This Beat *8* Life Katakuri! || Katakuri vs. PY Crocodile || One Piece Card Game Memorial Collection

hello and welcome to the channel my name is Jake you can also call me atrocious and today we've got some eo1 testing here for you back with Mo in the purple yellow Croc I know a lot of you liked that video that we had previously so we got some more gameplay of it for you all very very interesting deck and thinking about a lot of the matchups and having some of it in practice as well one of the things that M was saying is that decks like kotak Curry and aell that manipulate are a tough matchup more than likely for this deck so we're going to see it here in action the kakur opting to Mulligan and purple yellow Croc opting to keep the life it'll be a battle between the heavy heavy Dawn manipulation and ramping that the purple yellow Croc deck can do with that Baroque Works engine alongside the big mom engine that the kak curry so what is going to be stronger that's going to be the real question in this one I'm excited to watch this all with you see this one in action for Life leader to five overall and so the cak curry putting out their life now I believe that the kakuri is going first I think the purple yellow Croc actually won the coin flip and decided to go second immediately saying kind of afterward man I wish I actually chose first with his hand so uh one of those things that maybe you do want to go first if you're the kataku is they didn't have a pudding to put down the Croc though is going to be able to put down that Miss Valentine Searcher going to be able to look for a baroque Works card I think I saw a um Friday in there was it a Friday or Miss Wednesday I think it was a Miss Wednesday potentially there the pointy fingers Miss Double finger I think it's what it's called we got Miss Wednesday right there as well I think I also saw bong clay alternate in there and so that's going to be their twood Dawn turn as that's a TW Dawn Searcher now at three Dawn if they don't have a peros sparrow we could see some Dawn attached to this Kaku and swinging a big number but with this 5K swing that they're doing right now going to be taking that life looks like it is going to be a peros sparrow put down the peros sparrow really really nice as they're going to be looking for those 10 drop llins and now the Croc is going to go into its game plan on a for Dawn turn going to start out by swinging five right now to see if they can get a life as well in exchange and it looks like it's just going to be a Sanji counter SO pitching a 1K almost kind of the same as a blocker at this stage of the game but maybe I don't know they haven't been able to look at their life so they don't really want to gamble at this point but with four Dawn now you got to think about what you want to do and I think especially off that Miss Wednesday grab the purple yellow Croc is really evaluating okay what are the odds that you have gatu right because the katakuri is going to be at five Dawn so G gatu is going to be viable when you only have three life left so instead playing a four da Bon clay to put on the field ramp Don kind of try to get you tied and ahead in the next couple turns in that Dawn race to 10 so the K of Curry now on that fiveon turn like I mentioned going to be swinging a quick five right here and it's going to be a counter out of the Miss Valentine and I once again have forgotten the life and so this one going to be swinging the seven going to be taking life going down to two now at this point I promise I will keep track better of the life and going to be playing an okiku that okiku is going to be real nice because as we mentioned you know with four life leaders going down quickly to two now that okiku effect is active right now so going to be very very nice if Mo and purple yellow Croc decide to KO it in any sense whether that's attacking or through an effect but now with seven Dawn now pretty much skipping a dawn almost entirely a dawn turn being at four last turn now at seven and it's going to be interesting how they continue in through this could play another Bon clay if they had one to be able to hit 10 next turn right they do have that one in hand could also play the Miss Wednesday you're not afraid of gatu anymore at this point so looking around at the dawn just making sure that they had a good enough gam play in the Miss Wednesday would be really really good I could see you going a quick little five swing at that peros feros see if you can knock it out and then later use the last Dawn that you get from ramping off the bong clay and the Miss Wednesday to put on that alternate Bond clay to copy the okiku and swing seven at the peros sparrow so going to be attaching the one now and kind of skipping a little bit of what I said going to be copying that kikunojo and swinging at that peros Sparrow remember it copies the base power and of opponent's character and then has that same power so copying the 6,000 power of the Kiku nojo and attaching one Dawn it's going to be swinging seven at that peros sparrow and it looks like that peros Sparrow effect is going to go off looking at the top three on that KO to look for a big mom pirate so thinking about what they could grab right now they're going to be grabbing a pudding a Charlotte pudding and I don't hate that actually because that allows you to f find your uh big pieces the Charlotte uh Lin Lins