these people and animals were rescued from growth situations in 2018 a 13 year old boy fell through a hole into a sewage pipe at Griffith Park in L.A I'm at the entry site the tunnel is about three foot wide approximately two foot deep with uh Swift moving water the harnessing up to go in firefighters and rescue teams searched to see if the boy would surface what we did is then work to get some other sophisticated cameras that are made to go in these pipes that can crawl on the bottom that can float on the top 13 hours later they found him it's with happy hearts that all Los Angeles City agencies are able to state that we have found Jesse Hernandez the boy traveled three quarters of a mile and ended up here underneath the manhole cover where two freeways met once they pulled the lid off the manhole cover he was just like right there when we opened that hatch there was Jesse cold wet punched over in a small pipe into the shock of those those members they were able to get him out determine he's alive he was covered in hazardous material listed in serious condition and was decontaminated you have a miracle that this boy is alive in 2016 a dog left to drown in a pool of tar was rescued by a dad and his son who were driving by they spotted the dog trying to keep her head out of the goo while struggling to survive and called for help Rescuers believe the dog was intentionally put there the canine was rushed to a clinic to get cleaned up and was hungry and dehydrated after the pet was better she was given to the dad and son that same year Rescuers were alerted about strange noises coming from a sewage tank in India when they look closer they found a puppy drowning in human waste a man held by his legs was lowered deep into the septic tank to pull out the pup the dog was taken to a non-profit to rehydrate and get healthy within two days he was all better also in 2016 a donkey was stranded with no way to escape Rescuers didn't know how he fell down there but the hole was too small to safely lift him out so Rescuers widened the hole got a ladder in rope and lifted the animal to safety I just fell into a septic tank in January of 2023 this Amazon driver was trapped in nasty raw sewage I walked by it and the ground came out underneath me I'm standing in knee-deep sludge he was delivering a package when the ground swallowed him up I'm like six feet down and I tried using these roots around me to get out and it just pulled more dirt on top of me he was surprisingly calm even though he realized how dangerous the situation was I really do not want to die in somebody's whatever you call these things the ground can really start eroding the more you move the more you have more ground come in on you they put a ladder Over the Hole so that it kind of stabilized the ground and then they put one down to him and he actually self-extricated he got himself out once he was out he drove home took a shower and went back to work in May of 2023 looms were rehabbed after getting injured in Wisconsin cold weather caused a loon Fallout and the water birds were literally falling from the sky one of the rescues explained to wsaw basically what happens is moons fly five six seven thousand feet near at 70 miles an hour so if they encounter a thunderstorm up there and if they have cold their bodies start icing up one of the Looms was found in a pile of cow manure as soon as she put their net over that loon that cow manure was flying everywhere since cow manure is acidic The Loon was rinsed off and taken to a local Animal Care Center for treatment and that's where they treated it with antibiotics and everything to get the little eye irritations and stuff cleaned up the second loon was they were not able to gain enough lift because there was trees around them so we knew these were not going to get out after five hours The Loon was finally taken in after some TLC they were both released for Inside Edition digital I'm Andreas Wendel
