unmarked car when he noticed the vehicle begin to follow him closely then passed him in the left turn lane all right the officer pulled him over and the 40 year old driver was identified as tort oh i didn't say the officer didn't request it i thought i hit the button stop go back the officer then requested an on duty officer to take over the traffic stop all right he's in left lane riding some ladies like bar none up against her bumper and she pulls off and i hear him revving his engine so then i get enough game to pass the person in front of me and as soon as i get left lane he just passes me center lane barrels okay so then i light him up and then he's not stopping i can't smell anything but okay this is who he is um yeah we have non-arrest charges on him oh you do yeah domestic some some sort oh yeah sounds good just falling too closely and then falling too close and then passing in no passing lane okay all right i'll go talk to him yeah you're you're good okay uh you know me the hang tight here lavina [Music] okay the officers discovered that a court order in the berg enderberg i'm guessing to stay away from a woman he was in contact with however there were recent reports of him driving by the woman's home and worked several times over the past weeks spaghettios edinburgh was convicted of stalking the woman in 2018 and a woman was granted a domestic abuse injunction against darn it i'll be reading fast enough against that year that is effective through may of 2022. remember y'all i think this is 2019. i don't know who took it you know if it was someone oh yeah hopefully they got they the police were able to intervene and uh hopefully solve and resolve this situation to where maybe they need to ban him let's go back to being able to well does that even work
