This **Factory Hidden Plug** Is About To Change Everything For BMW Owner's

okay guys as you would have seen by the title you're probably thinking this is just another clickbait video that you usually see on youtube or sometimes by me where the video doesn't make no sense well i'm here to tell you it is completely not and this video is going to relate to a lot of you guys the plug i'm going to be showing you today is a plug that is very very hidden to a lot of people who own their bmws now bmw wanted to hide this plug from a lot of people purely because they couldn't be bothered to retrofit this to your car or let you know that you could actually represent this to your car without the need of them now what they fail to tell you guys is the plug is already there because bmw use the same wiring loom for all cars to cut costs so we're going to go out to the car and i'm going to show you the plug that bmw have chosen to hide from you and this plug can literally transform your bmw into something other than the plain old car that you have and literally turn it into the ultima driving machine so let's go out to the car and i'm going to show you exactly the plug that bmw never ever tell you and many of you would never ever check to actually see this plug hide in where it's actually hidden goddamn get it done when i blow up now everybody's so unusual with it but said times in these rhymes cause these memories we running through new york so you okay guys so the plug i'm gonna be showing you he's hiding behind the dash here now to get to it it is hiding directly behind here now this is one of the reasons why um a lot of you won't even know it's actually there and it's simply because many of you will never have to access this just like i did because many of you ain't gonna have to do the auto light retrofit but when i actually come to doing this retrofit this is how i actually found this plug and then was trying to figure out where it come from so i actually looked at it it's the diagram and found out what that plug is actually used for and i'm going to also show you how bmw actually hides this plug very very smartly that you wouldn't even know it's actually there so the first thing we're going to go ahead and do is we're going to remove the heater just vent just pull it out just like that once that's out just put that down on the floor then what you're going to go ahead and do is you're going to get your trim here and just pull that forward now this is for obviously your light switch and everything else so you just want to be careful of it as you pull it out because it is clipped in now if you'll see here behind just here that is the auto light connector now we can just pull out the connector now if you see here look in here it's just a normal connector now what a lot of people don't realize is this is actually the same wiring loom they use on the f-10s f-20s and f-30s now there will be a lot of people with f30s who don't have this feature or the panel on their car who are going to be very happy when they see this and there'll be a lot of people with the f20 especially the basic specs who won't notice either and many of them have been looking to probably retrofit this but just didn't know it would be this simple so if you can see here there's insulation behind the wiring as you see here now bmw are very very clever because when you go to remove the insulation you see there's also another plug here with a white connector if you can see that i don't know if you can see that very clearly but i see them right there now many people don't even notice there and if you can see it's taped up in this like insulation tape by bmw from the factory and you've got tape right here as well which stops the wires coming out because you can see they can come out even further now if many of you don't know what that plug's for this is for the driving assistance pack which goes down here which is the panel for the lane change the lane departure warning your lane change indicator your park assist your front collision warning assist also your heads-up display and everything else you'll get all on the pack along here now what bmw don't tell you is that this plug is already here on the loom they'll have you believe it can't be retrofitted or you'll need to buy a connector with all the wires to wire it to the fvm or it's just simply not possible and the fact is fact of the matter is let's be honest it can actually be retrofitted all you would really have to do is cut out your dash down here to fit the actual driving assist panel and then that white plug goes into it and all you need to do is code it providing you have the vibration steering wheel and either the front glitter one active or if you've got the caf s2 camera now bmw won't actually tell you that from the factory that this plug is actually responsible for the driving assist functions and it's already there all you have to buy is the control panel and if you're comfortable with cutting with a dremel or any other tool cut out your panel to make it possible to actually have the driving assist functions but as i said this will actually change the whole car because obviously the way things are going many people driving assist functions and that's the way a lot of the new cars and new technology are going now you take this plain old f20 that i've completely converted didn't have auto lights and it can also have driving assist functions which bmw would have charged i believe it was 600 pound from the factory just to add that well i can do that for probably less than probably 80 quid just to add the panel do coding and that's it i've got the drive and assist function which i'll have the lane departure warning and also um i could probably get the front collision warning as well now you can also have the pedestrian detection there's many different functions you can have on there and i mean probably about 12 to 15 different functions you can actually have but if you are looking to do that retrofit you can actually do that and you will have the plug literally behind your light socket which is right here now the reason as i said many people don't find this is purely because nobody has to remove their light socket because they've already got water lights unless you're going to do it to change the fogs or change something when it breaks nobody's ever going to realize that's there therefore you wouldn't notice plugs actually hidden behind the insulation this isn't something i've added you can go and check it on your car if you don't believe me you'll have this hidden just in here and it will be wrapped around something like that and hidden like that so you won't even know it's there it looks very blane and that's about it guys that plug literally will transform your whole bmw and give you the driving assist functions to bring your car up today with all the latest technology and it is quite shocking when you've got to think of it that bmw did this but in the same sense they have their reasons obviously they're not going to fit a different room to every car it's more cost effective just at the same loom to every car especially on the f20s and f30s to make it cost effective and just to have it there in the first place even if it's going to be blank i see it as a waste of money and really it's all a con they haven't really they in case the owners from the factory decide to change their mind and say okay we want to inspect that it's already there fitted so they can just spec it in the factory that's the reason they put looms like that and you'll also find a lot of the looms will have blank plugs where you can actually retrofit a lot more things if you go around your car which are ready to be retrofitted and you won't actually need to do any kind of pin outs or any kind of changes most of the plugs are already there to add these retrofits from the factory and it makes bmw's life easier in the factory when actually making your car okay guys so as you've seen there i've now shown you the hidden plug that will change everything on your bmw now as i said this was not clickbait you saw how bmw actually wrapped up that one plug in the wires and actually you know made it look like it's only one plug and that is to keep it hidden from view from the public eye but bmw would know that's there if it come that they wanted to fit the driver assistance pack to your car the reason they did this as i said in the video is a lot of people change their order when the car is being made in the factory so bmw put the same loom in for every car so if someone changes their mind they can quickly add it within seconds now you're probably thinking but there's no hole in the actual dash bmw can easily just cut the whole out for the driver assistance pack and plug the car in and all it needs is the code in this is what i mean by f series is very very easy and very thought out all you'd need to do is change the steering wheel with the vibration module inside it which again doesn't need coding or programming to the car or to the vin like the old e60s which is a straight simple swap plugs into the szl you get an srdl with the vibration function as well so the lane departure warning and you are all ready set none of it needs his vin coding changing programming none of it it's all literally plug and play with the code in just code all the features in via the vo and you are done very very straightforward retrofit to do and bmw make it seem like it's very expensive so i hope this video is going to help a lot of you be able to source this retrofit and be
