This Camera Poops on GoPro! (DJI OSMO Action 4)

bought an action camera it's usually just the camera in a battery uh this says it comes with three batteries which is the amount you would need to like have a successful day of going out and filming so already it's looking good but let's get inside make sure these are charged up and look at all the stuff it comes with and then go and ride some Street let's go it's okay we got everything out yeah so it looks like we have a nice little grip this feels pretty good has your typical action camera mount and this also has a red for a tripod for putting this on a tripod this was so Sleek I didn't even know that it EXT what is this yeah this thing is light but it's like it it's solid so you can like it's a nice little wand didn't think it did that because it's so solid the grip feels good it's good I like that usually I would have to get one of these as like an addon so it's nice that it comes with it this looks like is it's the camera so I need to be careful so we have like a little protective case not sure what these are we will see in a second but good quality plastic simple like that the moment we've all been waiting for the camera itself so let's take a look at this oh that is impressive it has a screen on the front and and the back wow that's a good looking lens right there this feels good it has a nice like little texture to the top of it as well that is very nice what what else we have here not sure what this is for yet oh actually I am oh it's magnetic what the hell just in a little bit to lock it oh wow very simple and secure to mount and unmount well let me unmount okay wow that is pretty nice okay already way more press than what I thought okay we got a couple threads for the mount up we got a helmet Mount you can tell by the little little curve of that full us BC charging this one of these but a little taller so you can you know a little more angle what is this wa D no way it came with this like does it charge all the batteries at once one plug you can charge all your batteries at once hold on real quick this is a game changer this is insane you could have like one battery in the camera and charging the other two so you could just keep rolling you never have to like run out of battery as long as you have somewhere to plug this in this might be a very frequently used camera here on the channel based on how things are going but we need to go out and test it which is what we're about to do but there's a couple more things so we got a QR code for their Mobile app all right we're here actually didn't go ride street today we're at Grayson skate park and check this out guys pulled up with the lighter camera bag here not going to mess with the settings too much I made it on 1080 60 frames per second because that's how I upload my other videos so I'm going to keep it on those settings so right now I'm going to put you guys on a tripod and just warm up nice no might think that I'm really enjoying this front facing screen it helps me out a lot leave the camera here I'm going to go back and forth and try to do like 10 different tricks on this A-frame maybe I'll move the camera around but right now we're going to hit hit the nollie bars both ways we got to C lean way hard [Music] I forgot the battery pack at the house we're on 18% so we the battery life is pretty good we've had this thing on for about two hours now on and off filming just kind of warming up but we have Brian here what's up man what is up he's going to get a couple clips for you guys know work the camera and see how it is in motion cuz I was self filming myself here we go [Applause] [Music] this next shot I'm going to stand at the bottom of the bank we got about like a I don't know like 5 foot bank here but I'm going to just use the wand at full extension to see if we can get a cool shot this one does not like Flex or move so it is like nice I feel like I have good control of it even though that might have been the best shot of my first time using it I don't know take you man Brian's also new to this part of North Carolina he just moved here from Honduras going to try to ride with him more but go check him on Instagram cuz he is always testing but so far I'm really liking it I just forgot the little battery pack on my desk before I left cuz I'm dealing with my whole YouTube channel getting hacked right now so the thoughts are all over the place so far I'm very impressed everything is going good but we'll give an overall review uh after we get another session in with this thing so we'll see you at the next session all right here we are first time riding Street since I moved to North Carolina which I know is kind of crazy cuz I do ride street pretty often but you know it's was working on my van and stuff so I hadn't really explored that much when I wanted to ride I would just go to a skate park because I wasn't out here looking for stuff but today I went out looking for some stuff and I found a pretty cool setup with a lot of different things check it out so this building looks pretty low profile we have potential Gap with the tire ride little Gap here there's also like a little manual pad over here and we have this which is kind of a spot I might like want to like wall right up and like do something on the ledge there I'm not sure alsoo a little thing I need to remember to go over there but we'll warm up with something over here I'm pretty Rusty at street but that was a good little warmup collection of Clips haven't done a hop truck off of something in a while this is very tiny but I do like this setup right here because ledge gets bigger from right to left and this little drop gets bigger from left to right so I get to kind of decide at my my levels which a lot of spots don't offer this is pretty cool no oh I do really like the replay feature on this camera it's super easy to use so I'm going to check the replay on that just to gauge my speed a little better because it feels so quick I don't want to land with my front tire towards the curb normally I'd be going a little faster but we're going to check the replay so I can figure this out a little easier I just checked it back I think I was fine I think I'm just going to truck off the higher part of the ledge so then cuz what I'm worried about this is like the switch bar getting like a weird pop but it should work 180 up for good luck we're already getting that summer throttle grip boys got robbed back pedal buk up the ledge for good luck since the 180 did me dirty I wanted do like a drop switch to 