an army an army town were army brats yes yes but we can't happen how does a statistic yeah we came to LA and we ended up meeting a woman by the name of Irene Dreier she saw that there was potential with my sister and I and then we sat down with execs at paramount studios and they said this is a show yeah and that's and then we end up we ended up um how old were you we were 14 yeah 14 years old years old yeah did it take off that show right away was a hit right away right away we were top ten we were in a the top ten with Bill Cosby yeah do you remember hello Cosby Show was just about to end that was a fictional show Sister Sister right it would have a storyline separated at Birth right very true is not fictional it's a reality yes it's about our lives yes sometimes I wish it was fictional how long how long was just a sister on Sister Sister was on for six years six seasons yeah we basically grew up on that show we ended the show when we were 21 No do you finish each other's sentences a lot all the time I'm mid of you twins many times about there's a twins convention they still have him oh yes we just never we've never gone yeah yeah that one year in Washington I don't know that scares me for some reason being aroused when it's a little freaky sorry well I was telling this staff here I had one twin on once and the other twin wasn't there couldn't make it into town I was taking phone calls from all over the country when I got to the next call he said that's my brother before I picked up the phone yeah you ever have that happen oh yes we do the from her right yeah be honest Tamara well I don't like that we're dominating I like I mean you I divide your own I like that we are twins but it is important for our brand together to have very strong Native American it is it's Native American and Cree is and was a tribe of Indians who were warriors that we travel together that would travel the world and he's already living up to his name he's already been on 50 he's had been on 50 plane rides when she 50 plane rides one train ride he loves love's loves to travel very wise bright yeah yeah yeah he's - he's - and your son Ayden was not on November 12th it was his first birthday right yeah he did so awesome I bawled like a baby is that normal yes how'd you come up with Ayden Ayden honestly um in our in our family we have like this family tradition all of our first names start with the letter of your your husband's first name so my husband's name is Adam so I wanted my son's name to start with an A aidan actually means fire it's so he said your husband's name begins with C yes his name is Cory so that's why I came out are you good parent do kids come first oh yes definitely oh yes you know you realize that one of you could have come here today the same yeah how do you think your kids are gonna handle growing up celebrity parents if they don't mean anything now yeah I think I think my sister and I we've done a pretty good job we started out you know as child actors or actresses and we've handled it very well so another parenting I think so in the environment and the balance mm-hmm so I think I know my child would I think he's gonna be fine same here yeah we definitely have boundaries did you date my friend Seth MacFarlane is that who where I didn't miss it's not you it's her so he does why is that embarrassing Napa that you frequently visit yes where do you live in LA yes LA so that's kind of hard sometimes but we see each other we have two extra home you don't know and I'm fine a lot of responsibility er than you uh I really I I don't know we don't know we don't really really talk about at my dances yeah like that all I see is she's successful and I'm successful or how do we do that oh yeah and Tamara milky bomb no fast holds nippy milk well you have two products yes well we actually have five right now we have several we have milky we have stretchy which is a stretch mark cream we have softy yes which is a model a body lotion and then we have nippy nippy which is a bomb like cream for women who are nursing oh that's a blow up not a blow up I know get off the nipple well no it's not where are these products sold well they are sold at Destination Maternity and a peena-pod and also on need brands calm i know pea in a pod yes yeah 14 13 year olds yeah did you do you ever have a problem with fame any well known um I don't think I ever I never had a problem I did kind of want to make sure that I had enough privacy in my life and for my face that's it is hard it's very hard but I think it's important for kids growing up my mom made sure of that um there was a balance and then also raising kids and being married you have to keep certain things to yourself and private high I think the coolest thing what our mom would do was you know we would work but when we when we were done with work we would go home and when we were at home we were just kids mm-hm you're both very religious I don't like saying I'm religious yes I'm not religious um what faith are you raised Christian but me in particular I love all different types of religions I learned from them all you believe in dead I believe in God yes I do um I love Catholicism I love Christianity I love Judaism deism and I I learned from all of it do you uh is it true tomorrow that you weight it in you're 29 you're a virgin till you were 29 yeah okay why you're not religious I'm not we'll see I don't say religious because I truly believe that sometimes some of the most religious people are actually the meanest and most judgmental people out there I'm more into having a personal relationship with God and with my faith because I am a Christian with Jesus Christ so of course I mean waiting til I was 29 my faith had a lot to do with it but it wasn't the only reason why my health class actually scared the bejesus out of me when I was in high school your husband's celibate - no no not I mean I don't know when he I don't know when he no absolutely not all that I loved about my husband is that he respected my need how did you feel about her being celibate what a lot of people don't know is I lost my virginity at 25 so I wasn't far behind from you know Tamara um I think it's great and for me the reason why I withheld from it was I I wasn't dating just to date I wanted to get married and I wanted to be in a committed relationship if we and I oh yeah I felt that if I you know didn't have sex right away I would really know if you know my my partner who is my husband now if he really did care for me and if you really loved me and that's why I decided to wait as well that's very good thank you as you look at today's young stars like the Miley Cyrus Justin Bieber how do you feel well first of all I cannot suicune true but I actually feel for them in the sense that they have the whole world looking at them go through adolescence go go through these changes my god that - yeah I was just about to say that Tamara what we went through that as well I know but the thing is we were different people than they were in that particular age you know we were very sheltered um I think it has a lot to do with parenting I was just about honestly I think I think sometimes the line is crossed with with parents you can't just be their best friends and I think sometimes when you have children that are making more money than you are when you have children that are so you know popular they kind of parents they kind of want to be their best friends and they want to hang out in the clubs with them and do what they do but or they give them the easy route because they are making more money than they are and they let them do whatever they want to do and they don't discipline yeah the Olsen twins they gave it up right they give up the business yes the ads you ever think of leaving the business no not me I never think of leaving it 100% um I love to act um but I also love to produce what would you do I'll give you our leagues for instance okay okay someone comes to you uh-huh offers you a great deal uh-huh in New York okay you have to leave her I had to leave my sister is for you to you well see a show in New York must be in New York yes a lot of money yes at the end of the day girl you know you leave that's what I could I answer are you cleaning are you and know you'd leave answer the question I know but that's the real tear you break yeah at the end of the day I have a family I have to take care of myself I have to take care of my family and yes we are a unit but we're also individuals and I don't see anything wrong with that and I wouldn't be upset if she did that I want her to take care of herself and and her family you get a lot of flight still get some flak in social media about interracial marriage I sure do have notice you have a face I don't know I have great spies who ever face problems being black America do we ever face problems is being back yeah never see prejudice yes I think so yes I think in certain areas um it still exists I remember I was you know doing a show called the game in Atlanta and I was in Atlanta for four months and I will never forget walking into an elevator and it was just me and another woman and she was a white woman and decided to you know grab her her purse as if I was going to do something and mind you I didn't experience something like that uh you know in in LA but I think it could exist he made a lot of news Oprah was on and I asked her she ever sees president she was in a store in Europe she walked in and she pointed up about a bag she said she liked this store on it didn't know who it was hmm well I see that bag and they said you couldn't afford it oh and then you bring the bag down yeah anyway up next T and Tamara are
