This Pokémon Challenge BROKE ME

if you're watching this video you know what Pokemon is at least I really hope you do I'd love to Pat out the time with a lengthy explanation but considering this challenge would be well over a month and then multiple other months I kind of want to speed through this relatively speaking I am setting myself the goal of becoming a true Pokemon Master in fire red and leaf green that means collecting all 151 Pokémon and becoming the champion let me clarify I don't mean catching one Pokemon evolving it and calling it a day no I want a full living Pokedex with each Pokemon in their corresponding slot Bulbasaur and Slot one Ivysaur and two all the way through from that aformentioned Bulbasaur to me the Pokemon only available by events in 2006 where you actually had to leave your house when I was a toddler what am I going to do cheat it in well yes but actually no I have a very interesting solution that involves warping space time and your definition of legitimate Pokémon now let's get into it we begin at the yeah beginning shocking I know I booted up fire red on legitimate Hardware with the program pokel link to keep track of my Pokemon immediately I'm greeted by everyone's favorite dementia patient Professor Oak who can't seem to remember mine or his own grandson's names I mean who could forget names like these what do I name him though I got it his name is wiener mature I know like all true Gamers I wake up and head straight for the PC where instead of finding hot singles in my area I only get drugs disappointed I try to run away from home but thankfully my mom kicks me out instead my mother I truly wish I Casey Anthony you thanks Mom on my way to freedom I am stopped by a strange old man making me follow him if my mom cared about me she would be upset I'm sure but since Pokemon doesn't want to follow the rules of stranger danger neither do I which leads me to seeing wiener weener the man who for the life of him cannot stop bitching Oak being fed up tells me to pick my starter Pokémon first and let weener get whatever's left over he challenged me to a fight that I barely win and as expected he [ __ ] about it wamp wamp moving on I go through that dangerous path and realize something about Kanto I should have known a long time ago this supports my theory that the Kanto region is just New York cuz of all these rats you know what you know what you know what I'm going to put little bro's face over this rat I bought him a fortnite skin and the deal was he has to let me use his face which is funny give me the bag I've come to deliver the goods as a reward for not stealing his s chew ball he gives me a Mr convenient timing our very own pokedexes but considering my magical ability to create technical issues out of thin air he probably shouldn't have is this that okay that timer hasn't been going this entire time okay new timer it's totally real I I hit the button I I thought I hit the button my intellect unrivaled but you know what that's content baby I had no idea how right I was right Bird up bird up give him the ball oh that's awesome sauce let's go it's a girl all right we got a Slayer on our hands she's going to slay too close to the Sun I might kill her D she just slays like she is a Yas Queen y you you're a pirate now y remember how I said that I only play the old versions of these games well in them you can catch a nether end of these patches of grass guess what they changed and guess how long it took me to find out long enough to find a Mankey y long enough to find another mkey did I act I accidentally s the timer again okay new timer totally real how do I keep doing this like I don't know what button I'm hitting for where's the V forever you do this forever and a spearo the bird I prefer sorry bird up I probably shouldn't have said that out loud hray maybe just bird and an unexpected wiener in my face weener yeah what nice sacrifice oh my God God does not like this Pidgey all right you know what you're going to be F thank you for your sacrifice just live one hit live one more hit see if my Pidgey had sand attack we'd be doing a little bit better Y is Out For Blood always sorry y you know tore single attack holy sh yeah just him up take him down with you nope so I rushed back there saddened by my loss but eager to catch my neeran when weiner comes at me again because I didn't realize she'd still be there and I know this dude's Strat so oh no he's actually going to attack me well yeah no this is just my life for the next like amount of time get out of here buddy I I didn't prepare cuz I didn't think I'd actually have to like do this basically my plan is don't die in one hit deal a little bit of damage and then that's it ah this is so annoying hold on no shot the bird clutch this is very doable the bird clutch this is flying Tech you are so kind bird holy sh this is so satisfying to me you don't even know M get a crit and I outp spe I outp spe bird I love you this is my real starter thank you bird and you learn leer you wiener I looked out cuz I just had the better Pokemon God that felt so good this is why I prefer Rivals that are [ __ ] they're so much more satisfying to beat the ever loving out