common problem with most of the tripods they either bulky heavy lack versatility or do not offer the features you actually need you might say what are you talking about a tripod is a tripod well you better buckle up because this tripod is truly a game changer for starters it's super lightweight which is just perfect for traveling it supports big telephoto lenses like this 72200 it also has this compact head which is very essential for film and videos own by the way unlike many bulky hats it also supports veric fulfillment more than that it packs many hidden useful features that will help you on every shoot so let's start one by one now I use this tripod when traveling and also when I'm filming in the studio when folded it's very Compact and fits just perfect into a tripod compartment on most of the backpacks where you're can just carry it in its case as this which has barely any weight to it now to unfold it you just twist the legs like so and set the height of the triod that's pretty neat and let's say you have an uneven ground forget about those annoying tripods where you have to twist forever to lose an and tight in the leg here you can adjust the length quick and easy on the go this tripod has a few more secret features I will get into very soon but first let's talk about tripod head usually what you get is either bll head tripod for photography or big and bulky fluid head for filming videos well this triod hat combines The Best of Both Worlds it can deliver smooth tilts and pant whenever you're filming videos for Tilton just twist the handle to loen it a bit and if you want to lock it in place and just tighten it back again and this lock corresponds to Horizon lock and when it's loose you can have these nice horizontal pens or combine both tilts and pens in one shot plus it also has a ballhead mount that allows you to adjust the horizon or even film vertically thanks to this additional lock so you see this knob fixes the plate with your camera in place but it also has an additional locking mechanism right here this red one so what it does it gives an additional rotational access to your camera to film vertically let me show you how to mount your camera for that there are two ways first you losen the Tilt axis mount with the handle and put your camera facing LS to the ground and then you adjust this red lock and rotate your camera in place and it's very important to not losen the plate lock in Mount keep that in mind but rather just twist the red knob or the second way is to bring the camera to the same orientation but by adjusting the ballhead mount and then rotating the camera trust me you just need to practice it a few times and then it becomes like a second nature and you can film or take photos horizontally or vertically another secret this tripod head has is in its camera plate let's say you want to mount your phone here but you forgot your phone clamp or grip at home so there is an emergency foam Mount that is built right into the plate it saved me so many times already so if you look at the back side of the plate right here you will see that the phone clamp is built right into it it fits even a bulky iPhone 15 Pro Max with a case on and what's really cool it has this tiny arms here that allow you to mount this plate right into the tripod without any additional mounts one thing that's important is that when you mount the phone to the tripod make sure it's installed correctly and the lock is tighten since for it to be compact it does not have a full length of a plate but still it works just perfect for those times where you forgot the phone clamp or versatile grip at home the traod legs are as well as the head have this quarter inch threads for attaching additional accessories personally I use it with magic arms to film simultaneously on a bigger camera in the phone there are two such mounts on the tripod legs and one on the head now if you lose your your tripod all the time there is this compartment for the Air Tech so no more searching you can locate your tripod effortlessly within seconds or if you lose it you'll have more chances to get it back now in case if you want to have your tripod stand taller there is this Center column that can be adjusted and elevate your camera even higher but once again there is more now let's say you want to get top down shot or fill something really close to the ground well in that case you can simply just remove this Red Hook at the bottom and invert the whole column upside down down and then you just lock it in place in this case you get all the advantages the tripod head has to offer but in a different completely different point of view as I said in the beginning of this video it's a really lightweight tripod but you can make it even lighter just remove the center column completely and take it apart with the multitool that's at the end of the Red Hook and trust me the versatility to weight ratio it does not get lighter than this or does it well here comes yet again another feature let's say you want to explore the city while traveling and need something to eliminate the shake when filming videos in this case one of the tripod legs will come to the rescue just look for the monopod logo with the locks on on one of the legs and take it out you know just like so and it really feels as light as the air and you can mount a tripod head here directly or if you want an additional length you can even attach the center column to it also if you need to fasten your camera to the plate there is this Allen range here right on the monopod built-in so it's also attaches magnetically and you will never lose it and by the way if you do not want to put your camera back on the ground you can just use this hook on the center column so as you see guys it's a really small in Compact and most importantly very lightweight tripod that you can take with you on every shoot whether it be outdoors traveling or in a studio
