we're going to end it uh not going to hang out backstage and uh or anything like that and uh I'm G to be in bed by 9: and get about 5 hours sleep and get up hit the road there you go uh ah yeah so I'm just going to sip on Water I may go grab myself a green tea but guess what tonight is it's the giveaway it's a halfway mark giveaway W and I'm GNA share a little glimpse of the wheel right quick um man uh here it is right here you where it's not going to be one where we can see the individual people on the wheel but they're all on there there they are and we'll get to that later on in the show but uh for right now since we are doing that I do do want to say we are doing two giveaways tonight because we do the samples now but the wheel for the the halfway mark is set so anything that comes in tonight uh for entries goes to the next halfway mark giveaway but it also goes for these samples right here [Music] and yes you saw that right we uh Mark is going to be giving away a a por of antique 107 uh along with uh the uh eh Taylor Bal and bond the small batch and a uh pour of the straight ride bottle the one and so those are the three samples but we're doing two giveaways on it tonight because we're also going to give away this one-of aind uh board here um my wife has a has a side gig hustle thing called uh uh brushed with profanity and I'll bring up this slide here uh it is 14 in tall by 6 in wide uh I came up with the names for it and I did say it was laser engraved that's wrong uh uh I I don't know what how she does these things this is a vinyl that she put on and then stained it and varnished it and so it it leaves the raw wood showing through uh but that is beautiful I can tell you that right now uh night nice heavy thing it's got a hanger on the back uh you know wall art thing there so uh that's that um and uh we'll we'll we'll show it again here in a little bit um for folks but those are for the super entries uh Super Chat super sticker type entries to get into the halfway mark giveaway uh and but for the that tonight they go for the samples and the board but then you'll be in the next halfway mark giveaway which will occur on July 25th but uh let's talk about the regular drawing the regular quarterly drawing which we that's coming up uh June 6th June 6th is when the regular uh giveaway is going to be so let me go ahead and play this hashtag entry because we got to get to show on the [Music] road all right we are on the fourth week uh uh there's five weeks because there's 50 states 10 10 a week so this is the fourth week of all that let me write down uh Jerry AR ball here and then I will post the first hashtag and we will get that going all right and then I'll get those entries on the wheel before the end all right so the first one and like I said before these are all are not all Bourbons but this is the number one whiskey uh I don't know who came up was which ones are number one I think it was sales and popularity and all that type of stuff but from each state but I can guarantee you the one that's going to come up for Kentucky or came up for Kentucky that's not the number one seller because that was a a freaking that was a a what was it $8,000 bottle of Eagle Rare oh jeez yeah so Kentucky whatever you know but yeah probably wild turkey I would say or well better maybe Akers best makers sells a ton there in Kentucky because of they do the barrel giveaways to you know they let everybody come in and do the picks so that's really popular with a lot of folks and uh but uh yeah I mean if it wasn't maker Mark I might do it I mean it's okay it's just not my favorite and they only give you like two or three barrels to pick from you don't get the you know go through the warehouse and find what you want oh dang okay what was it oh something on oh text all right yeah yeah we uh so yeah we're into it if you don't have the first hashtag n CMW is it this is going to be worth four entries to the quarterly drawing uh we are going to do the put me in still uh but then we're going to rush rush rush rush so I'm going to get these going I'm not going to let them go to to time because we do have uh I I usually speed things along on prize night because we we have to have time to to get that in at the end um and I'm gonna as always you can set your watch by it we end this show at 8:30 you know the the me the Rye at4 proof and I know you got some stuff from him as well m yeah he sent me some stuff just a little while back I've still got the uh a couple of his Infinity bottle samples they good well if it the best bourbon I've had coming out of New York right here and I agree with this 100% yep I got a little bottle of that that's a Ben pick mhm it's a 5ye old 64.9% a oh yeah yeah I all I have is the their regular uh straight bourbon not the bottled and bond the one I just showed was the bottled and bond uh that picture uh and then um I've got the the they're straight bourbon but not bottled and bond and then I've got their lightly peeded bourbon oh and it I can I'm telling you right now it is so good um fifth prom this fifth prom dude you're a player I guess hey he just said he's celebrating his birthday too yeah a little bit early earlier yeah and uh I don't know if you saw it but uh Lor's in stream oh okay I'll write Lori down I I for man I was hustling today W I had I'm loading up yep was talking about getting those crab legs and we were all on here uh chatting about how good crab legs are luckily I just ate a couple of lamb chops earlier so I'm good to go I'm not starving to death yeah yep there's big cat I got a box over there for him ready too cuz apparently the UPS decided to make the last one I sent just disappear into the thin