hello everyone my name is lily and today we're gonna be playing stray look at that this is gorgeous i love this already so oh wait i'm so excited okay i guess this is us let's take a look at ourselves really quick oh okay so we are an orange cat so that means we got real big orange cat energy which is chaos and uh i don't know what other things do orange cats do typically be a little wild at heart super cute oh no this game is going to be so fun and so hard to play everything is adorable what do i do super cute oh so i'm assuming that this is probably our family right because we're pretty funny with all these other kitties that's very sweet everybody gonna sleep okay wow look at this place so like i suppose that we live here we're just i mean the game's name stray so we're stray cats just chilling here not ideal definitely a post-apocalyptic at least nature has reclaimed right so i don't think that there are a lot of humans coming here maybe not a lot of humans alive and i guess we'll go sleep too because i mean is there anything over here it's pretty dark access control system so this is some sort of energy well i don't want to say an energy plant but definitely some sort of plant that's been abandoned for a very very long time i guess we'll sleep if we can sleep through the rain maybe tomorrow will be better [Music] [Music] adorable got a lot of orange in this family are we leaving i guess [Music] inside the wall okay oh well [Music] do [Music] this is absolutely oh there you are i was going to say where's the last member of our family they were right here all along um this is not what i was expecting from this game but then again i don't know what i was expecting to begin with i don't have the best graphics card i don't have the best computer but i can still appreciate all of this like look at this oh my gosh wow are we going here then can we go another way though if we wanted to press oh my god oh my god i don't actually have cats but i'm always looking at pictures of cats because cats are freaking adorable and i think that this is just what i needed honestly like i spent the last couple of months just kind of chilling and hanging out because like i don't know it's been it's been it's been a lot the past couple of months but this i think is just what i needed and oh cue oh oh this is definitely like cat simulator oh we can leave our claw marks there okay is it fading it's a little yeah it's fading okay so it's not permanent which is fine doesn't matter to me before we go up there i want to take a look oh excuse me you can actually jump on the railing wow [Music] wow i don't know what kind of food they would be able to get here though right like i'm assuming that now everybody left me i'm assuming that now we're look oh are you coming back to get me that we are looking either for a new place to spend the night or we're gonna be looking for food see i keep running into everybody oh that's nice i actually i really like this a lot so far [Music] okay so it doesn't look like we have a hunger meter or a water meter or anything like that so i don't think we'll be really strapped to like for looking for resources and stuff like that so that's nice in a way we don't have to worry about like the basics of living i love you oh [Music] so this is so adorable oh okay so there are definitely other animals alive because i saw some birds can we do anything up here no and as always all of my walkthrough not walkthroughs all my playthroughs have been like we're not completionists here we're here for for the good times and for the experience we're not here to like really challenge ourselves with like very hard mode very difficult mode but or completionists i guess we gotta go there but uh so i don't know like how much i'll be able to complete with this game you're definitely gonna finish it but like if you're looking for a comprehensive walkthrough this is not gonna be the place to find it just listening to everything is like really calming i guess we could go down there too but i suppose we'll follow [Music] we'll follow our family for now because oh well the black connection went down there can we do that too then i kind of want to do that i didn't want to be like a renegade and stray too far from the family but if the black one is going [Music] i'd be okay with that [Music] oh hello thanks for coming to get me sorry i'm lagging a little bit behind i'm new hold space to jump chain jump okay oh hold space i was tapping it okay so i mean i don't think that there's much to learn right a lot to experience that's for sure oh this guy well we are we are out in the open right like this is uninhabited i'm uninhabited man it's been a while guys can we drink here too no so we can only drink in certain spaces hello did you find something no okay i thought maybe that they had found some food but i guess not so i suppose that this is just a wandering family right like we go from place to place looking for looking for goods and stuff maybe looking for a new place to sleep whole to observe oh that looks shady are you just gonna stand there away from me what is that what i could have sworn that i saw another cat up there maybe not that was weird oh there what is that oh they're just some roots i thought the oh okay so it's just a graphical error but it's definitely not a cat okay i guess we'll go oh my lord if we stay in the middle will we be safe yeah but we we gotta keep moving for sure oh this doesn't look good that does not look good at all oh my gosh oh no no why my family oh no oh that's awful [Music] oh my god we're at least we're alive oh our paw though oh is that us no that's our family calling can we call back to them we can't we can't run or anything oh my god can we see them no oh my gosh hold on why did it get dark did i do something wrong oh i just wasn't progressing i guess and the game is like come on you gotta keep going okay oh what what the hell are those okay we're still here our meows are so soft that like no one's gonna be able to hear that are we supposed to go this way or okay we're supposed to go that way but i want to check out this really quick okay there's nothing here okay that's fine i just wanted to satisfy me curiosity but it looks like our paw is better now so that's good at least we can run again oh can we interact with stuff oh this is gonna be fun okay nothing here right no i don't see anything [Applause] right here oh no oh my oh wow okay are we in a tunnel the way these lights up at the top are kind of like arched makes me feel like