Very good documentary! I wish the present day owners of the pagoda building on California and Grant (not the one above Dim Sum Corner) will do a better job matching the color scheme with the pagoda right across it. It was designed as a pair.
Chinatown was spared, but it was an exception. Other districts, were not so fortunate. They lost everything.
Grew up in chinatown.
