THIS DONATION-BASED GARAGE SALE WAS A GOLDMINE!!

hey friends how you guys doing today I hope you're doing so so well and welcome back to another Thrifty video today I am heading out garage sailing I saw last night that there's like 24 different garage sales within 20 miles of me on the yard sale Treasure Map app which is super helpful my mom and I are heading out garage sailing we're going to go see what we can find to resell today here she is she's coming with me good morning good morning it is early I am tired how about you Mom oh yes but we ready to Gage sale yes we are we St up a little bit too late last night having too much fun and right Mom yeah but hey I got more sleep than she did I think I think so too I did laundry after after you went to bed so here we go we're going to head garage saling and we're going to some pretty bougie areas so hopefully we'll find some good things to resell so much fun let's go so this is our first gr sale of the day we also saw one literally like a block away and they had so many people at it so we decided to go to the this one first and as we're walking up we were just you know getting ready for our long day of garage sailing but we could see three giant TVs even just from this driveway so we knew that there was going to be at least some Electronics in here and there were quite a few as well as like Lego sets and things like that oh I'm sorry excuse me good morning [Music] morning cool but you know they the latest wheels and his handle and Pull It Easy the what the Star Wars I am I call okay okay so you got the TV that would be her if she okay I just have the this it says five on it and this have three so I think eight eight honestly the best money bags right like a little money belt I feel that I know everybody who's walked in all the females have had them yes they're perfect for this thank you thank you I should have thrown those in that b with thaty like my little brother might like this how much for him I'll give you one back y thank you thank you I got a few things I actually got a cooler as well well so I got this bag full of sharpies if anybody has had to purchase Sharpies recently you all know it's so expensive these also have big ones too that you can make for projects so three bucks for the whole bag I thought that was a steal of a deal cuz I'm always writing things on packages for people then I also got this little Assassin's Creed figurine I don't know if this is worth anything but I just kind of went on a hunch and picked it up if it's not worth anything I'll give it to my little brother um he's you know like 25 but I'm sure he'll love it if it is worth something then I will resell that and then I also picked up a giant Coleman wheelie little cooler which is not too bad it looks a little you know used but for me I didn't think that was bad at all the inside's really clean so good condition we'll be able to use that this summer as we host our exchange students graduation party so crazy so awesome to find into something like this for five bucks at a garage sale where I might have had to go out and buy you know a new one now I don't have to oh it's a donation only garage yeah you decide the price today oh cool yeah absolutely thank you you bet oh this is the missions trip one I looked up okay yeah that's why nothing's smart okay that makes sense thank you so you just heard him saying that this was a donation based garage sale which was awesome and also I saw so many shoes over here I was excited and the first pair that I grabbed here is a pair of Ugg boots so I'm checking them out making sure they look okay but when he said donation based I love that and I love supporting this family going on a missions trip that's so cool um and there's a lot of great things here because it must be maybe a church family that donates tons and tons of stuff that they are getting rid of to this family so that they can use it for Missions which I think is awesome ring a lot of shoes just make a pile somewhere I know I'll do it right here make my pile a little gra another one I going in my gar oh cool all right you guys have a blessed day sorry thank you sorry let's see what we got here I don't know what this brand is so I do end up picking up this pair of shoes you'll see those the haul later and then I head over to clothing which you guys know is my pride and joy my love and I'm so excited about this yellow dress I'm looking at I'm sorry this angle is probably not the best and I don't know if you can see that brand but it does say gunny scks inside and so look at that stunner you'll see that in a little bit and I also found a couple other pieces of clothing on this rack like this little cute silk blend kind of pleated mini skirt and then also a jel dress you'll see here in a second second as well my pile's starting to get a little bit big over here and I'm getting worried that people are going to you know start looking through my pile so I think I'm going to have to check out in Parts at this garage sale which is not bad but there's just so many things here and since so many people were donating just random bags I found so many good items which was awesome a lot to dig through Mama cash so I decided to check out I paid for my pile and then I went to the car and came back a second time cuz I had to keep looking there's so much to see here at this garage sale yeah I'm going to just take this stuff to the car and I come back those are pretty beat up I think I'm going to leave those I like this little vanity to a I'm not sure either thank you have a good day me too yes Mom some fresh merchandise those are so someone just it's really fresh very fresh these are cute this one it's it's