In this video, we are discussing what AUSBILDUNG is? and who can do it? How to Apply? How much money you get? Which professions are available? Is it easy or difficult? What are the requirements? How to actually apply through Portal? So, we will be discussing all of this in this video. So first of all Let's see what AUSBILDUNG is? So, English Term for it would be Vocational training or Apprenticeship which includes practical work In which you come to Germany, do practical work for three days with some Company and study in school for two days. And program duration is for 3 years. Normally, two to three years and all of it is paid. In which, Company pays you. for your learning, studying, for your experience, you get paid. So, after three years, you get the degree, or course or diploma, whatever you call it, and you get work experience as well. And now, if we compare it to Pakistan, or in simple words, we can compare it to D.A.E., After matriculation, the Diploma of Associate Engineers can be related to it. It is D.A.E. sort of diploma, for those who don't want to go to University, for those, who are not interested in Theory part, So, they can do theory and practical simultaneously. So, AUSBILDUNG is of two types, one is SCHULISCHE AUSBILDUNG, second one is DUALE AUSBILDUNG. First type has more content of Theory and which we are discussing, DUALE AUSBILDUNG includes both Theory and Practical. And Visa process is easy too. Because Germany lacks work force in all these professions. So, which profession are included in it? It includes medical professions, nursing as well, I.T. as well, mechanic professions as well, Painter and carpenter as well, means it has variety of options which we will be exploring up next. So, now you have an idea of AUSBILDUNG, But now we will see its benefits, for why we are discussing it? So, benefits are for those who have less education like matric only, they can do it. You can do AUSBILDUNG after F.Sc. or after bachelors, or after completing Masters, some people do it. Doing AUSBILDUNG or not doing is how much worth? that I will talk a bit later, For Now, the benefit is that even people with less education can work in it, imagine that after matriculation, or after F.Sc., you have to pay for your studies, but in this case, you are getting paid for studying. So, in this, one you get to do practical work, means in Bachelor's degree after 4 years of education, you go for experience, you do an internship. Here, you are starting from internship, it's not internship, it is a complete degree for three years, it is a diploma, so it is good for those who have lower classes and you get paid as well. and you do not need block account. You do not need bank statement, and like there is a long queue for study visa in Islamabad Embassy, so that is not the case here. Company gives you the contract, So, you get early appointment (at Embassy). Besides that, you get a settlement plan, means when you are working with a company, the course duration is typically two to three years, and after completion you get a work visa for two years, normally with the same company which you have learned, and they already know that you have capability to do work as you got skill from your company. So, normally you get a job with the same company and after two years, you get PR. So, for settlement, this is a good option. So, Who can apply? Who can apply for AUSBILDUNG? So, like we said that Matric, F.Sc. students can apply, Many programs are such that they have asked for minimum 12 years of education. But, there are programs for 10 years of education. So, how to search them, let's see in the next section, But now, let's see Who can apply? So, Matric, F.Sc. Bachelors, masters students, By the way, Bachelors and Masters students are bit over-qualified, though they can apply, But as you know, that after 10 to 12 years, people usually apply. So, you need German Language and a good level of German language. Like German B-1 or B-2. Normally, some requires B-1, and employer may require B-2 level from you. And in some sensitive cases, like Nursing, where more qualification is required, so even you may need C-1 level. So, you need a good command over GERMAN language as all the environments will be German. Whatever work you will learn, everything will be in German. So, this was the second requirement, third one is that the documents you have, the qualifications you have, from German authorities, they must be found equivalent. So, the link of an institution pops up, so you can go to there website and see how you have to get your documents equivalent. Besides, that, there is no grade requirement. Most of the time, Matric and F.Sc. , whatever requirement they have, only that, there is no grade requirement like 60 percent, seventy percent. There are some employers who can write in their job description that they need good grades. But overall, there is no grade requirement. We will see how to apply? in a bit. But let's see when to Apply? how to apply? So, In Germany, the scheduled classes and training starts in August - September. And they start taking applications in the start of year, means in January-February, applications are open most of the time. Some employers get intake throughout the year. But, January-February is the best time to apply and after that, you have to apply at multiple positions. And start applying early So that you have multiple contracts or multiple offers. and then you can take a contract and get visa from Embassy and reach Germany. Let's see how much money you will get? per month? during study, how much money you get? So the money you get depends upon the profession you choose. For example, in Germany, there are some fields or professions in which there is too much shortage of work force. So, in that field, you will get more money. and a bit less in other fields. So, it depends upon profession and a part of it depends on your employer. Like which employer or which company is giving you the contract. For example, if you see here, there is an ad on ausbildung.de and if you look closely on that ad, you will see that it is related to computer sciences and they have written all the requirement, and at the end they have described the money / salary. Like, you will get 1180 euros/month in first year. In second year, 1270 euros/month and In third year, 1417 euros/month. So, this was just one ad which we saw and the salary it described, and if we look at I.T. field related to computer sciences, which is high demand AUSBILDUNG. So, if we look closely into other high demand AUSBILDUNG, It includes, ship-mechanic, they get paid well, also, air traffic control gets paid well. In medical field, like assistant to dentist, or nursing, includes more salary. Also, finance related businesses like salesman or saleswoman, they have decent salary as well. means that some fields are high paying. you can choose from your own interest, you can also choose by looking at money / salary. So, if your employer is paying 900, so the remaining 34 euros, you have to multiply it with 12, so you have to make block account of this much money and submit it to them, But in most of the cases, like high paying professions, which we have discussed, In that case, your salary is already above 934 euros per month. So, you don't need block account. So, like that You will go to embassy with fulfilling the requirements, you will give them interview about your contract, which company, start date? when it will end, they check and verify if every thing is ok, and conversation will be in German, You can do in English also, But as you know German and you will already have B-1 or B-2, So, embassy will give you visa after few days.
