The New Houston Texans Uniforms Are...

after the sheer disappointment that was the Broncos uniform release on Monday you you you you're cool and you I'm out the Texans decided to bless the world with their own uniform revamp and these uniforms they deserve a chef's kiss because they cook something up over there in Houston there's a lot to dive into here so let's start with the leaks in my last video I noted how CTN leaked the potential Texans uniforms and it looks like they were right but it looks a lot better than I expected in real media shots than the mockups did we did also see the sneak peek of the white jerseys a while back but there's so much more to this release so before we get to that let's stay on these away uniforms the whiteon blue combo is one of the more tame designs that the team dropped but they added some really nice touches to it the helmet about stayed the same it seems like but the number font got changed to a sharper edged style resembling a horn and the shoulder Stripes from the side look like any standard design but when you turn and look at the chest the stripes turn into horns the pant stripe has a thick red line with a thin white line on there as well and this is a clean set of uniform with some nice touches Incorporated from the logo which I really like now let's move to the home set where the away jerseys are pretty simple these are actually a lot simpler ditching the shoulder stripe they plant the Texans logo in its place and they have numbers on top of the shoulders without any outline color and then they have a red and white stripe around the collar they swap colors of course with a navy Jersey in white numbers and a blue and red pant strip very simplistic but not bad at all but then we have the alternates this is where the fun begins let's start with the battle red uniforms last season I liked the red helmets they had not too sure how I'm feeling about the combos they rolled out with them but this new one I'm loving it when I said that they reminded me of the Lamar Jackson era Louisville helmets last year it's it's even closer to that a red Chrome face mask on the red Chrome shells with a design that I honestly didn't expect them to go with which is the horn coming out of the face mask these are definitely my favorite helmets out of the bunch and they paired it with the same horn shoulder stripe seen on the away threads this time with a red jersey along with the red pants these are pretty awesome I'm really excited to see these on TV V in real time but they didn't just stop at 3 because there is one more uniform and those are the htown made alternates this combo is the furthest from the previously established identity that came with the other three uniforms but with a nod to Houston history The Return of baby blue to Houston there's a lot more Navy in the uniform because that's the primary color on the jerseys but the baby blue or technically Colombia blue outlines the shoulder logo and numbers and is the main color on their new H logo on the helmet to put it short these go hard the introduction of a new logo can be pretty risky but I think they did a pretty good job with this and I mean when the owner was posted up with not only the htown hat but a chain on his dog you cannot convince me that these don't go hard and to all the fans that were salty about the Titans and how they got the oiler Throwbacks do you at least feel a little bit better now I'm honestly not sure if I like these or the battle Reds better but it doesn't matter because all of these uniforms are good the Texans nailed these uniforms let me know what you guys think of these new uniforms down in the comments but I think that might wrap up the new uniform releases ahead of the 202 for season unless there's like more teams that are dropping that I don't know about but for now that's all I have so until the next video see y