a set it's like a baby this one's a pillow oh that's pillow but look at that it's a big pillow case I know maybe I'll get that one there's more underneath it connected to it oh it's on the pillowcase yeah I see how big this is oh here just I think it's cute right that's nice mom I like it now this is going to be the sale of the sales I found so many good pieces here there just was the most clothing here and also it was a donation based garage sale for helping this family raise money to go on missions strips which I loved it was so cool so I went straight to the shoes first so maybe we should start with those I was able to find one two three four five six pairs of shoes which is awesome because I feel like I haven't been finding a lot of shoes at garage sales lately they get snatched up before I get there this first pair is a really fun little peep toe kind of booty but it's a wedge style and these are from one state and one state is a brand that is sold at revolve it's also sold at places like Nordstrom and so I was happy to see these These are in a size8 and A2 so pretty good size I think those should be able to resell for $35 to $4 I also grabbed a pair of Ugg boots These are called I believe the cardi boot or a version of them I've sold the same one quite a few times but to find UGG boots at a yard sale is always awesome these are in a women's size seven so thought those were a good pickup for you know however much I wanted to pay so on camera I think I paid like maybe $10 for everything I grabbed but once I went and put it all in the car and actually had a chance to look at what I had I went back and gave them more money but it was so crazy and just kind of hectic to be grabbing so much and trying to make a pile and trying to check out without all my stuff going away that it was a lot it was hard another two really cute pairs of shoes these are more of a square toe little mule slipon kind of a lower heel we have a gorgeous kind of ox blood color and then black both of them are from SE shells love this brand it can be sold at anthropology and it does pretty well I don't like to pay up for because the resell isn't like amazing but I still think I can probably resell these for maybe $25 $35 each and they're both a size eight so now I have two of the exact same shoe an awesome way to get more than one listing done pretty quickly so those are really cute and then I was going back and forth about this pair of shoes but I just apparently just grabbed them because I was already grabbing some shoes they have a quk bottom they're a black kind of twisty kind of more formal heel and these are from Kenneth Cole Reaction which I do sell some Kenneth Cole I don't sell a lot of it and I'm not super familiar with selling their shoes so I don't know if this was a good idea or not but these are called the swing dance I guess is the style name and they are a leather upper 7 and a half is the size so I'll give these a try maybe I'll list them for like 15 bucks and see if somebody grabs them and the last pair of shoes arguably my favorite pair of shoes is this amazing pair of green velvet velvet velour little pointed toe heels I think these are beautiful imagine these at Christmas Time Imagine these at New Year's I love them I think they're fabulous I love love love what they look like and these are from J crew these are also in a size eight and they are genuine leather as well so I'm assuming the same person that donated these to this garage sale also donated those SE shells shoes as well which I am very pleased with I think these are so pretty love those so those are all the shoes and then let's talk about the thing that gave me life and made me realize that this was going to be a worthwhile Adventure at this garage sale I grabbed two formal gowns like very like vintage formal and one of them after I got home I realized has a hole in the front like a pretty big sizable hole it was the green dress if you saw it in the video I don't know if I'm going to be able to save that one but this one is so pretty I am so pleased is this not the most like Belle from Beauty and the Beast little yellow dress you've ever seen it has a crossover strap here in the back it is absolutely stunning love the colors it's in a beautiful Buttercup yellow color I love this I think it's so pretty I try to adjust the coloring a little bit so you might be able to see the color better but I love the fluffy tool for the skirt this is so cute but what got me excited was this is from the brand Jessica mlin talk for gunny Sachs I recently just sold another dress from the same brand and it sold for $150 I believe so Jess Clint talk four gunny sacks size one two the most amazing Bell beautiful formal prom dress love it if this doesn't sell for over $100 I would be shocked absolutely stunning I am obsessed with this okay and then I picked up some just normal casual clothing as well this is a nice little kind of more like cotton Jersey dress it has two layers to it and it is from jel jel is a good brand for just kind of bread and butter it's their wherever collection it's in a size medium and then the print is just a black and white kind of more geometric print so I think I can resell that for around $25 and then I picked up this brand it's called just Cashmere by Forte never heard of it um I would not pick it up just for the brand except that it is 100% cashmere so it is a nice little sweater in this kind of more burgundy color really pretty and if it's fully cashmir you better Count Me In 100% cash we love that so for cashmere in general most pieces like that a sweater of any sort from any brand I'll probably resell for right around $50 cashmir just does so well