The Reign of the Slim-Thick Influencer is OVER: Kim Kardashian's Butt Reduction

procedures if that sounds good to you then please subscribe today we're going to talk about the slim thick Trend in plastic surgery and why I think it may be on its way out so today we're going to talk about Kim Kardashian's rumored butt reduction and why it may mean the end to a plastic surgery Trend that's really exploded in the last few years now remember whenever we talk about Trends in plastic surgery we're never talking about people who have that particular feature or body type naturally bodies themselves are not a trend and your body is perfectly fine and beautiful the way it is naturally regardless of whatever body type is trending at the moment plastic surgery though does have trends for example think of the large chest implants of the 90s and the early 2000s this is a trend that Pamela Anderson and Anna Nicole Smith were at the Forefront of from their examples the plastic surgery trend of having large implants started along with these large implants we saw a very thin body a body that usually doesn't support such a large chest it was so easy to spot this plastic surgery Trend all one had to do was watch Baywatch to see the example repeated over and over and distinction better was fellow YouTuber khadisha Beau Khadijah made a video about the slim thick Trend now within her video she makes the distinction between two different different types of slim thick Khadijah talks about original slim thick original slim thick is a beautiful woman who has visible belly fat with no thigh gap at all and this is a body type that has been celebrated in black and brown communities whether the body type was popular and trending at the time or not versus the influencers slim thick body type which Khadijah says comes with some tweaks and some new adjustments that aren't typically found in nature I seriously love the way she defined it and she identifies two groups of women to thank for this distinction the video vixens of the 1990s and early 2000s which I discussed earlier and the Kardashians now it's this influencer slim thick body type that I'm talking about when I say it may be on its way out now when we talk about slim thick through plastic surgery this is what it consists of a waste that is extremely defined find and carved in very visible abdominal muscles almost too visible and this is accomplished through 360 lipo or another type called AB etching AB etching is where they use a small cannula and they get really in between the abdominal muscles they suck out minute fat particles to really Define those abdominal muscles so that you can see the lines and the definition this procedure is actually done more often than you think the type of definition you can get from abaching really Rivals extreme dieting and extreme working out some people will never see this kind of definition just going at it without any type of plastic surgery because their genetics just doesn't allow for it second feature of slim thick a butt that is very round very prominent and very high with a disproportionate amount of fat when you compare it to the rest of the person's body this is accomplished through having a Brazilian butt lift or as they call it a BBL for short the BBL uses liposuction of fat from your stomach lower back and even your arms and it places it into your butt to make it look rounder and bigger and higher and gives you that look that's not typically found in nature usually about 70 to 80 percent of the fat stays so when you see somebody who has freshly had a BBL a lot of times their butt is a lot bigger than it was intended to be because the surgeon puts in more fat to compensate for the fat that will eventually be lost third feature of the influencer slim thick look is the hips the hips are altered to look wider than they naturally are augmented hips will begin at the belly button or a tiny bit below the belly button but you'll notice that the hips appear quite High when they're augmented whereas with natural hips we see them begin below or well below the belly button there also tends to be a steeper slope to Natural hips now usually the hips are widened through either using the person's own fat or using Sculptra Sculptra is the only FDA approved body filler last but not least the great differentiator between someone who is naturally slim thick and someone who got some help in that department through plastic surgery is generally the thighs if all else fails and everything else looks natural look to the thighs to understand if everything really is natural the thighs on someone who is surgically enhanced tend to be much Slimmer when you compare the thighs to the person's enhanced butt now another way to differentiate between natural slim thick and enhanced or plastic surgery slim thick is more nuanced in that a body that has that much fat in the butt wouldn't be able to obtain that much AB definition we all understand that AB definition in and of itself means that you have a very low body fat percentage now how would you have a low body fat percentage but have so much body fat just in your butt so it's a more nuanced approach to understanding if somebody is naturally slim thick or plastic surgery slim thick now there are women who have this body type naturally but you won't see the severity and the contrast between areas that are Slim in areas that are thick here are some examples of beautiful women who are what I believe naturally slim thick right here in this video we will be mostly focusing on Kim Kardashian's influence and how she started the slim thick Trend and why her recent rumored butt reduction May mean that this trend is on its way out whether you like it or not Kim Kardashian has really started and continued this Trends influence if you're looking to me to explain how this happened I'm sorry but I don't know when Kim first got on the scene we definitely saw her with a body that was more proportionate than it became her butt was pretty proportionate to the rest of her body she already naturally had that hourglass figure as Kim's popularity grew so did her butt at one point Kim's butt became so large that interviewers were literally asking her questions about it I mean first of all that's super disrespectful but imagine that you're being interviewed and the interviewer is asking you about one of your body parts it's like her butt had its own Fame to it and I'm sure you guys all remember or maybe some of you don't at one point Kim even went to the doctor to get her butt x-rayed to prove