This Incredibly Immersive Mod Is Amazing ( S.M.A.R.T ) | Garry's Mod

how's it going guys welcome back to Gary's mod and today we're going to be talking all about bling now hold up what do I mean by bling well bling can be a lot of things like watches for instance and that's exactly what we'll be taking a look at in today's video we have three different mods that all fit on your wrist and the first one is this mod and this mod is the smt also known as the smart bracelet and it's going to give you a bunch of information like your health your armor your ammunition all within Arm's Reach or well it is on your arm and that means that you do not need to have your hood on you know what that means right guys it means that now I don't need to have my HUD oh where it originally was because well you guys couldn't see it cuz it's off screen but now you can see it and the best part about this mod is it does work with the TFA base here we have the Left 4 Dead weapons now if you guys do you want to take a look at this I'll go ahead and put that video in the top right corner a really cool weapons pack and you can see it works amazingly well with the TFA weapons but what about some of the other weapon packs well it does say that it works for the Modern Warfare base but unfortunately it does not appear to work for at least the weapon pack that I have now it could be that the arm rigs I have just don't work but the weird thing is look at this it just kind of floats in place I don't know what is up with it it's very strange so maybe don't try this with the Modern Warfare weapons but again it very well could be the rig that I had set up but I really do love this on the TFA weapons especially with the fov ever so slightly pulled away so now you guys can very easily see especially when we do aim down sights this actually looks really cool so let's go ahead and talk about what this mod does because we do have two more mods to take a look at well first things first in terms of ammunition you can see the ammo counter there even our grenades as well as we do get well down to the bottom it does start to beep and it even does prompt you to reload that's pretty cool stuff so what about the bars on our wrist well one is going to be for the health the other one is going to be for the armor so just spawning in some NPCs here as we can see one of the bars is definitely going to be going down in fact theoretically both of them should be all right so as we can see one of the bars is getting really low we're getting red that means our armor is gone which means the only thing left is our health bar and as you can see it ain't looking so hot now the cool thing about this mod is it is completely customizable if you want to go ahead and go into the settings here you can choose the scale if you uh want it to be that big now there is a few other cool things you can do like enabling or disabling The View track this is going to have it well line up with your wrist depending on how you have it oriented definitely not my way to play but the best thing about this is that you can completely customize exactly where you want it to be now I realized you guys might not be able to see this too well so we're going to go ahead and skip over to this we can change the color so if you want to make the bar a different color like maybe blue you can totally do that and then of course we also have the armor bar I'll go ahead and make this one yellow now we can see how it compares to the health bar now this is really cool I didn't even think this was in this but there is an inspection mode all you got to do is simply bind a key in this setting right here and well press the key and yes guys this does work with vmin it by the way and we can even see some stats so you get a closer up view of your health and armor and your ammo of course even giving you detailed statistics like the exact number of your armor and health but check this out we can even search out health and armor on the map that is so cool and apparently you can use this to search out even more items like crates you can blow up but get this you can even use it to see enemy health bars and and even enemies through the wall that is so cool so I got to be honest with you guys I was originally just going to kind of skim over this mod but it is turning into something so much cooler than I had ever thought so I'm a huge fan of this I highly recommend you guys check it out what is that ah it's a health kit wait uh bro are you good well I guess it's a good thing that the other mods are definitely not nearly as well complex this is the pit boy tool gun and it's exactly how it sounds it lets you use the tool gun but well it's the pit boy and of course you can use this with every single type of tool like for a lamp check it out definitely uh one way to use the tool gun so there really isn't a whole lot to this one I'm just going to go ahead and just put balloons on the combine and see what happens so apparently you can even see enemy health bars without having to use this which I wouldn't recommend doing that with the tool gun you get forever wall hack that is so cool I I can't stop talking about how awesome this mod is it's funny cuz originally I was not going to use this mod in this video because well I couldn't find it but I'm really glad I did because it turns out it's kind of the star of today's video last up and this one is going to be within the same vein as the first M we took a look at this is going to be the genome codex now I do believe that this is from the Resident Evil series but it's pretty cool it gives you a good representation of your health now it does say that you have to spawn it in as you can see it's even its own item but well I was just able to put it on regardless now there is a command you have to bind and if you don't want to worry about whatever key you want just simply type this in and you'll be good to go just make sure that whatever key you want it to be that you do put it right here so for instance I have it at G now when I press G I'm going to pull up the watch and this one is a lot more simple compared to the other ones I assume it's just going to give me a very rough well idea of what my Health's at all right so now that we have taken quite a bit of damage this guy is not going to stop uh-oh as we can see we are now in the yellow and that is not a good sign but surely it couldn't get any worse right well as we saw it also goes into the red which should pretty much tell you that you're going to die now something that's really cool about this watch is that well not only does it tell you exactly how close you are to death but there's even an option you can turn on in the settings that you'll drop it when you die just make sure that you do spawn it in and pick it up before you do now that we do have it properly equipped well you do end up dropping it and the cool thing about dropping it is well you can still see it's displaying the last active state of the person who is wearing it obviously red is not good whoever wore this is probably not alive anymore so there you guys have it three mod mod is all about wearables definitely an interesting concept it took me a long time just to find