much much faster and so after playing that Bon clay and ramping it Dawn going to be playing that Miss Wednesday blocker to really accelerate that engine like we talked about getting a blocker and constantly getting Dawn back so now at I think eight Dawn at this point or seven Dawn I think now yes seven Dawn at the kak curry MO is going to be hitting with that purple yellow Croc 10 Dawn and so with a seven or a 5k swing right here right at that 1K Bon clay going to be taking it out it looks like that this is probably going to be a seven drop linlin turn if I had to take a guess so going to be swinging six going to be using that Miss Wednesday effect to put back a Dawn and bring back a Dawn and then the Croc when a dawn gets put back in the dawn deck brings out a dawn from your Dawn deck to get two active Dawn right here so we'll see exactly what happens it looks like he's actually going to take a life and it's a possible trigger so going to be using that O come my way the O come my way trigger an excellent trigger Dawn minus one draw two cards so Mo now with like seven or eight cards in his hand at this point as the kak curry now plays the seven drop linlin so purple yellow Croc is opting to give the kakua life now putting it up at six overall so although the Croc has done an excellent job with the whole ramping thing not done an excellent job right now getting the life down on the kotak curry so going to be copying the linlin on that Bond clay and swinging at the Kiku nojo this would be another life gained if a knockout is taken but it would remove an attacking threat on the field so I think right now if you're the purple yellow Croc what you're trying to do is minimize the amount of characters that they have on board overall and so thinking about where they can go if they do take this knockout one of the things that could be good as a 7K swing has gone there if that KO was taken a little bit earlier as that katakuri goes to seven life now and a crocodile is played to to put the life up to two now for the purple yellow Croc if you had enough right there was eight Dawn in total uh or seven Dawn in total if there was one more in life from that o Kiku I actually think you could have yamed the Charlotte linlin if you had a yam in hand which would have neutralized both of the potential attackers for the Conor Curry the thing about The Croc though is it does have that Dawn minus one draw one discard one filtering out the hand in your deck so a very very strong card and still gets you a life anyway so not really like it's here nor there honestly and so the K of Curry playing down that pudding going to be searching for a Charlotte linlin looking like they did not find one and didn't find any big mom Pirates cards at this point not saying big mom pyro card is a little tough but when you're running like okiku and katus and reject potentially sometimes you just get unlucky on those searches because it is only top four so he's really thinking about what he wants to do right now I don't know if he has another linlin in hand he's only got like two cards overall at this point and trying to understand you know all the effects that are going to happen on the attack and so the okama way really really strong card opting to just draw off of it instead of that redirection effect that it does have off of counter because once an opponent starts to swing MO is going to be getting a couple Dawn left and so looking at their own life swinging seven going to keep that up top going to be a card that they want Miko slamming the table Hulk smash going to be using the crocodile effect to draw one and discard one and then use the Croc effect to bring one out because the dawn did go back in the dawn deck and then the Miss Wednesday effect to put a dawn in the dawn deck and then bring it back up as active so that is the sequence of two Dawn now on the field and so little crazy but going that swing there going to be taking out the Bon clay that 7K swing going against that one K getting a little bit of knowledge for you in that and going to be resting seven to play another linlin so that linin right there and mo is thinking you know what you take it right now and now eight life for the Kata curry8 life in this game is absolutely inane at this point but the game is far from over at this point we see a couple crocodiles in the purple Crocs hand right here as they draw for turn back at 10 Dawn which is a really interesting part of this right now got a couple different options we see Miss Valentine in hand with the searching potential going to be taking a life right now off of that 5K swing and a potential trigger overall not going to be opting for a trigger at all the kakuri is saying you know what yeah you can take it I'll still have seven life at this point and uh well I feel confident that I can actually do something but the Laker Croc is going to be playing a linlin of his own so interesting thing to note at this point the katakuri technically knows what this life is if they remember and they trash it and I think they accidentally forget what that is because the life that they trashed is a 10 drop linlin could have been really good and trying to secure this game overall but it's hard when you're constantly adding and you know missing like life and you know constantly manipulating to remember and so in OK comma way is going to be grabbed off of that Miss Valentine