of this not so much okay my timer reset again turns out just touching my control stick stops the timer I don't know why that's not what I said it to do all right my my real timer I I swear it's my real timer nope I act I keep my my real timer this time I swear oh I have wasted my time time so is that only in gen one you can find neans I'm a boomer T TV what what is this oh so I just got called stupid basically on my way to veran Forest I catch a Weedle named buzzword a Caterpie that I did not care to name and someone who I didn't expect to find so soon but someone I could not have done this without you're you're the you're the mascot I'm getting her now bye-bye BD up do I feel bad abandoning my first caugh Pokémon a little but Raichu is one of my favorite Pokémon it's just so hold on he can explain it better kind of a stupid reason it's the same reason why prefer FOH cuz I had a dream once and this applies to both of them a dream where I had them as pets but like separately and the Raichu was acting basically like a dog and it was just hi Metapod like I was like petting it like a dog it was awesome so I just can't think of Raichu without thinking of like dogs and like how much Min be like my dog and like oh man I want one of those as a dog even though it's a rat it sure is nice driving my 20 20 Chevy Silverado hi Squidward awesome oh and I uh found another Pikachu vidian Forest is vidiian Forest so I sump on a few kids bugs and get out with relative ease and I end up in pter city um sure oh what am I okay I got it too late nit Wick too late too late too late in itwi take that LOL it's beautiful beautiful yeah it does Museum isn't this where I just get Aerodactyl I need the HM cut to get it so I'm leaving a bad review now I don't want to be mean and say that Brock was a complete pushover did I really write nothing else about this other than that moving on buzzword evolved into Kakuna and I caught a Neer and male and Jigglypuff notice how I said Neer and male yeah in this area Neer and female is only a 1% chance this took so long that I eventually gave up recording and formed encounters off screen but hey at least it's t me early on that Pokemon is a game of suffering and patience don't worry it'll only get worse later on let's go oh my God it oh my God I praise the video I was watching about milous from The Simpsons you do not understand actually you kind to can't understand cuz I have the timer going right here and it's about as accurate as it could be I been waiting for so long for this I was fully expecting to get a shiny before I got like the kner in okay Y at your last outing just don't kill this is amazing like this was my big roadblock okay y don't scare me like that oh my God finally she'll be named after the Lord song bye-bye Y Victory fish surprisingly Mount Moon wasn't that bad Zubat Paris and geod dude all made nice additions to my collection is this cruel nah oh yeah buzzword evolved again also after catching Clefairy I made my way to the super nerd and encountered some nice I'll deal with it later yeah that's fine I'm going to actually save in the uh legitimate copy one dome fossil and two acts of violence later we make it to the place where the I'm Blue double d double die guy lives oh boy what a nice place I sure hope I don't run into M weener prob got like level 20s I'm so underleveled oh but I don't need levels on Thunder Wave cuz fck you first of all I guess I also he literally just one more not you yes you punch him I did not deserve to win that but damn if it does not feel satisfying take that and choke on your own sand wiener with this new found confidence I challenge Misty and okay then yeah I lost if you can't earn badges earn cold heart cash is what I always say so I'm going to show you a little bit of a secret you see this guy who gives me a nugget well watch this he gives you a nugget every single time you fight him meaning you can Farm infinite nuggets AKA infinite money does this ruin the spirit of the game yes but I'm only doing it so I don't devel up a gambling addiction later trying to get Porygon seriously he costs 500,000 Pok dolls but you know who's more valuable her name is shomba you're the world can I get a [ __ ] pleas thank you don't kill me wow yeah so eat a so goodbye did not miss you at all thank you for the badge her first real fight and she carried hard and the world is great moral support too he doesn't know how to fight yet be nice to him please speaking of being nice I decided to release bill from his flesh prison and he pays me in a boat ride to get to the SSN I pass through Vermillion City where I've ATT the versus Seeker old rod and a bicycle after that little detour I fought literally every single trainer on board for that sweet sweet experience even if it means running an entire boatloads of people's vacations their fault for challenging me if they can't keep up oh God now I sound like weer sand enough fighting I want some real gam play yeah let's rip this fully grown man's back thrilling and I get cut because of it wait third gym already I sure hope I don't have any Pokemon named shro but resistant to elect o new badge and more importantly Shockwave a move completely