we're in a um like a tunnel or a dome even we're definitely not in a good neighborhood though dead city oh are those aliens could i be aliens hello [Music] no i guess they're shy i suppose [Music] oh hello [Music] that is a bit unsettling that the camera can follow us like that someone's definitely watching us should probably be careful okay oh i'm like oh i'm gosh oh is that a body i'm a little spooked oh it's a robot okay okay uh i oh yeah it's really unsettling that the camera's following us oh we could can we knock over these pots are we gonna be a chaotic cat well we got orange cat energy right so orange cats tend to be from what i understand pretty chaotic oh help [Music] okay are we illiterate cat then or are we just a cat just uh running into circumstances that allow us to help somebody what's a fantastic oh there are those bodies over there or is that just trash i think it's just trash because if robots will live here i don't find any bodies i mean this is dead city so technically it's dead follow me i guess we're going to play a literate cat because i'm pretty sure that in a a real situation the cat is not going to understand what is this a bucket oh my god yeah i don't really see a stray cat doing this kind of stuff just for shits and giggles uh i guess we're going up here here uh we can't climb that obviously so i guess hmm do we go this way yeah okay oh it let's drop this oh we just kind of broke it's okay it's a dead city no one's gonna mind cute oh i mean okay there is there is uh a ground underneath there it doesn't go on forever yeah no look at this i kind of feel like we're in a oh is that the center of the dome maybe then because i don't really think that stars work like that even in this universe but i don't know the rules yet so i could be wrong oh let's be honest though i feel like this would be real big orange cat energy just dropping everything good to know that there's at least ground underneath that right and we wouldn't just fall to our abyss into the abyss in general i guess okay this is the jump puzzle where are we gonna go we obviously can't use oh that was easy enough hear that oh follow me can we go in there this is glass i guess we go up you got to be careful for those uh anti-bird thingies why is this a fix okay so something oh we break it gotcha it was a tutorial on how to get us to break stuff cool cool cool we got this can we actually jump down here yeah okay be careful of your paws please don't get cut i'm coming i'm coming cue huh we're gonna destroy vandalize everything i am a little sad that the uh scratch marks don't stay but they fade away after a little bit but it's okay how do i oh yeah it's one of those okay they're obviously hated or disliked at the very least i'm pretty sure that this is not a real language i mean i don't want to say that with confidence because it it kind of looks like korean but i don't know korean so like i i can't really say anything at all i'm just making [ __ ] up i think we deserved this after all we've been through and i guess let's keep going a bucket i guess we can go down in it but i just wanna look at this really quick yeah see like i don't the stuff with the dots in it like the letters with the dots in it make me think that it's a made-up language because i don't think any language has that but i could be very wrong that's cute that's a lot of coincidences oh oh a lot of coincidences that we're running into to allow our journey to go smoothly though excuse me excuse me no we have to get this there we go they didn't break though so that's really unsatisfying it's there's a robot there hey get out of the way they kind of i feel like i've seen those kind of aliens oh my gosh [Music] hello oh so i want to say that this is a future or a different universe where cats never knew humans or even well i suppose that this particular cat has just been wild for so long that it doesn't know to be fearful of humans and certain things because that's how that's a learned behavior right like birds know to fly away from humans because of experience and then they've taught their their young ones to fear humans because like you know you can't trust humans there's a lot of red that's that's spooky oh god oh there's so many of them yeah okay so at least we have a smart cat oh i guess we're running hold shift to run oh no oh my gosh oh my [Applause] because if our cat was not the smartest in the pond that i think that it would have stayed like i clearly knew that there was danger oh no please oh my gosh no touches oh no left alt did we have to pound it oh we died no do we have to hold it or pound it hmm we were doing pretty good but then they got us okay i guess we'll try again don't even look at me you guys are not cool y'all are gross kinda oh okay we just have to press it okay okay i got it i got it for everyone that's honest we just have to press alt and uh we're good no i must protect myself i gotta get back to my family no okay okay so as long as we're in the blue we're good oh my god there's so many of them run and of course the closer we get to red the worse like the more damage they're taking so that makes sense oh my gosh oh my gosh oh no no we're gonna die again where are we supposed to go are we all we're supposed to jump up okay i got it oh phew made it okay so we had to go through the window my goodness gracious they're like little blood sucking things oh [Music] is our meow not compatible with the electricity that's weird okay no we're we're fine i guess we gotta go here there's a like i keep it's so i wish that i could speak it's so immersive and i guess we gotta go down but we keep going up over there maybe it's just such an immersive environment that like i keep getting distracted and then i forget that i i should be at least talking to you guys a little bit i think rokai how is uh something building up there maybe no we just came from there up nope that's real far away i don't think that we're gonna make oh there it is i just there it is okay and like the the music is gorgeous everything about this is so gorgeous that i keep getting lost in it and i think that's okay i guess we gotta go up i see this board here can we push this can i there we go i don't see anything up there now except for cranes i wonder how high this place goes oh my gosh please yes okay interesting it's a little spooky but oh my do be careful around electronics so all this water is not good quite convenient that all these signs are posted where we need to go uh can we move this no i thought maybe