THE PRIMITIVE SLING! Is It Easy?

hey guys another day another adventure this time and with my friends a nearby forest so let's see what we are going to do hello my friends today we are going to try this biblical weapon did my friend from Switzerland yeah no salt made for me the sling we are going to start with total basics because I never practiced that before and we will see how it will go so let's get started first I start collect stones from the river and since I had no idea which one to use I was picking totally random to see how it really works my first distance that I'm going to try will be 23 feet seven meters and I will be aiming on that sand hillside in front of me it took me about 30 minutes to figure it out how should I release the stone and now let's see how you can hold it first you will put your index finger into the loop then you will hold the knot and right after you will put rock in the middle of the sling and it's ready to go [Music] we also had some visitors so we took little knife-throwing break and now we want to actually hit the target but we had no idea how difficult it will be you stones was flying everywhere accepting to my target but at least I figure it out that the heavier ball shaped stones were definitely better for me [Music] and within each attempt I was getting closer and closer also my friends was giving me great support so I had to do it [Music] whoo guys so finally after hour of trying I hate this back with the bottle look at that he chewed out the back is bound and here we have the stone it's extremely difficult you have to dedicate so much practice into this but it's lot of fun even Adam wanted to try this as well and with his overhand technique he was actually pretty good at it he was able hit the target in just a few tries so let's make one friendly challenge we wanted to find out who will hit the first the target from 40 feet 12 meters and we took turns after five attempts [Music] [Music] Adam nearly finished this challenge in the first series and I was getting close as well but it was the Adam who made it first it counts ha ha ha I tried his technique and it didn't work and since I did not finish this challenge give me few attempts [Music] maybe more than just a few temps it was very frustrating missing targets by inch so many times but then yes I finally made it it was really great feeling to hit target from this distance and here are a few fails that could end up pretty badly so if you are going to try a sling I definitely recommend watch some videos on YouTube how to properly do it it's like these guys from Peru [Music] [Music] [Applause] or check my friend timppa linka fling he has a lot of interesting stuff on his channel link will be in the description below if you want to see more videos with link let me know in the comments and also if you want to ring who won't write you special short video tomorrow and it's it for today guys it was so much fun but it's really dangerous so be careful if you are going to try to yourself and that's it so thank you one for watching share like comment subscribe and see you next time [Music] [Music]
