wow, I remember watching Rich's first Tesla video. Now he has a documentary?
Rich is hilarious. I've been watching his videos for a while now and the content is interesting but his videos are so watchable even if you're not really into Teslas or vehicle rebuilds.
Edit: word
I like the useless statement Tesla made for this doc; βWe donβt have a problem with people rebuilding these cars, except we wont sell any partsβ... suuuure!
I see Tesla like the boss from the Incredibles:
I like Rich, Tesla however not so much anymore. For all the lies about how Musk was going to open source things, they are the most restrictive and controlling car company in existence.
They present such a danger to consumer rights, I hope they remain only a smaller player in EVs going forward.
I'm a mechanic, I've fixed salvage as a side hobby for decades but wouldn't take on a Tesla just because of how controlling the company is.
where does he sells them? I would like to try one if it is cheaper than Tesla. I have never used an electrical before.
I grew up in a farm where being able to repair your own equipment was a matter of survival. For years scumbag companies like John Deere have been leading the proprietary equipment as a service trend that Tesla is following. This is why all states should have right to repair laws..
Musk: yea that's cool, but I'm pretty sure you're a pedophile
His videos make me want to rebuild cars and I have very basic car mechanic knowledge.
