what is up ladies and gentlemen welcome back to the channel at the beginning of this video I'm just going to get straight to the point if you a want to lose weight and B are a little lazy then you're in the right place I know a lot of us don't like to admit it but at times we can be extremely lazy right you're trying to lose weight and in doing so you have to follow the right diet but the prepping all the cooking time all that stuff can't really just take a damper on it but hey that's what this video right here is for if you are a little lazy this is a safe place your secret safe with me this is kind of like a preacher confessional I'm not going to let your secrets out you can confess them but I'm also not going to reach around and try to touch it inappropriately so we got that going for us all jokes aside people every meal we're going to be eating on this program is so easy to whip up a third grader could do it it's high in protein around 2,000 calories and quite literally the average person watching this and following this will see results no matter what they just got to do it we're going to be covering supplementation water intake and all my little secrets and we're going to try to make it quick fun and most importantly delicious if that sounds good to you it sounds good to me too if y'all already epic video on the way then as always man I'm here to do it for you let's an idea right this is essentially the diet I follow I like things to be stupid simple take as little of my time as possible but still yield results we got a nice little six-pack here I can D it down further and get leaner but for me this is just how I like to exist this isn't a miserable way to eat I enjoy what I'm doing most importantly is sustainable so now that we got that out of the way we're going to just get straight into the basics if you're following a meal plan or a diet in particular super beneficial to make sure you're getting in at least a gallon of water a day I buy a gallon at the local grocery I fill it up all week I buy a new one for the next week rinse and repeat what makes this taste way better is if you use something like this Branch chain amino acids I buy a big container of this on Amazon couple Scoops fully flavors this gallon makes it taste like Kool-Aid while getting in zero calories not only is this water going to make you feel Fuller less hungry but it's also going to flush toxins out of your system keep you hydrated and overall it's real good for you this is the one thing I absolutely recommend the next stuff I'm going to show you these supplements you don't have to take but I find a lot of benefit let's break those down supplement number one is a simp greens powder I buy this on Amazon pretty cheap Two Scoops a day I don't have to eat any greens at that point it's probably better for you to eat greens but I really personally don't eat a lot of them so 7 two scoops of this a day covers all those nutritional bases it's like the world's best multivitamin I recommend you take this as well next up I'm taking 4,000 IUS of vitamin D3 a day this is the sunshine vitamin the same thing you get from St on outside in the sun a lot of us don't do that very often anymore we're missing a lot of the benefits so if you're not out in the sun a lot spend a lot of time inside I highly recommend taking this helps your mood your sleep your skin lots of benefits here almost no downside and it's super cheap next up we got creatine monohydrate pills hopefully you can see that I'm taking 6 G of this a day you can Google all the benefits creatine is the most researched supplement of all time with almost no negatives Actually I don't even know of a single one all positives it's not like taking steroids but you do get benefit out of it I take this every day cuz it's so cheap you almost can't afford to not take it next up is a pelium husk fiber supplement I do about 12 gam of this a day getting that fiber in a lot of times if you're not eating the veggies a lot of high fiber foods than having this in your system is going to make all the digestion stuff way easier I think everybody can benefit from fiber no downside of taking this only upside and it's stupid cheap so it won't hurt your wallet and the final thing I take every single day is 4500 migs or six capsules of grass-fed beef liver now there's a ton of evidence out there that suggests eating beef liver is one of the healthiest most nutritious foods you can eat but there's no way I'm I'm eating it I'm just not but I can take some capsules and honestly guys since taking this I feel like my sex drives through the roof my sleeve's better energy levels are good and overall at this point I'm almost scared to not take it so highly recommend this stuff once again none of these supplements are required for weight loss right but I think if you can stack the odds in your favor and add these into your routine it's only going to be beneficial for me I wake up first thing in the morning the literal first thing I do is fill a cup up with water put my greens put my fiber in there get all my pills drink all that take all the pills and boom supplements are done for the day easy out of sight out of mind you can move on with the meal even for someone watching this lazy that's pretty easy to do now that we got supplementation out of the way let's get the meal plant started now the first meal in this program is so simple requires very minimal ingredients we can have this ready in just a few minutes and I promise it tastes amazing we can also make this in advance for the entire week and it'll last in your fridge and keep in mind every one of these recipes I'll be showing you or available in my anabolic cookbook I'll be referencing that throughout the video I'll also have all the ingredients up in the corner for anybody following along at home in a small bowl we're just going to weigh out 40 G of old fashioned oatmeal we'll go ahead and add just