Please note that this website is currently a work in progress! Lots of interesting data and statistics to come.
The attunement chart to WoD comparison. Sad face :'(
No mention of Zul'Aman, which had an entire patch dedicated to it.
FUCK YOU MALCHEZAAR. FUCK LOWER CITY. FUCK
SHATTERED HALLSShadow labs.I needed a main hand weapon for my spriest. Malchezaar was the only person that dropped anything decent until the later teirs and every other damn caster would end up winning his spell blade instead of me. What did that mean? It meant I had to run shattered halls ...an extremely long & difficult dungeon (for those that didn't know it. Did i mention it required a key?) over and over and over until i was exalted with lower city cause they had a decent hammer.
I was just another bum in lower city it was DEGRADING GOD DAMN IT.
Oh also i thought the whole "couple days to craft" thing was kinda cool. I don't know if all professions had it. But as a tailor you could pick a specialization in a type of cloth you could craft. But the cooldown for making that cloth (fire powered, ice powered, shadow powered) were a couple days long and you had to go to a special area to make it. I made a good amount of gold from that and it made my professions feel a bit cool & pretty useful.
EDIT: Made a mistake..i said Shattered Halls. I meant to say Shadow Labs. Shattered Halls was the instance with Kargath bladefist..it was very difficult on heroic and very fun. Shadow Labs is the one i was referring too regarding the lower city rep.
I still miss TBC to this day.
Man, I've been around since BC, and this video reminded me of all the shit I STILL haven't gotten around to finishing from BC. That's how much content was there.
A dungeon for EVERY level. Multiple tiers of progression based raiding with side raid bosses as well.(That had relevant loot past their tier mind you!)
Unique optional mount quests that would likely be store mounts today.
I was a tier5 baddie back then. Literally months behind serious business guilds..... and that was ok. There was so much to do it was silly.
HNNGGG BC 5 MANS
He seems like forgot the bad times of being a t5 raiding guild. T6 raiding guild will steal members once you get them out and attune them. You either could steal t4 raider or do run in kz to gear them and attune them.
This video made me so sad, to see how such a great game with so much content went to such crap with nothing to do but sit in a city and open a tab and queue for stuff. :(