air yeah get that insurance get the insurance claim going all right we're gonna give this about 18 Again turned 18 today oh yeah I did I remember I had one of those obligatory things that comes up on Facebook where I'm like happy birthday but it here it is it came up and I picked the one you know how it gives you one and I picked one of a whole bunch of little hats behind it so I felt good about that because I know s it so I was like here's a American malt whiskey so there there it is now this is going to be worth uh the seven seven entes Dr all right that's I you it's hard to tell about the color of these things because of the way the pictures are taken and all uh you just don't know if the whiskey in the bottle's that dark until you see it in person yeah yeah yeah but Glenn Fargo like kind of a play on like Glenn levit and you know all the other scotches right Glenn GL yeah yeah CL Fargo whatever sounds like exactly John Glenn Fargo it sounds like somebody you went to school with or something yeah you know Glenn I used to have an uncle Glenn so you know yeah it depends it depends I mean I you know I like some scotches here and there but uh yeah it's all good no that but yeah we're gonna try to get most of these done here in this hour these uh the these little hashtags here so it's going to go fast and furious that newest um release from still Austin it's got some color to it and it's got a nice little reddish tins to it as well but also being dark oh yeah yeah that the the 21090 pick has that that cherry red looking I mean that is Dark One mhm and when you get it up into the into a pore it's got that nice little kind of a reddish tins to it oh yeah but it's the straight Ry whiskey uh Distillery on the release finished in ruby red Port barrels oh yeah foury old Ry but then finished for eight months in a uh ruby red PK Barrel well now that you have them all sold on it let them know what what the Teardrops are about oh well there was only so many of them and you had to buy them online and then pick them up after Distillery but so I didn't know that so I just got to The Distillery and they had five bottles left at The Distillery and they had only been open for an hour so needless to say I picked up a couple of them and the rest of them are gone and it's not they're not going to release it again that's could sell whiskey here o bucks geez yeah I know wow I could have twice as much back here I know you me both all right well one more time let me let me let everybody know what the uh the supers are about uh I'm going to go ahead and play this uh so you see the sample entry [Music] and then uh also uh we're giving away two prizes on that tonight and one of them is the wallboard artwork uh that I have right here and I'm going to take this with me whoever wins it tonight I'm taking this whiskies it looks very dark on the picture so I mean that that looks absolutely darker than Rebecca Creek on that picture but yeah like I said got to see it in person well yeah well again though I have I have seen pictures side by side by side when I'm trying to get pictures to go on these like hashtags and all this type of stuff um and there'll be one that'll look like a um like a pale scotch and one right by it looks bright gold and you know all that just the lighting and it's the way they yeah how it's back lit and everything else yep yep I got hard to tell till you pick it up in person well sometimes yeah even then it's kind of hard to tell some of the bottles I mean like uh say smoke wagon for example oh yeah you know you look at that one how dark is that liquor no idea I had no idea now and that and burning chair but now though like I have the uncut unfiltered and clear M you know because they ran out of the the colored glass and all and then um they quit doing the black for burning chair oh yeah because and that was one of the things they needed to quit putting it in a straight black Bo at least with smoke wagon I can hold it up to the light and see how much whiskey I have in the bottle that one you can't see anything you you take the cork out and shake it around how how how full does that sound it's like trying to fill up your line more not overflow it you know you hear that you yeah that bahav in U classic latty it's got that kind of bluish teal bottle that you can't see through it at all either it's like that you just can't see it have no idea how much you got left yeah yeah that's my only you go to make two pores and only have one enough for one you're like oh man yeah sorry about that that glass was Heavy I thought it had more whiskey in it yeah and it is too it's a heavy bottle yep now I mean it's all good you know but I I like it where I can see it through there yeah I agree at least if you're going to do that put a put at least like one of those little uh gas gauge things you know down the side that's clear so I can just see how much is in there all right we'll give us about another uh let's see one two three four yeah this is the fifth one yeah okay we'll give it just a few more minutes here and then uh that'll give us time to get through the last five I'm trying to get through all of the hashtag spins before uh the hour Kathy bits the hashtag it's a cool looking bottle nice topper too ites I like that that yeah it's got it has a uh I don't know if people can see it on here it's a night helmet yeah yeah on top that's really cool I wouldn't mind having one of those just for the bottle yeah and uh I'm I'm going to be close enough to Oklahoma you know I mean Fort Smith you drive right over there you cross the line and uh I may have talked to Chase or look look in there and see if they have a bottle of that somewhere because I