This Dino Mod could be amazing! | Mod Spotlight | Ark Survival Ascended | Project Zodiac

in today's mod spotl video we check out one of the brand new dyo mods for Arc survival ascended this mod looks incredible project zodiac by celestial ram let's get into it welcome back to another mod spotlight video I'm tvf gaming we do a bunch of survival games tutorials how not toos and the longest one life challenge in the history of YouTube let's get into some things today we're going to try to hopefully get through this mod in around 10 minutes obviously I'm a little bit longwinded so that's going to be really hard to do so let's speak really really fast if you guys have a mod that you guys want to see in the future or if you want to see a full guide from any of these mods put that in the comments down below also you guys seem to love spawn codes if you want the spawn codes for this mod all you got to do is help me get to 1,000 views really quick on this one and I will post the spawn codes for this mod for all the dinos that I have out here today I will post the tamed version spawn code in the first pin comment down below so let's get into it so this mod project zodiac by celestial ram is very cool also if you guys want to see a playthrough of this go check out the Legends king daddy dmac and froggy man just started a playr on this mod and they've got a few other mods in there as well but this was definitely one that I saw them getting a couple of the Dinos from this so I'm super excited to see that playr get a little bit further go check them out throw them alike we always got a lot of love for them they've been really cool to us all right so let's go and get into this one this has got a lot of stuff this is Project zodiac you guys mentioned this in the comments a whole lot of times for me to check out we also checked out Primal chaos about a week ago and then I think we're going to be doing a couple more over the next couple days there's some really good mods out there shiny dinos and a whole bunch more this one project zodiac is in the very early stages no items or anything yet at least not very many items or anything other than a few Saddles so it's still in the early stages they're going to be adding some progression and tiers and stuff like that later but let's go aad and just talk about what's in the mod so in the mod we've got a whole lot of dinos these are all the project zodiac versions it's really cool because it's bringing back a lot of dinos to the game that we're normally in Arc but obviously with the ASA kind of going back to the roots of the island we don't have these other dinos in here yet but project zodiac adds that back in so I'm going to go through each one of these just really really quick cuz you guys know what the vanilla guys look like we've got our wyverns we've got our fire lightning poison and am I missing one and then one back there in the back and ice so we've got our four wyverns over there the Griffin is back the Griffin looks absolutely awesome glad there's Griffins back a different version of the quits the Flyers are just slight variations of the regular ones I don't know if they're going to add abilities typically in mods like this they either get abilities or they can fly backwards or just simple stuff like that I didn't really look to see if there's any other big things oh you can pump movement speed right away without any setting change so that's kind of cool so just lots of cool stuff there they added the Mantis back the thorny dragon The Rock Golem the Phoenix awesome got the tape jar over there I don't know if this is a different version of this guy but look at the colors on him he just looks really really cool and of course the rock Drake so there you go that's the vanilla guys next tier up is going to be the special dinos and right now there's only basically three tiers you got your vanilla guys which is all these ones here there are specific saddles for the rock Drake the Golem and the other ones that don't currently exist in the vanilla right now so there are saddles for those guys next one up is the special dinos this is what I watched king daddy dmac and froggy man T up yesterday these are Wellings little weling dinos very very cool looking they are ridable they fly and I think they breed I'm not actually 100% sure on that but they're knockout tames very very cool and I'll check out the the powers on a couple of these I don't know if they've been assigned Powers yet or anything like that or if they have any kind of special abilities doesn't look like they do but at least you have a flying little mini wyvern or a dragon whichever you call it we've got the actual dodo Rex the return of the the doto Rex is always a favorite of people I've never been super huge on the doto Rex but it's still awesome to have yet another cool dino in here let's see if you got any attacks on this guy yet we got left click we got right click okay he did the thing C button x button control okay nothing yet on him hopefully he'll get that fire breath the dotax has got to have fire breath right so that's the special tier very very cool little guys I really like these little Wellings I love those it kind of reminds me of one of the old ASC mods that we used to play quite a bit all right next up is the actual Elemental TI these ones are pretty cool they all have a little bit different color variation I will test real quick to see if they do any effects or anything when they attack but we've got basically four tiers here we have the poison tier and it's the same several dinos on each one I think the basilosaurus is another one that's available on these tiers but I didn't spawn it in cuz we don't really mess with water dinos too much but the first up is the poison guys they look pretty