we could roll it and that would be pretty fun um oh [Music] even the light or the camera agrees yes cool okay so there are little hidden places around here that we can meow and things would activate i feel like i guess not i really feel like we can move this there's got to be some place that we could jump to from here someplace that i'm missing i don't think that we can jump onto that i feel like we can jump onto this but do we have to oh that's how we move it i got you i got you was a part of me that wanted it to be like in the circus where the cat is standing on top of the barrel and moving it but that's that's not gonna work um maybe yeah okay careful now we good we got yeah we're fine oh wow okay so all the way from there ee do we gotta go down don't think we gotta go up [Music] nice [Music] okay i think it's it's a little cute that oh no oh we're okay we're okay we're okay i can hear you where are you somewhere over here okay i think it's cute that the camera is like agreeing with us so whoever is sending us those messages like please help we just came from here though um they're like encouraging us i suppose we have to help them right that's a dead end that's a dead end where are we supposed to go from here maybe no not this way definitely down i feel like i'm missing something but it's okay we'll go back does this thing dip down a little bit maybe maybe there oh i'm silly it was the sign uh hear them can we make that across it's a bit far uh oh okay how do we i guess we have to go up because there's no way that we're gonna be able to move it from down here come on there we go i know that the uh the thing at the beginning of the game is like this is better to be played with a gamepad but i don't really want to play with a gamepad right now i mean i feel like if i can do it but i just fine with the keyboard i'd rather do that and then maybe if i'm struggling with a keyboard then i don't mind playing with the uh the game pad can we knock these yes end up here [Music] though even these lights are definitely leading us well done developers showing us a very clear path on where to go [Music] so the meow is probably also a way to help us confirm where we gotta go i heard you camera where are you i don't know oh my gosh and it's like so eerily quiet that like i mean it makes sense right they're really pushing that message that this is dead absolutely dead completely abandoned no form of life except for those little things you know they kind of remind me of the the flood from halo it's been a long ass time but they kind of look like that like the little little blobbies i don't know what they're called other than the flood but that's what they remind me of i can't really think of anything else yeah anything here i know that we just kind of destroyed our way back but i don't think we're ever going back okay so we need to stop the fan oh did we just steal something it's a it's like a battery almost that's cool uh i suppose we can yeah we could just jump right through it now oh the flat it doesn't look good but i'll be honest if i had existed in a post-apocalyptic world my flat would probably not be very good either a lot of computers a lot of books oh this is this is everything the toilet and the bed and the work area wow that's really sad such small living conditions oh music yeah i should probably keep that turned off so youtube doesn't get mad at me anything here help need help okay wait but there's a whole okay why would you have everything crammed in there where there's all this room over here maybe this is all somebody else's workspace i don't know uh okay oh sorry about that i'm not gonna destroy your rug um what are we supposed to do oh data corrupted need help body required for download body required don't take my body we are very cute and to the door turn on find a body okay that seems super shady but i guess we need to do it oh [Music] okay well oh oh there's a little power core in there oh it was hidden behind here and now that it's out and about we can take the power core i hope i hope my decisions are not going to kill somebody because that'll be really sad if uh somebody needed this electricity and is uh is not gonna be alive because of it anymore oop put that there we are an extremely intelligent kitty extremely so we're living in a post-apocalyptic world where the cats have intelligence of humans but they don't have the appendages there's the last one up there there's two of them can we jump from here yeah we're kitty we have kitty superpowers oh that's cool oh okay hello [Music] well there's a lot of creepy there are no cameras in this room hello oh i didn't think we were gonna step on your head oh sorry about that [Music] there's something something here what is this drone companion uh autonomous and programmable gesture sensing some hours of autonomy can sing and dance fantastic appearance okay oh my god it's so small i i guess this is the body it's so tiny sorry about your head dude is there is there somebody in here that's this is like a human pod i i kind of want there to be a body in there like i don't think that it would be sustainable to keep it for so long so it's probably dead and rotted but that's it's kind of fun to think about i guess it's so cute oh my gosh oh it's broken [Music] no it's okay it's so tiny though yeah that's what a real cat would do for sure [Music] it worked i'm free thank you uh okay i couldn't believe the camera's a cat in the dead city i'm i can't remember my name it seems my memory is corrected i've been trapped in the electronic network for so long i know i worked for scientists who lived here for now you can call me b12 that's what it says on my exterior we can't really call you the cat's adorable we can't really call you anything because you can't really speak but it's okay it's dangerous in the dead city but you seem like you know how to handle yourself well questionable let's get out of here follow me uh dead well i don't know the gender of this cat so we can i don't know what i would like to pretend it to be this backpack was designed for small quadrupeds like you is it uncomfortable for you don't worry you'll get used to it i've digitized the key and stored it in the backpack press tab to open okay memories switch sensors detecting memory data at proximity i guess it's a collection easy if you're ever curious about an object you can show it to me or to others if we come across any now let's get out of this flat wait i want you to translate this from the place it's an engineering degree