always when I go in I always get stuck on the Bourbons you know but that is a bourbon but uh I don't know how much it costs I don't know if they have it don't oh whiskey nature says they got that up in Michigan but they want 20 for it but GE it seems a little steep for straight whiskey yeah what straight it's got to be what at least two years old they called straight is that what it is yeah but if if it's less than four years they they're supposed to used to you had to put it on the bottle and now with digital age and everything they've relaxed the rules on that and as long as they publish the age somewhere uh so all I can say is have your phone with you if you have concerns and Google it you know while you're there and if you can't find an age statement and it says straight on it it's supposed to be four years oh okay but because they don't have to disclose it if it's four or more now of course bottled and bond has to be four but it can be four but anyway there there we go lives in Oklahoma well goody goody oh RB said that one said 10 years who okay well that would be straight then that's straight up 10 years yeah oh yeah no yeah I'd like to I'd like well 120 you know for a 10 yeah that's not bad you know figure you know 10 bucks a year and a little tax on top of that so you know not too bad oh yeah Jerry he said we're getting our first rain since last October just five feet of snow in between yeah you're not lacking for it we're supposed to some rain here tomorrow finally again but I wouldn't try to show a picture that big daddy H sent me they had a lot of rain in a very short time and they live on a called Chism and there is's an intersection right there they have a corner lot and they have a yard they have a driveway you know you can park a car in it but that water was all the way up to the carport up there it was across the road it looked like Dad called it Lake Chism he said he said he almost launched his boat sheesh but last last little bit of rain I got here I got golf ball siiz hail with it yeah that needs to clear on out before I drive there in the morning yeah for sure John all right so we are at one two three four five yep number six is going to be right at uh 7:30 my time 7:30 my time which is four minutes away we'll spend this next there's your a question oh if it doesn't say straight on it it's it's probably believe more than likely under two years old if it just says bourbon oh okay well I mean you can say Bourbon and all they got to do is basically pour it into a barrel and out of the barrel and pour it right back out yep yeah and it's it's bourbon now of course it wouldn't have any color if they did that uh yeah but they don't have to leave it in there for more than six months if they don't or just a few months and it depends on the climate I mean they could pour it in and if it's really hot and a lot of humidity changes and everything like that and they check the color because a lot of them that's all they're checking they're just checking the color on it yeah and have it presentable in the bottle but they also uh cut it with water and so you know you have to you have to proof it down because you can distill it at 160 and you can't Barrel it more than 125 so or 100 yeah yeah so you no uh 12 no no now I think it's 125 uh it's uh no more than that but it it can't be less than than 80 you know to be called whiskey so and that's what um that's what uh uh Fireball got in trouble for cinnamon whiskey MH uh and it's it's not even uh 40 proof you know or I mean 80 proof yeah you know I got one behind me it's it's like that it says Whiskey on it but it's it's uh 70 something proof yeah so it's only 30 you know 30 30 something you know 33 and a half or whatever you know so they they're not supposed to be able to call it Whiskey oh there you go J Kitty got it yep 160 off to steel or less and Barrel no higher than 125 and yeah so most of them are going to but they can uh proof it down in the barrel too uh you know monitor that barrel and just add a little water to it here and there to make sure the proof doesn't go uh Sky High yeah and all that that's what still Austin does and now are hearing that the uh the Nancy picks are going to be about six years old from now on wow so there's that and that's that's what uh now that's the base of what we're giving away oh yeah let me before I get into that let me spin this uh because it is right at the time for my alarm to go off all right good luck grapes and the red grapes you know like the the seed L ones you just I call them fridge grapes you know you just buy them and throw them in the fridge uh and and pick at them but uh they'll have the whole and another red grape sitting right beside it same thing they look identical and one of them says gluten free on it and that one will be almost gone who is making grapes with flour you know yeah Roses Barrel yeah when I was talking to the guy uh I did the documentary film thing with uh there at Dueling Grounds uh he said every time they get their Barrel in because they order their barrels you know they come in um that and they're they order them with a specific Char on them so they don't Char there um yeah and he said the first thing they do is fill them with water and put them in the back corner of the warehouse and at first the water's just running out and they keep filling water back in until it stops yeah and it but the wood swells and it will stop losing water and they had a drain thing back there in the floor just for the barrel water to run out and he said that takes about a couple of days and then once once they stop leaking then uh you leave them full of water and then when when your whiskey gets ready you dump