Not many people in WWE today with mic skills like The Rock. They're all so slow at talking and don't really insult so harshly.
Nope. No one currently on the roster has Rocks charisma nor his humor and wit.
plus, WWE is so different now. PG era doesnt lend itself too well to attitude era style promos.
I'm gonna go with no. There's nobody that can come close to the mic skills The Rock has. Back then mic skills were even mediocre for most, but he was always able to elevate whoever he was up against.
Commentators won't react as if it's real, and whether it's Smackdown - JBL will talk over it and say something stupid. Or Raw when Cole will talk over it
wwe writes all the promos word for word. the days of amazing promos are long gone!

Do you boring then yes tons of people cut promos like this take off the nostalgia glasses and watch it, it's ok, mediocre at best but there are better talkers now then the rock.
Also, the camerawork is phenomenal.