resistant to me getting sand thrown in my eyes because it never misses anyway I take a shortcut through diglett's cave evolve shumba and sneak my way into that Museum from earlier to swipe some Aerodactyl wooo doesn't that just make a nice transition into Rock Tunnel yeah uh I got flash a while ago and I gave it to the world so I kind of stumbled around catching Pokemon until I got to Lavender Town wait aren't you the one with dead Pokémon yeah that's sad and all but let's go she just gave me the move return which gets stronger the more your Pokemon love you and look at me I'm super lovable right at least I'm going to trick mascot into thinking so after all she could be stuck with weener and get knocked out every time she leaves her Pokeball just just ignore this sand also I forgot something a famous part of the game that I've done many times I need a Sil scope to progress here it better go do that of course a pit stop wouldn't hurt especially if that pit stop just so happens to become a valued member of the team everybody Welcome Dog Days Are Over yes you have to use his full name every single time the only problem is who do I swap him out with yeah no I can't act like it's not obvious I'm really sorry buzzword you were an essential part of the team but now it's time to retire wait a minute Dog Days are over as a growth and they evolve with stones sell it on department store is like right here oh boy time for some fully evolved Pokemon hert I crash into the h z grass gym the perfect place to level up dog D over you getting my SpongeBob bit it's like the French narrator anyway since I'm here I may as well spend all my money on Porygon Scyther and Dratini a I love that along with finding an Eevee that's going to become a Vaporeon with a name that I'm 100% Going to reuse later oh and a bird that can fly time to walk to fuchsia City despite being super underleveled I destroyed that fighting dojo and got hit M Le oh my God another JoJo reference I also don't know the context for this clip but I find it really funny like Gastly no you don't have to do that okay bye hey where' the screen go oh see this is the point where I spent 2 hours fixing my inability to save so I wouldn't get soft locked later on cool well now I'm upset so I'm going to go ahead and rename Bean to worth of work with all the time I spent catching Pokémon then again catching lots of Pokémon gives you an item that doubles battle money so it kind of just pays for itself I have so much debt unfortunately the power plant is not hiring so I have to continue with my Pokemon Journey ah Christ Alexa stop yes oh it's 1:00 a.m. yo turns out Zapdos is hard to catch if you don't prepare that's why you save before the encounters and I'm all out of Pok balls load game slot one yes mascot I love you did even have to save scum kind of like how I'm saving money by surfing on Toral instead of paying for an ocean U plus when you battle everyone on the way with that amulet coin this starts to get profitable ah cinear Island the home of man-made Horrors beyond my comprehension especially this pizza hi God no I would spit on you if I could you sick I should try to calm down so I guess I'll play God but that gets boring so here's cabar Mansion is everyone here homeless or do they just get attacked by wild Pokemon whenever they go home either way I am rant attacking this place while I wait for Aerodactyl to finish baking damn man do I love crime when it only benefits me okay before I go crazy completing gems out of order I think I should visit the Seafoam Islands and catch everything I can AKA everything but Articuno that was fun but it's time to play the game the intended way so it's time to not only raid suco but fight every single trainer in there for maximum XP and profits yes I might be a little insane but hey I only have to do it once so I may as well optimize my time I'm crazy yes and you cannot read a crazy man's mind so Sabrina gets demolished by my torle with stunted growth wait wait wait scratch that he just had a growth spurt okay I can just heal and go to veran hi Bill I mean yeah okay you want to okay um sure one trip to not Epstein Island and we get tasked for being a deliver Boy Thanks for the vacation bill you know if you're Domino's driver heard your daughter got kidnapped I'm sure he would not do what I have to also I don't know how this fits into the story but I beat up a biker gang on the way and I think I ended racism anyway a Hypno kidnapped the girl so I had Toral given the proper treatment can I go home now okay this is not where I live but hey I'm going go with the flow type of guy oh yeah GG easy oh and something something win easy win I'm great is what I wish I could say sure I beat him this time but if I wanted to guarant guante myself a win I had a grind sounds easy right yes but it's time consuming so I thought of a dumber solution chansy has a 15% chance of having a lucky iin CAU 5% encounter rate so I what I just have to run around the Safari Zone a little that's what I thought but in reality I spent so many hours grinding so that I wouldn't have to spend hours grinding how's that math sounding now I'll give you a hint I had over 4 minutes of me just