them out get all the water out of it and then take it over and start doing your Barrel fill yeah oh yeah you got they gota they have to hydrate to swell out and Christmas Eve Christmas day like none of that you can't buy anything you all that takes is pre-planning because you know Thanksgiving is going to be Thursday you know coming up so you uh go on ahead and just buy all buy it all on the Monday and Tuesday dang Jerry 220 for a bottle was it stag or something couldn't tell probably $220 yeah yeah I I saw a stag down here well I didn't see it it's behind the behind the uh cashier you know he keeps it hidden underneath the bar there but he said he had stag Junior for like 200 and he had uh J George T stag the tall bottle for like a grand and I'm like no I'll pass on both of those yeah thank you very much yeah that's that's that's getting they're starting to price them out okay nothing in Arkansas on Sunday yeah I wasn't sure if they still did that I and I remember because I grew up in Arkansas and uh the the grocery stores would have beer but they they had locks on the doors like you walk in the grocery store you forget what day it is it wouldn't open she sugar kitty it's not worth 200 it's just not I mean it's it's a decent whiskey but it's not worth $1.99 forget it nah I mean I know a bunch of Bourbons that I'd rather have uh oh oh here he comes now I'd rather have um there's an old elk four grain that I really want there's some uh some decent uh uh wild turkey uh up there uh not the Masters keep but some of them there's there's one I can't remember what it is right now I know the bottle if I ever see that bottle I'm running to it uh in the store I can't remember right off the top of my head oh okay yeah yeah that's about what forgate is for a couple hundred bucks typically yeah even around here and I only know one store that I can get forgate at but they have a quite a big selection and he also does Mi with them so really in Ozark and that's a full Liquor Store Ozark Red Barn is open on Sunday H Sunday afternoon all right I wonder if you can you might be able to go in there and buy beer and wine but not liquor oh they they don't have a lot except for liquor I mean you walk in that store and I all you see it bottles everywhere yeah okay I mean they have some coolers over there but you know for the beer and stuff but mostly you walk in that door and it is Bob tolls dag junr is $10,000 no 10 grand no no they wouldn't sell a drop if it was that well somebody would buy it just because it costs that much but that's not gonna be me I'm not gonna just go buy stuff because it costs that much no I buy stuff because I want to sip on it and spread it around and let other people try right that's why I get different things oh you want to see me get stingy with something let me let me let me decide I want to drop a few grand on a bottle I might send two samples out that' be like yeah two two half oun samples yeah here's you half liquor on Sundays all right good to know I may run by there then uh I need to get some cash I didn't pull out too much cash I wasn't planning on going red B oh oh dang sorry sorry Fulton uh he said Jody when I get home tomorrow I'll send you those prom pictures and I thought he said porn pictures and I'm like oh yeah well well yeah no yeah all right yeah and you know if you sent them to me I'm going to make an intro or something like a like some meme or something want to see Fon in a a pale blue suit or a pink suit yeah what color you what color your tuxedo there fon I think I hell it's hard for me to remember I think I had a a light blue one I have no recollection of what I was wearing to my I remember what she looked like I don't remember what I look like well we're we're we're guys we don't look in the mirror very much come on no I just remember having to put on a cumber bun and all that junk yeah had to have the old croad or whatever there yeah and she had to have one went on the wrist oh yeah I remember buying those well I may have had a tux on I don't remember sh kitty little this kid homing that'll be good with this cigar yeah we got a few more minutes here but uh I'm I may end this a little early tonight because uh I need to get uh this stuff packed up so I can hit the road yep uh early early so uh yeah we may end uh about five minutes early tonight okay well you got to take a few lights and you know get your pack your microphones and the Chargers and camera and all that stuff up all that good stuff and I got to get it all in that laptop bag and and and get it out to my car oh well now thanks sugar Kitty day late a dollar short there what the hell I home he says idor sheesh well one thing I found out though since I started buying all these cigars to fill that humidor up is the cigar like you can get some lighter ones and they they are just as good with a like a a very light Scotch you know like a high uh yeah now some of the the darker ones you know they'll kind of kill it but every one of them goes good with K's lightake K's lightake doesn't have any flavor so it's just yeah well I was want something a little bit a little bit more py to go with the cigar you know to give it that kind of you know Smokey on the on the on the scotch side but then Smokey on the cigar side as well to kind of you'll balance it out a little bit and home's okay but I think excuse me I think sugar Kitty's right I should have uh grabbed a little bit of enter the door it's a a lot darker and a slightly different Peete note you know one one thing I figured out about you though is that's not the last cigar you're ever going to smoke so next time just remember that okay you save that experience for next time yeah yeah