I also grabbed this adorable little skirt it's kind of this more like gray brown color in person it's got a lot of pleats it's a pleated little mini skirt really cute and it is a silk blend from J crew so J crew it's in a size six and 17% silk so that's what the J crew tag looks like on it I just thought that was beautiful and really on trend for right now I can probably resell that for at least 20 bucks and then I I grabbed two more bridesmaid kind of style dresses this first one is this beautiful pink kind of chiffon material Maxi length dress it is from David's Bridal which I don't always pick up but the prices were just so good at this garage sale that I did grab it it's a size six from David's Bridal and it also has this fun little drape to the back of it I thought that was pretty I think I might even put that up just for like $25 try to move it quickly and then this one I was pretty excited about this is from maazi and it is in a size two from maazi this beautiful powder blue fulllength maxi dress it has that slit right there and it has a braided waistband as well really beautiful piece and the isi tag looks like that it's a pretty well-known bridesmaid dress brand so I grabbed her and a Aussie dresses sell for me right around 40 to 50 bucks so that's a great pickup and I mean I think I got a ton at this garage sale right here I have a blanket and two matching pillowcases they are so cute it's this gorgeous little pink rose quilted little comforter and pillowcase set there's two of them here and they have the scalloping along the edges so pretty so dainty so girly I am going to keep this in our um extra like blankets and linens kind of area and then if people are visiting I have a really nice blanket for them so I'm going to throw this through the wash but I think it's so precious and the very last thing that I got I don't know if the camera is gonna do well with this but I did pick up a disco ball for I'm going to put this out in my garage which is where I do all my inventorying for everything that I purchased to resell online but I just feel like this could add a little bit of fun to my everyday life so you know got to get that disco ball going out there I don't know who I think I am but this is I thought this was kind of fun so I got that and I probably paid like a dollar for it so a dollar is totally worth it to increase my fun I was looking at the little wagon the wagon's cute you need a wreath this is the one where the sides come off too it's really cute I don't have any children but it's cute I missing thank you oh yeah goodbye m whatever this one is oh I feel like Jeremy would like this even right mhm grab that oh what are those that's what I was trying to say I don't know they're Decor you think they're Decor I guess maybe just look like almost like wind CH whatever they're called windmills okay I've betting too much what did you say mom uh mom yeah no no see the yeah yeah aren't these cute little NY wristbands oh I that I use that our dishwasher I think it's helpful for well it's helpful if you have anybody else helping with the dishes this is like for the base for a candle a candle yeah it's pretty look I like that I know I was like I like the thing underneath it yeah that reminds me of the one I grew up with at home it's beautiful I don't know what I'd use it for it's a problem okay I got what I'm getting I'm definitely getting that one I just don't know what that means that's what the inside of most coaches look like it's like this little okay thing let me see if this I'm the collector you ready I think so okay have 9 10 11 would you do 10 10 for every yes okay just make it easy if I get some perfect change that would be helpful there you didn't find anything Mama Noe okay just me that's fine so I'm really excited about this because I literally was just watching hustle at home mom and she picked up I think the same exact purse at a goodwi out where she lives this Marc Jacob's bag and she said the comps for it were like over $100 so was really excited to find this at a garage sale today which is awesome then I was so excited to finally find some really nice designer bags I was real ecstatic to find this Marc Jacobs bag I think it is so pretty and also like I said I think in a clip I just saw hustle at home mom pick up the same exact bag and this was only I think $5 or something crazy and it should sell for close to $100 it's in really good condition and it is real Marc Jacobs it has the optional Little cross body strap as well so pleased with that pickup that was one of the best finds of the day this one might not sell for as much but I also grabbed this little Coach wristlet it's very interesting it looks like you know the coach labels that they put on the inside of bags on the front it does have a wrist strap and then it's just a very CLE clean little black pouch on the inside I did think this was pretty nice and I do think somebody's going to love it but it probably won't sell for nearly as much as Marc Jacob's bag but what can you do this is still a nice bag and it is from a good brand that I'm happy to find and then because they were pretty cheap I also decided to pick up this pair of little like sweatbands from you know for wearing around your wrist for a dollar as well as this Colts hat it's just a nice normal old Colts hat but I do think it is a nice hat and it should do pretty well maybe like 10 15 bucks on reselling but those are the pieces I found Today garage sing I have so many more garage sale videos coming up there have been so many garage sales around me I've been hitting them up I've been finding some good loot I actually already have gone when you're seeing this I already