Searcher and going to pass right into the kak Curry's turn so chipped away at a couple life and only two cards in hand at this point three after this top deck for the K Curry it could be a little interesting to see how this goes the kotak curries you know they do still play a couple other lindland that we see here they also have the potential to play other kotak curries right that ad drop kotak Curry could be nice and especially with the reject could be a position to where they want to try to go for something but first going to be playing that pudding trying to once again find that t drop looking at the top four and trying to look for a card and so going to be grabbing I think it was a Charlotte flampe right there one of the new E1 2K so got at least a 2K in their hand at this point in the game and going to be thinking about where they need to go in this probably don't have another like large body like the linlin to play so just kind of thinking about maybe Dawn distribution about how they should be swinging can't swing at any of the characters so going to have to swing at leads so swinging 11 or 12 I think it is at lead going to be using that Croc effect going to be drawing one and discarding one finding a beige 2K and ditching a miss all Sunday no counter card so that's going to be really nice for their hand but going to be taking that life no trigger what soever but having a seven drop linlin in hand could be nice we see an okama way in there and a blast breath going to be really good at deflecting the attacks and so a 9k swing keeping that life on top constantly keeping all of these Life on Top I think he didn't know what this life was he knows what the next life is but not this one specifically so purple yellow Croc thinking about blocking off this one saying you know what I'm at 10 Dawn I don't really need this Miss Wednesday anymore at this stage of the game so going to be getting rid of that on that 9k swing and with two Dawn left really thinking about okay what should I be doing right here could swing a 10 is it I think with the Charlotte linlin that you have there on the field because it is an AK base body and you'd probably be taking a life but they're really thinking about okay with those big bodies as well I'm going to lose probably a couple bodies on the swings right you only have two cards in hand likely not counter cards right if they go in and they focus on the bodies that they have we know they have just at least a 2K out of those two cards in the flampe because we haven't seen that flampe yet you're not going to be able to defend a lot of those so if they use the dawn to take out both lindland going to be tough and so opting to just pass right there not doing anything saying you know what maybe I can go for game in the coming turns of I keep these bodies alive I still have six life overall to their one so going to be swinging the eight to the eight as I mentioned you know kind of forcing out that 2K flampe we saw them grab earlier so oh three cards in hand I'm sorry so there's a Satori right there and so there's two 2ks in there the sator we didn't know about but the floe we did so going to be swinging five at life and so this is is going to really thinking about they know what this is and so going to be a Sanji pitching the 200 million volts amaru and then the purple yellow Croc player playing that linlin and the Kotaku saying you know what I'm going to trash the life right there and so playing a Miss Wednesday over that Miss Valentine going to be recycling that blocker as well to really try to defend the Sanji is a little tough on your side because that's a blocker that you really didn't want to see but the kak curry now really has to think about okay what am I going to do am I going to try to go for game at this point or am I going to go for these big bodies do I feel confident enough with these big Lin Lins and a leader swing to go for game at this stage of the game you know that with the Miss Wednesday they are going to get two Dawn right off of the Croc's leader effect the regular Croc some cycling and then the Miss Wednesday effect as well just a really really strong combo at this stage of the game going to start out by potentially swinging eight but thinking about nine instead going to be swinging nine overall looking at this life saying okay what is this life and putting it back down because they can't do anything else and going to be using that Croc effect cycling the linlin out and getting that Dawn back and then getting another one through the Miss Wednesday Croc effects so looking at the hand now can't really tell what's in his hand because I'm trying to get a better camera in the future got again that blast breath in okama way like I mentioned earlier really thinking I think off of the cycle they drew a yam nine cost yam and pitched the 7K linlin and so Croc taking that life and it's actually going to be a potential trigger and I think I remember what it is because the guy was like yeah I saw that life and I was like well okay it's going to be a 200 million volts amaru that 200 million volts amaru going to be really really good to trash two cards from the hand so the purple yellow Croc is saying you know what I think I'm going to take advantage of this I do lose two cards but those two cards might not be helpful at this stage of the game the purple Croc the 8 cost Croc is going to be one of