[Music] today we are launching a campaign called he for she I am reaching out to you because we need your help we want to end gender inequality and to do this we need everyone involved [Music] [Applause] [Music] you [Music] what is impact 10 by 10 by 10 it's about engaging government businesses and universities and having them make concrete commitment to generate [Music] hello everybody and welcome good afternoon Facebook fans we are live from the face of operative in central London on International Women's Day it could be your story it's got to be how you personally can make a difference a smallest gesture goes that's a long way [Music] with legal movement in your hand Tennessee youth help afraid of allah which gender is just especially beauty and not [Music] and we're committed to increasing the representation of women all across the company and all across the globe in both technology positions and also in leadership positions and women actually not only contribute the terms of participating in the labor force they dry entrepreneurship you know you can't really find peace in the world 50% of the world is women and they're not included in the same conversation [Music] it's actually my letter to code so keep a sheet okay that's me no it's Lynn and I have to laugh how can we meet not even cool we're like hot like women are like half of the people on earth and yes they should have been cotton quilt inverse we believe that TV should leave universities believing in striving for an expecting society of true equality in part of the liberation movement requires that we call out and break down these social norms in various where well-being so that we may all be pleased to be your true self there's power in embracing everything we feel this place don't make us a man or a woman they make a scene [Music] you [Music]
