hi everyone in this video I will be showing  you how to solve the issue there was an error   connecting to the platform error code val 59 in  valorant so let's get started so the first thing   what you need to do is you need to press the  start button so that you can go back to your   desktop window so just click on start button so  yeah you'll be getting this like the Bottom bar   appearing over here and will be taken to the main  home page of windows so in this in the bottom   bar you need to just right click and you will be  having an option called as task manager just click   that and in the task manager so in the apps and  in the background process here we will be having   so many things related to Valorant and riot so we  need to first end everything so here you can see   I'm having valorant just right click and you need  to just click on end task I'll just do that yeah   that task is over and I need to just scroll down  now and check everything including Riot and   other valorant services are closed so just scroll  down till you find something yeah yeah even in the   services also you need to just scroll down yeah so  now it is good in some cases there will be riot   Vanguard something opened also so please check  that thoroughly and close everything related to   valorant and riot okay so once you're done this I  think it will work now I'll just close it and if I   just now double click on valorant so here you can  see right Valorant has been successfully opened   and I'm now inside the lobby so if this method  doesn't work you know to basically just shut down   or restart your system okay that will also work  I guess so these are some of the ways I solved   this and do check the playlist of my channel  I'm a programmer I've done tutorials in C   C++ Java python MySQL mongodb so check  those videos subscribe me thanks for watching
