This is the worst mayor in America: Clay Travis

well listen to this chicago's crime rate getting so bad even their own chicago bears don't want to stick around in the town the chicago bears have rejected mayor lori lightfoot's million rather multi-billion dollar renovation offer office offer to stay in soldier field stadium opting for the safer arlington heights suburb about 30 miles away outkick founder clay travis is here to react so clay she does not want the bears to leave town and so she offered essentially a bribe we will take soldier field we will make it so cool we'll put a lid on it and they said you know what thank you but no thank you she's the worst mayor in america right now which is saying something because i know there's a lot of people out there watching right now saying have you seen what's going on in philadelphia and los angeles and so many different cities out there right now are struggling but i think chicago more than any other has the worst mayor in america now that bill de blasio has decided he's no longer the mayor here and also not running for congress i will say this a lot of times there's a great deal of give and take over what the final parameters of a new stadium might be so while right now the bears are rejecting this proposal wait it's a negotiating yeah until until we actually get the final final uh moment i'm always of the opinion that there's always another offer coming but i do think it's emblematic of the issues that exist in chicago right now where a big team like the bears which is embedded in the culture of the city of chicago of course doesn't want to commit to being in the downtown area because of to a large extent i think the safety issues their fans would rather be out in the suburbs or safer do you blame them no i don't blame them at all the fans would rather be in green bay uh in our next item oh man that's a shot at the bears they can't ever beat green bay no i know uh but mvp aaron rodgers yesterday showed up for training camp and he was dressed identically okay screen right is nicholas cage in the movie air con air and screen right left is aaron rodgers showing up yesterday and people are giving him kudos for the on point presentation of and here he comes around the car going to work that's amazing it is really incredible uh so first of all conair steve uh when you looked at conair worst southern accent i'm from nashville right worst southern accent of all time by nicolas cage uh back in the day but look rogers claims that he doesn't want attention he's lost devonte adams his top wide receiver and then boom he shows up like this this is uh riveting fun just really enjoyable with everybody coming back to camp i don't remember a better entrance and i remember antonio brown back in the day arriving via a hot air balloon so this is pretty fun i got a feeling if i go to outkick.com right now i will find that somewhere on the site you will one billion percent find that and you can see that awful nick cage uh accent that he tried to bring to bear in coney where he played the southern guy you gotta check out outkick.com i look a couple of times a day you guys have lots of interesting stuff we're rolling we got a lot of talented people absolutely clay thank you very much thank you for having us hey it's will kane click here to subscribe to the fox news channel on youtube it's the best way to get our latest interviews and highlights and click to subscribe to the will kane podcast for full episodes right now