the cards it looks like I don't necessarily hate that game plan I think I maybe want to keep that card though and it looks like he is going to he's going to be keeping one of them but the 2K beige is an interesting one to get rid of at this point so now with the rest of the Dawn still in the Kor Curry's turn the purple yellow Croc still has a couple different options to be able to run with and they still have about eight cards in hand seven or eight cards at this point always having a large hand in this game something that the Kotaku has not really been able to do in comparison is dwiddle down their hand so attaching a couple Dawn swinging at the looks like linlin here for a 11 so an 11 K swing going on right now going to be taking that out opting not to use the okama way to redirect into something like the Valentine potentially I'm not 100% sure I totally agree with that but with this swing right here at the crocodile going to be blocking potentially off of this Miss Wednesday kind of valuing the Croc a little bit more maybe saying in that decision-mak like oh maybe I want to keep the Croc alive rather than the lindland because the lindland value is already done having that onplay effect but the crocodile has a constant effect and so the crocodile really thinking about what they want to do right now they did have that yam in hand slicing away nine Dawn and it looks like a yam may be coming the options that you can pop are either a pudding or a Sanji and I would bet that the Sanji is his Target it is is going to be going up one life going back up to two and it's a game that we got going on only one Dawn left going to be thinking about where they want to go with it going to be swinging an 8 to8 really just taking out these linlin saying you know what you probably don't have any counter so wiping out both of those huge huge bodies and swinging a five and all of a sudden it's going to be a three to2 it is going to be an okiku trigger though at this point so a little bit of damage to your yourself and uh well another threat on the board but I think you're feeling pretty good as you've gotten this kakuri down to two life overall now going into the kotak Curry's turn so now at 10 Dawn and only I think two cards in hand cuz the okiku got played if it's not a body like a seven drop linlin or a 10 drop linin you're kind of just Distributing your Dawn in this way to try to really maximize your potential in the coming turns and so thinking about what they want to do right now and here it's kind of a tricky game plan for both sides The Croc has really been kind of taking over this game slowly but surely and so really thinking now about where they go if you try to do much much the problem is with these huge huge bodies it's a huge Dawn commitment and we see I think a 12K swing at this Charlotte linlin there is 1 2 3 4 five six so a 12K swing if they decide to look at life here and so opting to okay do you want to look at any of the life and going to be keeping that on top again going to be taking a KO potentially or potentially using okama way oh come my way but opting saying you know what I got some big bodies on the field I'm going to continuously be putting pressure with these bodies so I'm going to let that linling go one body away is one less swinging at life and just going to be playing an okiku and passing opting not to swing the okiku I feel like you definitely want to swing the okiku there at that part because you really want to try to get them to swing at the okiku right if not it's just going to be a body that is constantly just swinging and attacking so really thinking about where they want to go still surprising to me that Mo hasn't used the O come my way to save those big bodies maybe saying you know what I really only want to do that when I feel like I don't have another way to win the game maybe when you can't mass-produce bodies at this rate this 9k swing though going to be a peros sparrow pitching a 2K beige the only card card in hand so this 5K bear swing is going to take a hit one life away and going to be another 9k swing from the Croc and it's going to go down to zero now this katakuri and without a beige going to be attaching all 10 to the Miss Wednesday and taking the win the purple yellow Croc is the winner in this game really just showcasing like man I wish I actually went first and flipping over a beige and a yam in this one and so not uh a decent amount of counter I would say overall in that one the reject there just a couple cards away and that's going to be it for this one thank you so much for watching I love watching the purple yellow Croc it is so good um I'm definitely pumping out the propaganda for Peoria regionals in eo1 because I do I truly do love love this deck I think it's so funny to watch and just so honestly oppressive at times you do probably struggle against black decks and hopefully we get some black decks in the future matched up against Mo but I know he played it in this local tournament and was top three I think at the end going X1 in the I think four round so really really good job overall I think he only lost in the final round between him and the only other EXO so great job in that run and hopefully we get some more matches soon going to be trying to get more eb1 matches for you all especially now that we're in E1 some different decks and uh hopefully I'll see you again soon thank you