amazing over here our lighting is a little bit off over here hopefully you can see them okay there you go there's our poison guys I didn't check to see if any of them have special powers or anything like that I don't think they do I think they're going to be a slight increase over the original guys we we'll check that in just a second I'll run around eat a few things with them so there you go the fire guys they just look awesome got a little bit of effect action on them what we could do is actually test and see if they're look and see if they're a little bit bigger they look a little bigger than the regular ones we'll have to check that out fire Theory I'm glad the's getting some love man there you go the ice guys we've got the Raptor the Tandon the Udi and the the for the ice versions and you got got those little particle effects on there too let me see if there's actually is there any other no no other symbols on there okay the ice the next up is the lightning guys lightning Udi lightning Pteranodon lightning Raptor and lightning the so that's it for the dinos kind of short on dinos right now they just started this up it's very very new mod they've done a couple updates already and they're spending a lot of time on it from what I looked through their Discord the mod developers working their bun off to make this mod really really cool so I can't wait to see what they do in the future let me just talk super quick about the features of the mod because I thought this was cool all right so I'm going to flash some info on the screen just to kind of explain to you how the mod Works real quick so you can figure out how to find these guys on the island obviously they're just going to spawn around the map they only have a certain percentage chance to spawn I don't see any I I configuration where you can up that or change that just yet but the elemental creatures have a 10% chance to spawn 2.5 for each element so those guys have a pretty high chance to spawn in I believe although I haven't fully tested it I think these guys automatically override their vanilla counterparts so I think these guys will start spawning in automatically except for The Rock Drakes have a 5% chance to spawn instead of Megalania that's that's crazy phoenixes have a 20% chance instead of the quets rock Elementals 20% chance instead of the doed thorny dragon 20% chance instead of the Carno mantises 20% chance instead of the Scorpion wyvern 5% chance instead of a saber jboa 20% chance to spawn instead of a Dodo so I assume that those guys are going to be spawning in the areas of the dinos that I just mentioned so the normal areas that you go look for a Carno you can go over there and you have a chance to spawn a thy dragon that might spawn instead of that caros so it's a it's a small chance but 20 20 30% chance really any of those in there really aren't that bad in terms of project zodiac I I've gone a bunch through their Discord to kind of see what their plans are in the future they are going to be adding a whole lot of things to include just some fun like some progression tiers and other cool items to the mod so definitely keep an eye on this one this is one of those mods we're going to come back to when it gets a little bit further in just like with Primal chaos we're we're checking it out in the very early stages but I hope you guys go check it out it's already got a crazy amount of downloads from from cursed Forge in fact over on cursed Forge I think they're sitting at just under 200,000 total downloads all right we're going to spawn in a Bronto real quick just to test these guys out to make sure they have the elemental thing I did test it a minute ago but the wyverns came running so these guys do do a little bit of effect right here let's go ahead and make sure everybody is passive go ahead and hit him with that thing and boom you can see he's got the lightning effect going absolutely awesome there's that guy let's jump on the next one I think the poison guy is going to do a little bit of poison to him so let's check that here we go we're sitting it I don't know if that countdown has to go down let's see uh no but that Poison's definitely going up awesome very cool so you can potentially knock dinos out with this guy that's pretty cool all right let's go ahead and check the fire guy hopefully I don't get hit real quick hold on all right the fire guy should do a little bit of a fire effect make sure the did he get the fire yeah he's on fire There You Go the fire does the fire and then last but not least at least the ice guy should we wait for this to go away or better yet we can just bring a friend in there you go and boom there you go yeah he's got the cold effect all around him frosty nice there you go man very very cool so you can go around and do all these effects on these guys I guess we could have waited we would have been able to do that very cool man very cool all right guys that's going to do it for project zodiac by Celestial Ramia go check it out from their mod page it does talk about the fact that they have only put dinos in right now but they are planning to add a bunch of stuff later on it's influenced by anaki Genesis and Extinction core from the old survival evolved excited to see what they do with this mod I think it could be a lot of really cool things they plan on doing like a full overhaul mod where they have elemental creatures more Alpha creatures Health stamina XP potions and more DLC dinos added to the island so lots of cool stuff this is definitely a a really cool Dynam mod to keep an eye on when they do update it and they add some cool stuff to it I will come back and do a update video on it later on so we can keep this one up up to date and make sure we're showing off all the cool stuff in the mod and like