enough water to where all the oats are submerge and then now we'll just pop Us in the microwave for a couple minutes and after a little trip in the microwave your oatmeal should now be softer than a man drinking soy lattes unironically now we're going to add 31 G of a chocolate whe protein now we're going to add 30 G of Miss Buttersworth sugar-free syrup and finally a gram of cinnamon and then 3 G of Z calorie sweetener now we're just go in give this a good mixing and once we're done done it should be creamy and look just like this as some of you may know I like my oatmeal like I like my women preferably without a peanis now even the laziest person in the world can whip this up right here lean body oatmeal this was a staple in my diet when I did a cut like a year ago year and a half ago I was so busy I'd wake up I'd prep like three of these out put them in tupperware take them with me I could eat them cold eat them in my car wherever does the trick great macros now in this entire thing we got only 272 calories with Just 4 G of fat 29 g of protein 30 G of carbs with 4 G of fiber what I love about this we're keeping calories low getting in 30 gram of protein when we're eating oatmeal it's a complex carbohydrate meaning that we're going to take longer to digest it meaning that we'll feel Fuller for longer and get that sustained energy throughout the course of the day and I'm telling you even if you are an oatmeal fan you got to try this specific blend of ingredients cuz literally each spoon super chocolatey Maple Le is sweet and if I'm being completely honest which quite enjoyable so that's our first stupid easy meal in this program and we still got four more come on now for meal to once again we're going to keep everything stupid simple that's the goal if you imagine we ate our first meal around 2 to 3 hours ago we're starting to get hungry again right this is where a lot of people fall victim on their diet cuz they start snacking on things they stack on the wrong things loaded down with sugar too many carbs not enough protein bada bing bada boom you do that enough times you end up in obesity statistic but instead we can snack on the rice stuff and keep the diet moving along just fine so for this meal one thing I lean on a ton you guys hear me talk about it is good old fashioned at 2% lowfat cottage cheese at this meal I'm going to have this whole container of 448 G and here's the kicker this is slept on as a meal in this entire container we get only 30 78 calories with 10 G of fat a whopping 52 g of protein only 20 G of carbs with zero fiber so if you've never really had cotage cheese before I'm I I personally love it some people tell me they're disgusted by it I think if you try it it'll change your mind if you haven't had it in a minute literally on average I'm eating one to two of these a day I've personally developed quite the fondness for it quick easy even if you're lazy you can do this but I understand if you don't like cotage cheese the other option I will give you is to instead eat 600 G of a fat-free Greek yogurt this is my favorite brand here I think it tastes the best has a ton of flavors you're still beginning in a ton of protein and you didn't have to prep nothing out all you had to do was keep this cool whether it's in a fridge or a meal prep bag and you're off to the races for meal number two hold on he's been bugging me you got to see him come on bud come on look at that my boy just got groomed say hi to him Bud oh yes oh my goodness this is my boy Logan in case you don't know he is probably to the third meal in this program now this next meal is not only simple it's cheap and I'm sure those of you that went to college had to end up beating this quite a few times if you didn't grow up with an abundance of white privilege then you probably just ate this in general we're going to be making a couple anabolic grilled cheeses straight out of the rgf anabolic cookbook and keep in mind if telling you you follow us in here you eat these meals you'll see results no matter what you just got to do it so what we'll do first is lay out our four pieces of bread we're going to need some light Miracle Whip and we're going to need 30 G in total put a little dab on each piece then we'll go ahead and just spread this edge to edge and then now each piece of bread gets a slice of fat-free American cheese and a little Pro tip when you use fat-- free American cheese each slice of this has 5 g of protein pretty crazy right slap this on each one and now we need 112 G of chicken normally I'll use deli chicken breast for this but lately I just been using canned chicken breast it's cheaper easier better macros going to weigh out 112 G in a bowl then I'll just go with a fork shred it up and once we got it nice flaky and shredded I'm going to pop into the microwave 30 seconds after that we'll just spread it on two of our pieces of bread then we just put on the tops put on that D and then now we're just going to cook these like a good oldfashioned grilled cheese except instead of regular butter we're going to use I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray go ahead coat the entire inside of the pan with it get it nice and coated then we'll just place our sandwiches right down in the middle boom and then now we'll just spray the top of each piece of our bread with another coating of our butter spray we'll let these do their thing for a couple minutes each side and then we'll be feasting and that wasn't too hard now was it look at this guys I went ahead and cut these down the middle so you can see how good gooey and cheesy the middle of these get quite literally one of the easiest recipes on this channel and simultaneously one of the most delicious oh boy this takes me back to college except now I don't have cystic acne crippling social anxiety and 60,000 in debt for a degree that I'll never use taking me back to the good [Music] times this is fantastic