This restaurant is one of my favorite restaurants, I'll eat what I like in Yamaokaya today as always. I think I'm going to eat special miso that my viewers would recommend to me. It's an extra large size of soy-sauce-based ramen noodles with green onion, it's 2,150 yen. It's hot. Oh... It sinks in... It's delicious... I'm glad that I'm still alive. The roast pork goes well with the thickened soup. It's simple and delicious. The egg is also soft. Nori is the best. It's special gyoza, it's 350 yen. It's like one of the three symbols of ramen. Vampires wouldn't like this... It's fried rice, it's 350 yen. It's a really nice size, not too big, not too small. I like that it's a popular dish. It's delicious. It's so delicious. You'd regret if you haven't come to Yamaokaya. Ramen is so good here. It's somewhere in between the Iekei ramen and ramen based on sesame oil with chili pepper and soy sauce. And it's a don of rice with green onion and mayonnaise. It's special miso ramen, it's 1,010 yen. I feel sorry to talk about Yamaokaya without eating this. Please stop me, I might drink all the soup first. The miso is sweetened and deep, but it's a bit spicy, too. It's not heavy or anything. The previous ramen was extra large, this regular size of ramen looks very small. It's delicious... It's a don of rice with green onion and mayonnaise, it's 350 yen. It was a right decision to order this with the miso ramen together. I'm sure it'll go well with the soup. It's hot. I'm sorry about that, I was just excited to taste it... You'd regret it if you don't do that. The roast pork is seasoned to be sweet and spicy. And the thickness of mayonnaise. And the slight spiciness of miso. It's amazing. This is spicy miso ramen. I had a tsukemen version of this the last time. This is my firs time. It's spicy miso roast pork noodles (medium-spicy), it's 1,090 yen. I don't change seabura this time. It's nicely spicy. The special miso is sweet, but the spicy miso is more like stamina. I like this, too. A regular size is like this, right? Is it actually enough for everybody? Some people think they want to eat more perhaps? It depends on the person. Spicy chili bean paste is perfect. I was surprised that a middle-aged man who is super stylish waved to me. This is premium soy-sauce-and-pork-based ramen, it's 920 yen. It smells like small sardine. It's rice, it's 180 yen. It's melon soda, it's 150 yen. I don't add anything extra because the premium type of ramen has seabura (pork-back fat) already. The umami taste is great. Considering the strong smell of small sardine, I though it would have a more acrid flavor, it's not at all. This soup is really good. It'll definitely go well with rice. I think it's good-quality wakame. It's like I'm from the oceans. If you like small sardine, you're going to get into this ramen. This is right. In the description of the dish, it says, 'a slight smell of small sardine'. It smells small sardine, which is absolutely good. Chili bean paste and roast pork are on top of the rice. I'm still hungry today... The final ramen is an extra large size of premium salt-based ramen, it's 1,190 yen. And it's an egg on top of rice, it's 310 yen. This is it! I've really wanted to taste this... I'm happy. The mild salt flavor and pork-based flavor are so good. It's not normal an egg put on rice. It's the one that has a deeper taste.