20 need uh something on to this setup right here I just want to put some marks on it had to put my bike next to it for comparison it is a little chunky it's a husky hop but ideally just get on wall R it's got a little bit of a Down slant so I feel like it'll feel nice and then just hit a little bar off it me try and it was ass so moving on to this rail thing over here pretty sling up I just want a wall ride in between this like a little Precision wall ride without missing my wheel and blowing through this plastic fence is the goal there's no real way to go about practicing this I've wro these things before off flat so I'm not worried about it we should be able to stall it too maybe we'll try to double Peg it yeah I guess we'll start with a double Peg my tires are inside of it oh my God no promises on this one this is just for research I'm going to try to get the wallr Smith I feel like it's going to be hard to pull the front wheel back okay ass oh I got my front wheel out that was it right there like scrape my hand and hit my elbow pretty good right there the abrasions don't hurt but like this is like my bad elbow if you guys don't know it's always extra unfortunate when I kind of fall on this one it feels fine but we're retiring on the guard rail Smith it was a dream it still is a dream we'll come back to it but for now I can't be messing up these hands cuz I got to throw disc I'm a disc golfer we got red I've been back here by myself for like an hour and a half right when I'm going to go ride the manad a Range Rover pulls up right where I'm going with my camera already set up what do you guys I'm going to adjust the field of view for the helmet cam and I also want to show you guys how easy it is to use the touch screen on the camera here tap in at the bottom of the screen to our video settings go to the top right corner where it says rs+ I think that's what I'm shooting on is Rock Steady plus it's kind of like an internal stabilizer it does open up the field of view slightly so I want to get maximum we're going to go there but it also has all these other settings here bunch of settings for filming things awesome but I also want to show you guys the resolution how easy it is to just swap through got 4k- 4.3 don't even know what that is we're not making a movie 58 so I'm going to keep it simple on 1080 60 but we can go all the way 1082 40 but I keep it on 1080 60 I might dabble with that in the future just want to show you guys how easy it is to use this touchcreen can hit a little rocket manual down the side walk here oh maybe a little seat grab bar spin nice going to try as hard as I possibly can to get a windshield wiper on the pad here but I suck so bad at this I ran out of room I'm going to go a little slower because I suck ass at this and I need more time to set up well I ran out of room again oh my God I just ran so far first perspective f let's go check the replay dude nice I did like a weird like head Bobble I never really noticed that let's go that was a lot of fun filming with this camera I can't wait to go back which is what I'm doing right now to go and check out how this looks on my computer and I'll talk to you guys in a second with a full review and how good of a deal this camera is just got done editing the footage from today and my God Superior image quality premium audio I wasn't even thinking about how good the microphone was going to be on this thing I do want to highlight the microphone that's in this little camera is on par if not better than my boom mic that I use for my DSLR camera which is crazy because that microphone cost $300 and this camera cost $300 I didn't notice this before but this little exterior case has a little Mount magnetic system whatever they have going on for filming vertically so if you guys are into doing like Instagram reels or Tik Tock or stuff like that this thing has got you covered with the vertical Mount which I have not seen before with with an action camera some of the key features I like about the DJI action 4 is is the front-facing screen it's touchcreen as well seems to do everything the rear screen does which is incredible dual screens both touchscreen both good quality this thing has a good speaker in it so you get a nice audio queue and I was using the helmet camera it has a very clear audio cue that it's recording and a very clear stop recording sound and this thing only takes .3 seconds to start recording so it's great for getting fast quick shot going to read off a couple of the facts about this camera that I'm not going to know just by trying it but experts have brought us these facts I'm going to read you what the experts have said thing is ready for anything from icy cold temperatures of -20° C to boiling hot 45° C so this thing is ready for anything basically Earth ready anywhere on Earth this is probably going to be a good camera to have because it can temperature regulate very well power this thing on and capture up to 160 minutes of your footage and you can shoot in 4k and get up to 90 minutes of footage camera's packed with the industry's first magnetic quick release and you can see in this clip here that it is very simple to take this thing off you can take this off even with having gloves on very great feature easy to pull it off of the helmet or your tripod whatever and look at it and review your footage whatever you got to do you can Dismount this thing pretty easily with this really great feature of the magn magnetic quick release the action for Masters low light and bright conditions with ease and it has the industry's widest field of view of a 155° I showed you guys that earlier in the video this thing opens up this will actually fast charge the batteries up to 80% in 18 minutes which is that's so fast cuz these batteries have gone out with this thing three times now and they last for around 2 hours filming on 1086 it might vary depending on the settings cuz it's like more workload for the camera but 2 hours is a lot so the Osmos action 4 the standard edition is coming in at $2.99 Which is less than my microphone on my other camera but like I was saying before the audio this thing picks up is on par with my microphone for my other camera we got the adventure combo which is perfect for what I do it comes with three batteries they have a list of different packs and combos they have motorcycle and Mountain cycling one road cycling combo diving combo they have all these different combos that come with different things that might be better for you so I'm going to link that down
