I was unsure about the animation at first, but the most powerful moment of the song, for me, is when Brandon starts doing that other-worldly howl at 2:06, and man, they nailed the feels. I also love how it cuts out of the animation at the end.

Here's what I think: The animated parts are what Mr. Brightside remembers, and the live-action parts are what actually happened. Does anyone else think, that at the end, she was actually dancing alone but he thought she was with the older man? And so he leaves her, thinking he's got no chance and becomes Mr. Brightside.
I like the part when they show Brandon's handsome face and I melt and die.
This was fantastic! So emotional. Although I typically don't like the animations, this definitely allowed them to do more. I loved this video!

Oh man i cant believe or dont know why they cut out the " ..burnin' for love, holding on for your life" part. That is one of the best parts of the entire song in my opinion. The way he says that little part gives the song so much meaning. Overall liked the video though.
