This Mod Makes Assetto Corsa's Chase Cam SO MUCH BETTER!!

hey what is going on guys today I am sharing with you a super cool mod to improve aceto courses Chase can if you've ever used it before you'll know that it is pretty crappy but with these mods we are going to make it look a lot better and also drive a lot more fluidly so whether you're into drifting or you just like to cruise around shatoku or maybe you even like to race in Chase cam this will be the video for you today so you're probably wondering what mod are we gonna use to improve a set of courses Chase cam it's going to be bacc or better asado Corsa Chaser cam I'm pretty sure this mod aims to replicate other arcade Racers Chase cameras into asado Corsa and with low medium and high sense of speed options I think there is something for everyone's taste but without further Ado let's get right into installing and setting up BAC receive alrighty so the first thing that you're going to need is bacc by Alex 85. if you don't know who Alex 85 is he has made a ton of super cool Chase cam profiles for Asado Corsa and this is his newest one replicating Need for Speed unbounds Chase camera this basically has a really high sensation of speed but if you want something a little lower say one that imitates Gran Turismo you can have one and this one has a lower sense of speed so if you're into more track racing then to be honest the Gran Turismo one is probably what you're gonna want and if you want a nice little middle ground he also has one replicating Forza Horizons Chase cam for the instances of today's video though I actually quite like the Need for Speed Unbound Chase cam so you're going to want to just simply download this it'll download pretty much instantaneously since it's a very small file and I will show you what to do next alright so you're gonna to come into your aceto Corsa root folder this is in whatever hard drive you have a set of course installed on Steam steam apps common and then aceto core so you're going to want to click into it right here and you're simply going to drag and drop this extension file over for me it says I want to replace them I'll just click sure but for you if you've never installed it before you of course won't have anything like that pop up besides that now all of these settings are in content manager so the first one you want to come over to is your custom shaders patch settings and under extensions go to Chaser camera first of all make sure it is active and for your script you're going to want to set it to bacc of course have the original Need for Speed one and the Forza Horizon one but for this video I'm using the Need for Speed Unbound one so for whatever one you picked it'll be right here make sure it is enabled as the script being used and the final thing that you're going to want to do is head over to your aceto courses settings come over to chase camera right here and you will see this window now you have two options here and this is where I like to get a little creative so the second option that I have is the ones that Alex recommends so the distance is at 2.8 meters the height is at 1.3 and the pitch is at 3.4 as you can see though by the BMW Chase cam gameplay it is pretty zoomed out when you're going you know at speed and you might want that and for a second Chase camera I do but for my first primary one if you will I do like to have it a little bit more zoomed in so the distance for this one is going to be 2.4 height 1.3 and Pitch 3.4 that .4 meter difference does make a difference and you can also ignore this preview image right here it isn't really anything that will be replicated in game as you can see once you get in game the chase cam is working absolutely beautifully this is my more zoomed in version but you can also get my more zoomed out version right here so again copy both Alex and my presets whichever one you want again you can do both you got two Chase cam profiles so I'd recommend you do it like how I did it but besides that that is all I have for you guys today so if you did enjoy this video a like and a sub would mean a lot and I will see you all in the next one have a good one guys
