This Playground Hasn't Been Cleaned In Over 10 YEARS!

good morning everybody i am back it is sid from partridge exterior cleaning um and yeah back to work i've it's been nearly two weeks i think without a uh without a proper video i'd say so um that's been my longest since i started last september so apologies for no videos but i've been away for a bit um yeah i'm just catching up on some uh personal things in life anyway without further ado this is today's job see behind me i am at another school um i will slowly take you around because um people keep saying i move the camera a bit too quick um i'll come and show you this job now this this uh is a second time i'm visiting this school this is another play area um a previous school that i've done um they were really happy with the first um area that i cleaned so they had me about to do the next one um this has not been cleaned for at least 10 years as far as i'm aware there's literally cones down on all the play equipment i don't even think the kids are allowed to play on it because it's that dirty and that's slippy because of the surface it is so i'll show you now so as you can see i mean look at all of this gross it's absolutely filthy the slides filthy all of the equipment is completely covered in moss and filth and dirt so yeah similar to a few of the other jobs i've done not as bad as that uh really bad one with the blue surface that was like this but it's not too far off really is really bad and i'll show you around all of this has got to be done so there you are as you can see so that playground to be cleaned these little bits to be cleaned here um yeah i'm using literally every piece of hose that i have for this job it's actually quite far away from the water source and i believe i've got to clean that over there as well and before i start as well today hopefully i can actually finish this will be one of um old wilkie's is the tops even off one of her last jobs today um even just starting then i think uh something's going on with the pressure in it it's literally about to conk out so i'm just fingers crossed it can last me this job um because i will be purchasing another one uh probably next week so um yep without further ado i'll uh i'll get interrupting uh satisfying footage of bringing you back there but look at that that is wicked that is like the most satisfying finish i've had on one of these surfaces yeah as you can see that's basically what it was like before oh man that's so bright no chemicals at the moment either after i'm finished cleaning everything today i'm going to be sanitizing it um with some bioside so it will look even nicer as time gets uh as time goes by um but yeah that's come up really nice so something the more that i'm doing these surfaces uh the more i'm learning um the best ways to clean them now obviously a flat surface cleaner um is going to do a really good job on these i don't have one at the moment as i say cause i'm about to buy a new machine um and i'll get a new one with that um but yeah fan nozzle not a turbo nozzle can but honestly the water pressure is a bit low here for my turbo nozzle at the moment so it's not getting much power um but yeah fan nozzle then just rinse rinse rinse rinse right so focus on only small areas at a time and just rinse the hell out of it constantly and you'll have less lines and less stripes i mean there's always going to be some just because of how um the coating is not perfect on these you know you'll see some black start to appear and it's basically just the the rubber wearing away and the natural color of the rubber showing up underneath um but you know you can get it as good as as good as you can but you know if you look at that how grimy that is so then how bright and nice that looks i mean no one's ever going to complain about a few stripes so um yeah right i'll do this one now onto that one um i'll probably won't do much talking now and uh yeah you can just enjoy the satisfying footage nice one [Music] so [Music] so [Music] back there just in case it gets too late and my phone dies but yeah it's coming up lovely and there's still the usual suspects where it's been shaded forever so right under that tree the rubber has worn um yeah so it's not the same green color and i don't think it will ever be that green color again um it's basically just the bare rubber that's showing um yeah this came up pretty okay to be honest obviously the part that gets the most sun always looks the best um but yeah i've still got that back wall at the back i've rinsed it off as much as possible but um if i keep going over it just splashes back up so i'm going to wait for all of this to dry um and then that's about it really um i don't have to do that bit over there i thought i did i've just double checked the email i thought i was doing all the play equipment here as well but it wasn't specified on the email um so yeah i'm not doing that today but i will email them um and see if they want that doing at some point there is still a lot to be done at this school to be honest um but yeah so that's about it i would say it's been a nice sort of a chill day really to be honest um yeah all i've got left to do apart from rinsing a few things off is i've just got a soft wash and sanitize the areas and for that i'll be using oh glory um should be a gk pro buyer side um and then the dosatron which i'm sat on if you can see that um and then this is all i use so just one extension of a renegade pole um it's an attachment on the end um a universal adapter and somewhere in one of my boxes behind me i've got a spray nozzle which i pop on the end and just spray i'm tempted to put it in the video but it's just boring so i think i might leave it out um but if you do want to see me soft washing areas in the future just let me know um yeah it's just pretty simple just dilute it down spray it on easy peasy um thank you everyone for watching this video hopefully it's turned out all right um i'll try and put the