that there were no button plants in it no implants maybe now if everyone will see that my bed is real now this was before the time that people really understood that you don't need to have button plans to make a butt look bigger this probably was during the time when she was just getting either a filler or some type of fat to her butt in recent months Kim's butt has been looking more balanced with the rest of her body we're no longer seeing a prominent butt or clothing that accentuates her butt like she wore in the past it was this photo in particular that got a lot of people talking commenters were saying where'd her butt go what happened to her butt a couple plastic surgeons even commented that her butt shape looks different now from my point of view it looks like she now has a more natural slope to her butt that she had in her younger years it looks like she removed the top portion of her butt it sounds really weird but it looks like she removed that portion to create more of a downward slope whereas before we saw a bubble like quality to her butt where it jutted out prominently now what did Kim do to make her butt smaller if one gets a BBL is there a way to reverse it well actually there is you can get liposuction to the area and fat graft removal sometimes surgeons are able to just remove the fat grafts that were placed in your bud but if that leaves an irregular looking butt then more needs to be done so Kim may have had some liposuction some fat graft removal and maybe even a bit of Sculptra filler to fill out the irregularities left when the fat grafts were removed when we see her from straight on we also notice that her hips are no longer as wide as they used to be instead her hips look more balanced and less severe now Kim also influenced family members Kylie and Chloe let's talk about Chloe first just like Kim Chloe has always looked more balanced and she's a very tall girl her proportions have always looked balanced as well but in the last few years we see a larger butt on Chloe and Chloe's butt seemed to get larger year after year in the last couple years we definitely see Kim's influence on Chloe's plastic surgery choices now I have done a video on Chloe and on her body as well so I do think that Chloe has also had a BBL and I think that Chloe's BBL was heavily influenced by Kim I think that Kim seems to influence her whole family with her aesthetic choices and we definitely see that on Chloe but again just like Kim in recent months we're seeing a smaller butt on Chloe gone is the butt of the past look at Chloe on this Runway look how streamlined her body looks with her chest legs and butt and hips all very proportional it's not until she turns to the side that we see a bit of a larger butt on Chloe but it's definitely a smaller butt than the butt of the past please take a shot every time I say butt now do I think that Chloe actually liposuction her butt she may have or she may have just stopped filling it like I said some fat is lost from the butt after fat transfers so if Chloe stopped topping off fat to her butt she could achieve a smaller butt look also though she may have increased her exercise and lastly she may have gotten a bit of liposuction to her butt the last person I'm going to talk about is Kylie while Kylie may be a trendsetter within her own age group I believe that Kylie takes a lot of her aesthetic influence from Kim here's a few examples where they look so similar we see such a similar body to Kim's and they even did a few photos together to accentuate how similar their bodies were but all good things must come to an end and with Kylie's announcement of her second pregnancy I think this further proves that we may see a pause or an end to the plastic surgery trend of the slim thick look with being pregnant Kylie will no longer be able to wear the figure hugging clothes to accentuate the large butt the small waist and the widened hips this pregnancy will definitely put all those sexy looks on pause although I'm sure Kylie will find a way to still be sexy but what I'm trying to say is I don't think she'll be able to show off a slim thick physique while being pregnant with Kim visibly downsizing her figure and Chloe following suit and with Kylie being pregnant and out of commission to really show off that slim thick look I think we're gonna see a diminishing of the slim thick plastic surgery trend I'm not saying that no one will get a BBL or the BBL look won't be popular anymore we will likely still see a skinny BBL look like we see on Courtney Lynn and these are exactly what they sound like a BBL that involves less augmentation to the hips and butt with a flat tummy and cinched in Waist another example of a skinny BBL is here on Kendall Jenner from this photo you can tell that her waist is more cinched in and her hips are wider than before I think the initial popularity of the BBL that we saw in the last five years will die down but we will still see people getting bbls that are more subtle and proportionate to their bodies most bbls being done right now don't look like Instagram influencers bbls in fact they look quite natural and you probably would never know that the person had one so I don't think bbls will completely go away we'll just get away from the extreme looking bbl's Allah Kim Kardashian and other influencers does this mean that we're going to swing back the other way will we go back to the dramatically thin heroin Chic look of the 90s I don't think so because I think as a society there is more of an awareness of how dangerous it was to propagate those types of images we have more of an awareness of eating disorders and what they look like and what types of images can negatively affect our young people as far as plastic surgery trends go I think we're going to go back to a more natural aesthetic meaning people will still get implants but they'll probably look more proportional to their body we may be going back to the size of implants so that you don't have to buy different shirt sizes for people will still get bbls but they're going to look more proportional to the rest of their body if we we do swing towards a super thin aesthetic expect to see a rise in liposuction and defining of the abdominals through AB etching remember your favorite influencers will probably not tell you they've had liposuction as liposuction is the great hidden plastic surgery even people who admit to all their other plastic surgery don't usually admit to liposuction now I want to hear from you guys let me know if you think this trend is