simple and no matter how lazy you are there's no excuse why you can't whip one of these up now meal three for two of these sandwiches what we got is only 528 calories with 8 G of fat 50 g of protein 64 G of carbs with G of fiber we're getting into whopping 50 g of protein while still keeping it around 500 calories and we get all this cheesy delicious goodness that ladies and gentlemen is how it's done now let's move on to the fourth meal in the program now for meal four we're keeping things short and simple we are going to be having a protein bar I'm doing an anab bar the world's best tasting protein bar and the cookies and cream flavor the same one that restocks in a couple days we're going to combine that oh let me turn that around with a little bit of anab butter to create a truly magical dessert let me show you no matter how lazy you are it doesn't get any easier or delicious than this go ahead and open up this bad boy coated in that white chocolate and we'll spread a little bit of our Anna butter on top and check that out white chocolate chips Oreos chocolate peanut butter spread if you try it you'll love it we put about 24 G on here in total and then now it just needs 30 seconds in the microwave check it out guys we have this one ready to go in right around 2 minutes doesn't get any easier than that and I'm telling you this combo right here is deadly that little bit in the microwave melts the top it makes the entire thing ooey gooey 3 two 1 I'm telling you even though this is a protein bar it has all the flavor of dessert so I find like having something like an anabar little treat like this gives me something very dessert-like to look forward to crushes My Sweet Tooth but still keeps me on track so check it out in our fourth meal what we got is 48 calories with 20 G of fat 27 g of protein 30 G of carbs and 3 G of fiber once again keeping the calories low manageable right throughout the day getting sustained little bits of protein keeping down even the laziest of men is feeling pretty motivated right about now we still got one more meal I know y'all are going to love it let's go ahead and get to that shall we now this next one is sure to be a crowd pleaser we dropped this video a couple weeks back never since then I can't quit eating it at night on the couch watching Netflix this is my 60c cheesecake ball as always we're going to be referencing the anabolic cookbook but I'm telling you even if you're as lazy as a fat cat you'll still be able to manage this one what we're going to do is weigh out 340 G of some non-fat Greek yogurt in a bowl then we need 14 G of sugar-free fat-free cheesecake pudding mix just go ahead and add that right in then we'll go ahead and mix everything together then once we got it mixed up it should literally have the same consistency as New York cheesecake now all that's left is the toppins in another small bowl we need about 8 G of honey gaham crackers we go and break these up down in then after that we need 5 G of swerve brown sugar this stuff is zero calorie and once you use it once you'll never use regular sugar again then we just go in mix these together and then to send her home we need 10 G of fat-free whipped cream and then we'll just sprinkle our topping right on and boom ladies and gentlemen dessert is [Music] served ooh ooh ooh if it isn't the lean man's guilty pleasure when I tell you guys I been eating this every night for like the past 2 weeks I'm not lying I might have missed like one day but this thing is is just too freaking good M get a nice bite get the top in in thereo Lord have mercy forgive me L 3 2 1oo this is a certified Hood classic and the cool part about this right here is you can mix up the base first store it in tupperware and then when you want it just add the toppings later and boom quick easy and even if you're a lazy POS you can get the job done now for the final meal of the day what we have is only 430 calories with 6 G of fat 50 g of protein 44 G of carbs and 6 G of fiber and then today for this fat loss meal plan and its entirety if you followed every single meal how I laid out what You' end up with is a total of 2,6 calories with just 48 G fat a whopping 208 g of protein 188 G of carbs with 6 G of fiber now 2 calories a day is a great place for any male that's watching this video to start all of us are a little different right some are taller some are bigger some work very strenuous job some of us just sit around and eat chips which means we all require different calories but if you're an average size male right I'm 5'10 about 188 lbs if you weigh what I weigh and you're hitting the gym this meal plan will for sure cut you up and one thing I want to previse to everybody right is that although I put these meals are in order the way that I did you can eat these in any order you want and at any time you want what matters most at the end of the day it's not that we need to eat every 2 to 3 hours cuz that's a magic secret to burning fat it's just that by the end of the day we need to eat less calories than we burn doesn't matter if you eat them all in one meal or you spread them out through five or you take everything I showed you and you split it into like seven meals it doesn't matter as long as you hit those numbers every single day I always say if you don't want to overthink this stuff all you need to focus on right is how much protein you're getting in in a day if you're getting over 200 Gr you're good then after that how many calories you're eating in a day if you hit your protein minimum and you hit your calorie goal you will lose weight no matter what the law of thermodynamics does not lie there no such thing as bad foods inherently only bad ingredients if you can wrap your mind around that simple concept and just hit your protein and calories it's going to make your entire life losing weight building muscle so much easier and if you want to make it even easier than what
