[Music] welcome back to Sevilla everything guys you saw the thumbnail I know let me explain I am a huge fan of Vietnamese food we like to go at least twice a month and every time we go I always ask for the peanut sauce it is a nice wonderful sauce that you can mix it with everything it's sweet a little savory and just incredible and that's how I got this idea to make the peanut butter steak I mean I love it in Vietnamese restaurants so you must taste good in a steak as well so we're gonna find out together so let's da I started off with three beautiful rib eyes as you can see there are prime grade i seasoned them where was salt freshly ground black pepper and garlic powder I'm gonna be using two steaks as our control steaks if you are wondering what kind of peanut butter I used it is this nice smooth one and one of my favorite things to eat to spread it on the steak he was pretty straightforward check it out I did not want to drown the stake on peanut butter so I made a nice even thin coat once that was done all there's left to do is put him on the bag and get them ready for Suvi in order to make a real Vietnamese experience I am cooking a few things extra remember exact amount and ingredients always in the description down below I started by boiling a little bit of vermilion noodles to boil them all you need to do is follow the directions on the packaging once they were done cooking it is important to cool them down as fast as possible the last thing you want to do is overcook the noodles if you do they just become mush from previous experience you can learn from me the best way to store and serve noodles is by making little nests this is much easier to serve and it just keeps it from sticking to each other it is the best way to store it once that was done close everything with clinch paper and you can leave it overnight in the refrigerator I'm gonna show you my secret sauce and the main ingredient is Coco Rico and it's so easy to make start off with a can of cocoa Rico which is basically coconut carbonated water throw in a little bit of fish sauce add some white vinegar granulated sugar freshly minced garlic and if you like it spicy just add a little bit of chilli sauce remember exact amount in ingredients always in the description down below now there's left to do is mix it well and your fish sauce is done the next one is my favorite sauce from all times it is that peanut sauce I'll show you in the beginning of the video and it's so easy to make we started off with a little bit of olive oil in the pan followed by some freshly minced garlic cook it in low heat until become slightly golden then throw in some hoisin sauce it is important to keep it in low heat hoisin sauce has a lot of sugar and you don't want it to burn you basically want to incorporate the garlic flavor into the sauce throwing some crunchy peanut butter mix it well and incorporate everything together to finish it off add granulated sugar and if your sauce is too thick just throw a little bit of milk mix it well until you have the consistency you like and your peanut sauce is done now that we have everything ready for our vietnamese experience i'm cooking these beautiful steaks at a 131 degrees fahrenheit for two and a half hours [Music] we got our wonderful steaks ready we got our Vietnamese feast ready we are hungry man let's take it out let's do it it smells like heaven for me well ma say he doesn't like peanut butter too much aw ma Oh me oh it's not incredible everybody oh this is gonna be a good experiment I'm gonna pet it dry like always I will be removing it because if not I won't get a sear on the actual state I'm just kidding you thought so anyway guys I know they don't look that good right now I like this one I'm already them now we have some kind of a poo fail here is style today because I love Vietnamese restaurant when I go to Vietnamese restaurant need to what do I like banana sauce I can I need to drink that I tenderness and more juice it's so funny that you said that everybody about the tenderness because when me and Mama were preparing it I said these steaks feel a lot different than the other one right my mom she feels so much different than that I'm not used to it's very Morton is it good awesome okay I can't wait Oh Asian guys you know how to cook steak broke oh wow in the back of your palate there's something happening that you can't tell what it is oh that is there is some a few things going on in there one mixed up mama what do you think go far go home oh I'm gonna be honest I'm very biased about this one I know you were biased but at the same time try it but why are you gonna get this everyone don't touch them all steam bro I'm on my second one oh ma because a lot of your mind what you didn't like it no oh no problem at all oh oh oh get it mama it is obviously you didn't like it mmm oh my god ma ma I could mean just by it's my mouth my mom what happened it's Sunday turn you up he knows what it is now I don't care what it is no no don't tell me right now that is fraud meat I love I don't calories mom you didn't like it the flavor of the beef was not as strong as the first one what and I didn't get like the first one I got an extra punch of salt and pepper right that that thing was amazing this one instead of getting that I got the flavor of the peanut you got some peanut on my mom I don't like peanut alright guys I think my mind's a little biased because he saw what it is I loved it means you'd love them is Laura all right this is regular su v--'s steak now we always good good good this one I cooked it in the su V with peanut butter put peanut bottom that they broke okay the body is awesome bro I feel very little peanut butter mama you sing there a lot very very little but it's there it's there you can taste the peanut a little bit but it's very mild almost nothing can you know no he couldn't taste it because he didn't know what is it's like almost nothing because I wiped that off however he did something to the meat that it kind of tenderized it a little bit because it feels a lot more tender than this one at the same time when I took it out the baguette I was wiping it it was very very soft it was a weird soft like my COO like a weird song because I don't know how to explain it to you I've been about a worgen anyway guys I recommend you giving it a try it does something different to the mythos minja recommends it mama says no way don't try it at home it does something different to the meat but it's not my thing it's peanut butter you gonna leave you are a ninja you're gonna love this thing bro talking guys I also made a nice Vietnamese treat for us because we log it all the time I'm gonna make a wonderful bow for ninja here I my friend you got your little Vietnamese salad bowl there and I got mine mix it well and a little I love Vietnamese food man this thing is awesome terminan yeah what do you think like a broom the only thing I never ate in him the enemies restaurants take like these don't have to be steak oh those flavors combined together mighty enemies friends you guys know how to do it let me tell you that's something you've been amiss people might want to add into their to a mention not a mistake is it soft no peanut butter then a burger is different from peanut sauce yo you're almost done bro your focus I'm an interim yeah almost done almost all right yeah I mean you I think you want some work guys this is something I can eat every single day I recommend it if you have never had Vietnamese food give
