harris presented him with according to the kid's statement harris of course says the kid was resisting arrest you believe the kid if the kid was resisting it'd have to be very strenuous for him to end up with that kind of treatment and i didn't see any marks on harris none at all uh danko i want you to stop protecting this man if he's dishing out some kind of personal street justice i want to know the line of fire if he hadn't the suspect would have been hit instead you agree with this version of events uh officer danko it all happened pretty fast but uh i'd say that luke was accurate what were