failing en counters sped up that's a chany Release Me From This fresh H please I just want the egg [ __ ] chany do you not like that I'm spinning clock I can spin counterclockwise once oh my God you like it counterclockwise but what do chanties want from know yada yada yada I did some grinding evolving Pokemon for the Pokédex along the way oh yeah and I took a pit stop to the Indigo Plateau so that war the J can fly there whenever I'm ready this is about as far as I got in the original Pokemon Blue version I beat all eight trainers and the last thing I remember was trying to catch some Pokemon in here I've never beaten this game before like any version of red blue whatever I've never fully beaten the cancel games like there's let's go where I did beat the league but I didn't really do any of the post game stuff like I'm not even sure I caught Mewtwo I might have I don't remember I know for sure I didn't finish the Pokédex so I was close to finishing the deck but I never actually finished it that was very good timing my alarm there me one last Pok Center so much money I can just buy 30 I'm not going to need 30 I can just buy 30 cuz I can afford it I can buy about 10 anyway back to [Music] grinding I've been recording this for so Mewtwo I got to do the post game don't get me wrong I am totally going to do the post game but this is a living deck challenge that means one of every Pokémon so I had to take a pit stop to breed the missing ones tal you're going to have sex pit stop over okay so to fill you win Team Rocket is bad they want to catch wild Pokemon and sell them to trainers lorai threatens to kill them over that no way I'm not telling you that if you won't confess will deep oh my God she she's going to murder oh and I Google a puzzle that I would have never gotten so I get to yink a sapphire that gets yed by some creep what the hell he tells me that he's going to sell it to the last Team Rocket member so I beat him up and give it to Bill's friend I'm going to go now that's it that that's what lets me to a bruant cave where I finish fire red this is what I've been waiting for Mew he's mewing and now for a very intense battle we will suffer hardship we will cry we will laugh how could I not it's his ball o nicknaming Mewtwo i l l y but he's a clone what the I'm out can't what the I think evil is the one who's going to take the spot of sacrifice now to do safe F shenan again move my Pokemon over to leaf green thank you PK heex pick Bulbasaur make safe States of each Evolution grab Lord Helix export Pokemon to PK heex grab Charmander repeat but also grab all the version exclusives and there we go 150 Pokémon now I have a few options from you I could cheat it in because I missed the event play through the entirety of Pokemon emerald and perform some game breaking glitches or I could just catch it this is it I am so close to being done all I need is a mu unfortunately me was lock behind a special event in Pokémon Fire Red and leaf green now I could grind through emerald and do some Shenanigans and try to get a you that way or I can go a little old school this is what I'm thinking probably already know it by now cuz it's the famous glitch but I am going to be playing in Pokémon Blue and using the mute glitch we know we're going to fight we've done this before just a little differently you know what wiener I feel like it kind of deserve that for me pulling out my Shenanigans you get that one using two times speed I made my way through the main story until seruan City for one of the most famous glitches in Pokémon one pass nugget bridge and go to the grass on the side do not fight the trainer two walk into the trainer's line of sight and pause on the same frame easier than it looks three teleport away four fight the trainer with the Slowpoke and growl at it six times when you win walk back and watch some wild Mew appears give it a tiny amount of XP and it grows to level 100 this is the less interesting part since you can't trade up to gen 3 I just copied all the stats the best I could doing a little bit of math substitute but hey it works but is that good enough well that's where you come in I did some shady things this run I duplicated Pokémon technically trading with myself instead of breeding them I accidentally cheated with the chanties and the Zapdos but worst of all I didn't achieve my secret goal for this video I didn't catch a shiny at all I wanted to make it a big part of the video but it's taken me so long to make this so here's the deal I'm not writing any of my wrongs in this video in fact I don't even know if these time saves should count as wrongs but you the viewers are way smarter than me I'm a small YouTuber so I'm lucky to get two comments on my more popular videos that's why I'm setting the goal of 10 comments showing that you guys want me to rectify my sins for me to make a kind of a part two 1. five so if you want more content comment share with a friend share with an enemy or don't share it at all because just commenting gives me a boost in the almighty algorithm but with that I say why is Pokemon so grindy dear Lord I like the game but just recording was 70 hours do you know how long that takes hey it's
