Rubberneck is still on my top 20 album list. I still love to play it in its entirety from time to time while driving. I agree 100% that they were one of, if not the, most underrated and under-appreciated bands of the 90's.

They do a festival on the San Marcos river, right by the pickup point for a tubing rental. Discovered that by sheer coincidence. True story.
Have you'll heard the CD Toadies Live from Paradise? Good stuff. They sound great live. Also a big fan of Hell Below, Stars Above (the song and the album). Doll Skin is another of my favorite Toadies songs. No Deliverance was pretty good and I couldn't really ever get into Play Rock Music, but Rubberneck and Hell Below, Stars Above are classics.
Rubberneck is a masterpiece. Also, Hell Below/Stars Above is nearly as good.

Great song. They're among the underrated bands from Texas.
