Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
I've only seen one in my life and it was 4 years ago at night in a dealership in Ft. Lauderdale. Only 500 LFAs ever made, and only one in green (#250). Beautiful car.
I think the reason nobody talks about it is because you never see them.
Super low production + crazy high price = only ultra rich people with MULTIPLE supercars bought them, and they are currently stored in a climate controlled warehouse as investments, not cars.
Usually the exotic cars Doug reviews have one or two interesting things or placements in the interior, but the LFA... Holy shit, everything inside is the best it can be, no short cuts were made, no reused parts from the Toyota / lexus part bin, the light up switches for the radio, the the turn signal stalks, the seat movement switches and what looks like most of the interior is mostly carbon, leather, aluminum or a display of some kind. Jeremy Clarkson said it's best car in the WORLD ! and i take his word on it. Thanks for the video Doug !
Still my favorite sounding car from the past ten years.
Is it just me, or are there some audio sync issues with the video? Starting around the time he starts to talk about the hood prop.
Those are not the original keys, the original keys have carbon fiber where the plastic would be... They are very cool and cost a few thousand dollars. /u/Doug-DeMuro
Clarkson straight up said it was one of his favorite cars he had ever driven, the fact that theres still a lack of hype is surprising.
I don't know if you have the current model Renault Clio in the US, but you should definitely check it its tiny window. It's about half the size of my hand, with the edge covered in black. So the actual part where you can see through is about the size of a generous walnut. edit: http://i.imgur.com/iHGcCNB.jpg
Love that red interior
