Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
Donβt see too many people talking about this, but the 370z NISMO actually started around the $40k range too. Adjusting for inflation, $50k isnβt a big jump in price although I agree it is on the expensive end.
I think these cars will still be pretty hot in the used market a few years down the line but there is a lot of competition for sports cars in the $40-50k range.
Are Dougβs arms controlled by a marionette?
I hope I am wrong but I have a bad feeling the 40k version exists only to say there is a 40k starting price. However I gather they don't expect people to buy that one and it will be hard to find.
I just realized, will there be a convertible version of the new z
I'm still absolutely in love with the looks of this car but 50k is a lot to ask for something that's this outdated. 50k will get you an M2, a C7 corvette, fully loaded mustang/camaro, cayman, the new supra.
I'm not sure how it compares to any of those cars, I may still pick one up but it's not an instant sale like I was hoping.
$50k and the interior still looks kinda cheap, backup camera is dated, plus no a/c vented seats? C'mon! At least there is a second console cup holder so my wife will be happy about that I reckon lol
I'm on my second Z car (previous was 2007 350z & current is 2013 370z) and was really looking forward to upgrading to the new Z. But, I just don't know.
I do like the manual transmission and twin turbo though. I think Doug is right that this basically means the end of the base Supra.
$50k car with $10k dealership markup. $65k+ OTD.
This thing is DOA.
Nice car, but still feel they priced it a little too high.
So there's no way to turn off the nannies on the 6MT version? TCS and stability control are always on with no way to turn them off?
That's what Doug implies, and that's news to me. Can anyone confirm?
