This Hive Bedwars Defense is AMAZING

today I'm going to try and build a maze bed defense but still cover my bed and obsidian and hopefully trap my opponents you may think they would just dig into the bed and yeah you would have a point but this is the hive we're talking about so anything could happen anyways that's the plan enjoy okay so I'm in a custom game right now and let's see if we can build a maze so I think wood would probably be the cheapest option so we'll use that for the actual frame and we'll use deep slate for something that I have planned for later but first we're going to have to extend this platform a little bit just like the this yeah there we go and now we'll get on with the outline this will make it easier for us to make the paths okay nice there we go I did forget to make it out of wood but it's fine we can just make it out of wood in the real game okay now we need to create the actual path that will lead them to the bed or closest to the bed [Music] anyways okay nice and now we got to create some red herrings if you want to call them that okay nice I think that looks pretty good now we'll add the obsidian nice there we go and we'll heighten this up by a little bit before we put a roof on it we will create barricades we will do this with deep slate but I'm going to do it with wood just so we could tell the difference okay nice there we go this just gives the player a bit more of a challenge to get through and now we'll put a roof on it once again this will all be done with wood I just mixed up with deep slate okay nice there we go I think that looks really good and as you can see the player will have to decide between these barricades and which one to go for through and you can mine through and then try and find a path which I think is pretty cool and the whole point of this as well they don't see me like behind one of these because my plan is I'm going to be behind one of these and then when I hear them come through I can just go like that and attack them from behind so I think that would be a good strategy that we can use so yeah I'm excited to see people's reactions to this in game and to see if it actually works now we have the plan ready to go it's time to put this to the test in a real game but before we do I'm over 90% of the way to my goal of 1,000 subscribers by the end of summer and I'm genuinely shocked that we might beat this goal so early so please subscribe to help me out and claim your spot for the first 1,000 with that said let's build this defense okay we're in and let's try and build this maze in a real game so I just had a game where I had like this Java sweat and um I would show it to you but I'm not going to lie cuz that guy was just such a sweat he was like block placing through hallways and stuff it was crazy hey let's try and get diamonds first here nice let's try and take blue out now yo [Music] yo yo that that's just funny that was just funny okay so I think the plan is like always we'll try and upgrade our generator to Max then we'll go from there okay nice we'll head to Mid yeah 16 is all right it's not the max amount that we need I think we need roughly 20 this is fine for now cuz if someone comes over and they have better gear than us then they'll take all 16 to themselves and we don't want that so we'll just take these for now actually we might as well while we're here cuz it does not look like anyone else is coming over okay let's make this obsidian quick just in case we have any chances of early brakes now we'll extend the platform like we did we have our wood here and now we can just get to [Music] building okay nice there we go now let's mark out the actual path that we're going to use now we'll do some fake kind of Corners the point is that we can catch people off guard while they're searching for the bed so let's extend this [Music] up okay there we go that's the actual maze complete now we'll put the roof over it now we'll do some barricades with deep slate okay I've added all of the barricades in and this is looking really good put some turrets in there as well so we'll make another entrance here just to make it easier for people to come in we'll do the same with the barricade kind of thing I think that's pretty much it so I guess now we'll get a couple people to come over and test out but first we'll get diamond armor just to be safe no way this many emeralds have just been waiting here for people to pick them up that's crazy yo it's over for me oh maybe [Music] not oh this is just oh my looks like it's just me and orange now okay let's get all the things see that that's a gap I can use this to put them in is he chasing me uh here he comes please come over yes he's coming over I forgot about our pickaxe the chasing is on he's blown up half of the maze let's go follow me I'm just going to wait as long as it takes cuz I really want to hit him into this hole oh here he comes go peace yes we got him let's go
