This one thing just changed how I do business!

hey y'all it is julian austin is the bitter third machine here on youtube and i'm biased online and make youtube videos about it let's pull some orders all right we had some super good orders and these are the orders that i like i only got a couple orders going out today but they are good and i'd rather have like three or four really good orders rather than like 20 10 orders these right here are super good so those titleist m 580s that i was listing the other day uh they actually already sold and they sold for 88 dollars plus shipping and they're all the way over here because i just put them behind the santa clauses say hello to the santa clauses i had a whole bunch of santa clauses and actually i think four have sold so far and uh that one actually i've listed for a good a bit amount of money if i gotta lower the price because they got no bites on it yet but the rest of these salmons are pretty nice this one possible dreams and they sell fairly good i usually sell these i just sold like a bike motorcycle guy for like 30 bucks i think so they actually sell pretty good this one's like heavy but uh so hopefully the rest of these santas sell over christmas holiday all right monster sale here this is a huge piggy bank if you saw my harley haul it was crazy now that this one just sold for the amount of money i'm about ready to uh show you i really wish i would have bought all of them now there were some you know he wanted 40 i got this one for 20 bucks and it just sold and i listed it hi it just sold for 140 plus shipping that is amazing all right another sale on my car now i have not really listed on makari cross posted since my last video of me saying that i listed 500 items and they kind of have just been sitting but i did sell this this is a department 56 gothic farmhouse now the thing is about this this was not part of my gigantic department 56 saw i got these like a year and a half ago and i priced them a little bit too high on ebay and makari and i just found that out by this this just sold for 28 plus shipping now the new ones i've been selling anywhere between like seriously maybe 15 all the way up into like the you know the 60 mark but something like this i would have listed this probably for 20 bucks so what i'm gonna do is i only have like three of these that i picked up two years ago or a year and a half ago but i need to go on ebay to make sure the prices are correct because they haven't sold and all my other ones are selling all right so i just pulled the ones down that haven't been selling been sitting for a really long time right so i'm gonna go ahead and show this because this is really a good learning lesson seriously for me and probably some other people so the original snow house village farmhouse blah blah blah now i can just tell you in my experience of selling these and i've sold so many recently this is probably worth 15 to 20 bucks right look how much a year and a half ago i priced this at 45 and 99 cents plus shipping this will never sell because it's not it's not worth that so what i'm gonna do is go ahead and end this and then i will go ahead and sell similar and change that price all right let's go over these this is a viewer sale thank you so much for lois down there in florida much appreciate the purchase um she ordered two shirts i'm a big fan of pearl snaps now i actually wear them all the time if i find one in my size i usually keep it just because they are super fancy i really like them and she also bought a paper weight i'm telling you these things are flying off the shelves big beer bradley sold i am actually uh if you've been around the channel for a while you remember my vera bradley buyout that i had at a yard sale it was pretty good i've been in the profit for a while and the the big one finally just sold i'm saying the big one just because it is big in size and big in price so vera bradley new hope zipper large bag overnight it's a five piece set went for 115 plus shipping i'm telling you right now that shipping is way too low uh i'm gonna eat some shipping on this one just because i know that how big this bag is and that's gonna be way too low and that duffel bag has been sitting up there for like six months now so i'm gonna go get that and uh definitely a really good sale though because that's all profit hey uh biko you wanna tell them why we're up so early oh because you gotta go to the vet you're gonna be a good boy to that do you have a reputation of biting people at the vet oh you do and your file says warning extreme danger but he doesn't really look that dangerous does he [Music] these bad boys will sell like hotcakes in the uh summertime whenever i start to charge in there golf uh golf carts back that's why i'm not selling them now because they won't go for as much money but in the summer everybody starts trying to find them boom 150 a piece all right guys guess what i got more in stock on here we go because you guys have bought so many i had to come over here and get more of the racing blocks and that's what all the blocks inside are looking tarnished why does that look so bad i'm gonna need some windex big pepper that's a big fat burnt right there hold on they all have like little marks on them yeah look at that is that just dirt it is i have to clean each and every one of them i'll have to start cleaning the paper weights now because they got like i don't know how the dirt got inside of it the inside's not dirty it's hard to part-time all right well we are stocked back up and i will windex i'll windex every single one of these all right so we have done a lot today just we really haven't listed anything today so biko went to the vet that went well got his blood work back he's doing okay tweak his medication a little bit and he'll be good to go now what we are going to try to list today is most of this longan burger stuff this will all be listed separately i'm pretty sure i might put a couple cups into sets but other than that i'm going to use this as like replacement parts like i said before i just cleaned out a shelf for all of it right here so i'm gonna house it here and it can sit there for however long i really think it's gonna be long tail but i think right away some should sell and the rest can just sit there until it sells so what i'm going to do is continue to list there all right so here's how i'm cleaning these these actually don't need a lot of cleaning but i have an old magic eraser and then i just have a towel and really i did pretty good with these because it's not that bad it just has something like this stuff on it but these magic erasers just wet it a little bit scrubbed a little bit and that stuff comes right off and almost looks brand new so i'm going to go ahead and finish this one up this is the uh the cookie jar with the top on it like that so i'll get this thing all cleaned up then i want to show you some pictures that i'm taking of these and how the app photo room is really helping me out and why i think it's worth the money to be able to do the pro version and you can decide for yourself but i think i'm going to go ahead and pay for it because i'll show you what it does and it really helps me out all right so i'm starting to use photo room and i did the seven day free trial and what i did was i'm gonna go ahead and show what i did i took some pictures of this and then i took some pictures of it in the ebay app and i used their background remover compared to photo rooms background remover and the speed it took and then kind of like the manipulation you can do in the photo room to put a better background on it and i'm telling you right now like you're saving time using photo room already i can see i've and i've only used it two times because the with the batch you go in there you hit the batch button and then you just upload all your pictures you hit okay and it takes the the background away perfectly and this thing just shines perfectly there's no dark around it like in the ebay one it had like a dark line around it so the photo room one is really really good if you guys aren't using it i would give it a shot uh you can use it for free i think but it has like a watermark on it and then there some of it does cost money and right now it's actually like 70 a year but if it saves you time and you do this and you take a lot of pictures 70 a year really isn't that bad when you can have better pictures than other people online because it's a competition on there you're trying to you know your product has to look the best and so far i'm really impressed with it all right so that is another day in the life of a full-time ebay reseller i do appreciate everybody that watches me and him are going to go in the room and go ahead and finish listing all those london burgers and you know i will always catch you on the next one so how'd the vet visit go biko [Music] how many people did you try to bite [Music] did you
